Blue tooth does not connect automatically if the device is sent to sleep and wakes back up, you need to manually connect it. When the device is being charged, you cannot use the bluetooth speaker and mic. You need to find times to charge it when you are not in the meeting. When both usb and bluetooth are connected, the device shows up as sabine.... This is confusing From a ergonomic design point of view, the mic mute/unmute and power buttons are too close to each other. I have hit the power button at times instead of the mute/unmute
