It was working decently. In 8 months, battery stopped charging. We requested for a battery replacement as it was within warranty.
They said they will send the battery, but even post 10 days, we dint get the battery, and they have closed our ticket as serviced!
Extremely pathetic customer care and service.

After calling customer service they said battery has to be replaced. The issue is most of the service centers which handle Kent RO don't even bother with this product. There is very limited option. If you run into any issue, consider buying a new product.

detailedReviews 3: content: I have purchased this product 5 months back . I have used it for almost 20 times. Very good product . It's very handy. I have used it in minimum mode. It can easily work for 1 hour in minimum mode. Few times I have tried in maximum mode. Suction power is good. Not heavy. Every corner of the house also can be cleaned with this one. It takes upto 4 hours to Full charge. Before buying I have contacted the customer service number to check whether they will attend the call and give service because I saw the reviews against them regarding the service. But at this time I can't give a proper review on this because when we need customer support at that time only we can clearly tell how they are going to attend our issue . After 5 months I am telling that everyone can buy .No issues with the product . But the good thing is that if we charge and if it is not used for 15 days also the battery charge will not dry out. One thing is important whichever product we buy it depends on how we use. If you use continuously it can get damaged. I am of the view that we must give some break and not use it continuously . Till now it's ok. Try to use it in minimum speed. Very good product .
