My phone is an Apple IPhone 12 and the battery has really gone down and I would buy an new phone but from experience, you can’t get an eSIM card unless your phone is fully paid off with AT&T, so…I did t want to get a new phone as it was way cheaper to get a Korean eSIM rather than paying the daily $12 charge for the AT&T international plan. Ok, back to the review. This thing saved me day in and day out. I took so many photos and videos which drained my battery anywhere between 12 noon to 3pm, like phone dead. Never had to worry about my phone dying. I have to say, phone charged really fast once plugged in but didn’t move if I was playing Pokemon go. Hahaha and of course I had to play Pokemon go in korea. :) the stand even came in handy while was on a bullet train to busan, I watched a Korean drama the entire 3ish hours and knew I didn’t need to worry my phone wouldn’t make it till I got to the hotel. I head from my co-worker that the newer version of this product didn’t have a batter % charged but this version does and it’s great. The only con is how heavy it is but really, it did t really matter because my phone never died. It’s small enough that when you attach it to the phone, it doesn’t block the camera. Which I could upload a phone of that but can’t take a photo of my phone with my phone.

It battery sticks out the bottom past the phone by about...say 3-4mm. Its not a lot, but it is enough to cause some issues. But what I am most disappointed about this is that Anker is purposefully hiding this fact from their marketing materials. But I am docking 1 star for dishonesty.Other minor complaint is that the magnet is not very strong. If you use this magnet on the Iphone with no case, the holding power is not great. As in...even under normal use it has a chance of coming off. I did find that with 1 of them strong magnet magsafe cases this is a bit better because the back of the case is usually some soft silicone plastic and that provides the battery some much needed """"grip"""" and in some instances, some cases have stronger magnets at the back than the Iphone itself and that provides extra holding power for the obviously very heavy and chonky battery pack.Overall great product, solid 4.5-5 star if they did not try so hard to hide the fact that the battery does not sit flush at the bottom with standard size phones.

detailedReviews 3: content: I’ve been looking forward to Ankers Qi2 magnetic battery packs for some time now, and after testing it out I’m just somewhat satisfied. The product itself delivers on its promise, but I’m not sure Qi2 does much difference in a battery pack format for use with iPhones.I’m on an iPhone 15 Pro, and usually charge it up when it hits 20% battery remaining. Using this pack, the charging starts off quickly at 15w speed, but as the battery pack and the phone heats up a bit the charging speed throttles down to just a few watts. It does not get very hot, less than other battery packs, but hot enough for the wireless charging to lower the wattage. I compared the overall speed to charging with the Apple Magsafe Battery pack at 7.5w, and it’s nearly as fast as this Anker when charging an iPhone 15 Pro from 20% up to 80%. The Apple one is however fully depleted at that time, while the Anker has 60% capacity left and can take the iPhone battery back to 100. That might take some time however due to the throttling.Weight wise the Anker is on the heavier end, but it’s also 10k mah capacity. The kickstand will only work standing up vertically, not horizontally, it’s a bit flimsy and not as usable as on the Belkin packs. The indicator screen on the Anker is great, I really like to see the remaining percentage rather than guessing by four light indicators as many other power banks have. It’s also more convenient than the Apple one that you need to connect to the iPhone to see if it has any power remaining.Whether this is worth the money depends on your use case, just don’t buy it for wireless charging speed because that doesn’t really matter much. I’m happy with it and will use it when traveling but my older Belkin or Apple battery packs will remain daily drivers. I might look a bit at the new Belkin when they arrive later this year if they are a bit smaller.

I didn’t check if it has Type USP port, and apparently, it doesn’t. But it’s fine, it has Type C port and I can make use of it.
I like the digital indication of battery percentage, and it also indicate how long it can charge a device and how long the power bank will be fully charged.
The stand is sturdy and the magnetic is good. It’s kind of slipping with my iPhone device but it’s due to the Phone case, so it’s totally good.
Its weight is fine, kind of heavier than to my liking.
The package arrived as estimated and the product itself is in perfect condition. It was wrapped with double bubble wrap and a cardboard, so it was perfectly protected.
The original price is expensive for a 10k mAh, yet it’s reasonable with its good quality, both the performance and its built quality. Thankfully, I bought it with a good discount voucher.
Overall, it’s great and a satisfactory!

I can only assume it's trying to calibrate itself.The little metal kickstand is a great touch, turning this into both a magsafe charger and a stand at the same time, rather than just laying it down. This makes it a good companion for an overnight trip because it makes for a nice wireless charging experience (and lighter travel).The not-so great: If you've really burned your iPhone's battery to a low percentage -- say into the range of low power mode -- It's going to take a while to recharge, and I've found I end up at about 80 percent of a charge in my phone by the time the Anker bottoms out. But I guess they can only get so much juice into a package this size.All in all, I like it, but, for regular use, I might be better off with one of Anker's larger power banks. I looked at several units and decided on this one because
Fast-charging a phone battery will shorten the phone battery's life. Plenty of resources on the Internet where you could confirm this. This charger uses Qi2, a maximum of 15W. For comparison, the small Apple wall charger is 20W. Lower power will prolong the life of your battery.
You could also connect to the USB-C port for a 27W charge.
I've been very happy with this. It's something I carry for longer days and hope I don't need, but it's nice to know it's there when I need it.
Would absolutely recommend.

The result was not impressive and I returned the product. When I had the opportunity to try this new Anker MagGo Qi2 Certified Power Bank, I bit my nails and ordered it.This what I observe. The power bank is slightly bigger than a deck of cards. But it is much heavier than most of my other power banks with similar capacity(including wireless charging banks). The finish feels solid and and smooth with kick stand in the back. With the right protective cover on Samsung S22 Ultra, I can use the wireless charging with MagGo standing up. First time charging, MagGo is able to charge at about 18-19W, and the side screen shows the bank will be fully charged in about 2.5 hours from 0%. When the bank is full, the digital multimeter reads out at 5100mAh. Interestingly, the battery bank is labeled: total cell capacity at 10000mAh and battery capacity at 5000mAh. From Anker's own website, "there are different ways to describe the capacity of a battery. It can be defined as the total amount of electricity produced by the electrochemical reactions taking place inside the battery. Battery capacity is conventionally measured using units such as ampere-hours (Ah), watt hours (Wh), or kilowatt hours (kWh), depending on the technology used." Further research got into very technical stuff that most consumers will not bother to understand. Additional search also indicates slower charging rate is actually more efficient for the battery. I will not get into this topic at this time.The USB-C on the side does support fast charging for my Samsung S22Ultra and Note8. I have to place the phone precisely over the bank to activate wireless charging. The rate of wireless charging is not as fast as direct charging, and the bank does heat up more but still within acceptable range. In the initial tests, I can charge the phones about 1.5 times with phones at less than 10%. charge. This is not bad for a 5000mAh battery capacity. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance of this battery bank. The only draw back is the close to $100 retail price. 5-star

I really like the previous 7.5W magnetic power banks so when I saw the new 15W MagGo chargers, I had to get them! They weren’t on Amazon yet so I just ordered direct from Anker thinking everything would be the same as ordering from their Amazon store. Boy was I wrong and that was a mistake. They don’t advertise their return policy anywhere on the product pages, just their “30 day money back guarantee”. Well, after weeks of waiting, the 6.6k and 10k power banks finally showed up and good lord they are TANKS. Extremely heavy and much thicker than previous versions. You can’t comfortably carry these around or use them with ease. Not sure how these actually made it past the product testers with their considerable heft. I contacted their customer service and to my dismay they tell me I am responsible for shipping these back to them…what?! The cost for me to ship back these monstrosities would be half the cost of one of the power banks. Anker, you are a large company with massive volume discounts with the shipping carriers. Your money back guarantee claim is very misleading when you lose a quarter or half of what you paid just to return the items to you. Why is your return policy so terrible? At least send customers return labels and deduct like $5-$10 from the refund. Or get with the times and offer free returns like your huge Amazon store or 99% of the other large online retailers. Not very happy about this and seriously reconsidering buying anymore Anker products because of the responses from Customer Service.

A fast wireless charge is what only one product for iphones could do - the Apple Magsafe battery pack - and also at $90 or so. The premium is for speed.Having said that, this is not a thin battery pack. It's a big one - even compared to my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It's the same form factor as the other Anker 10k mah batteries that wirelessly charge at 7.5w. The battery feels solid, although I wish other colors were coming other than white because it'll start to show its age soon.The battery does the job - it charged what I considered on the same speed as a normal magsafe charger, and fast charged via cable at 27w per specs (it did fast charge my wife's iPhone 14 PM at what felt like the same speed when plugged into a 30w usb-c adapter). The stand is nice and sturdy enough to watch something while charging although I'm not certain if you can put it on the stand without charging and just use it as a stand. The display on the side is stylish, although when you've grown accustomed to lights on the side of a battery pack that gives rough power ranges, this is a new thing to enjoy.Overall it's a very nice Qi2 charger and will charge your iPhone at a fast speed. I love that it's got a fantastic capacity to begin with, ensuring I have at least double my phone's original battery life during any given day, either at work or home or wherever else I'm at. The kickstand feature is a nice addition but not particularly useful for me due to being only portrait mode capable, and it's a little flimsy, but the kickstand shouldn't be the primary purpose of purchase in my personal opinion. This power bank has become a mainstay in my day to day life and continues to be one of the best order decisions I've made. I would absolutely recommend it, even at this value ask, because Anker has always been a reputable and fantastic brand, and this product is no exception to their quality standards.

This eliminates the need for a charger and phone stand combo and keeps things simple.I have an iPhone 15 pro and my only complaint is that it is a bit clunky on smaller phones. It is the perfect fit for the MAX series phones, but is noticeably large on the regular size. It still functions perfectly and there is no interference from the camera/etc.I can normally get 1.5 charges out of this if I keep it in my bag for a day or two between charges. If charging within the same day I can squeeze out 2 charges. (I never let my phone dip too low, this is based of a starting point of 20-30%.)Overall, you can't go wrong getting this. Especially on if there is a sale. I feel much more comfortable knowing this is always handy and near by. It has been a life saver on road trips and when we don't have any charging cables in the car. Bonus points: it comes with a short usb-c cable for charging. If you're like me you likely have tons of these cables, but its nice to have as a spare in the bottom of your bag!

Used it with my iPhone 14 pro max. Charged it wireless from phone battery of 20%. My phone got fully charged after 3 hours, with mild to moderate heat felt when using the phone. And the remaining battery of this MagGo powerbank after fully charging my phone was only 28%, which will already be insufficient for one full cycle of charging. Kind of disappointed for the amount I paid. I thought 10,000mAh could complete 3 to 4 fully cycles of charging, & I thought this was fast charging as well. Given its performance, I hope this would last long, to compensate with the amount I’ve paid for.

The LED screen is a nice to have that does work well to ensure you know much more specificity how much batter power is left in it. As well as some indication of the charge rate/speed. it does seem to discharge and charge as rated on the product as well. The stand feels pretty strong, and I feel that the hinge will last quite some time. Feels like this is the exact and perfect size for a backup power brick to put in any bag or back pocket to use as needed. I always keep it in my backpack when walking around on campus and working on courses. As I can also use it to charge my IPad, so I don’t need to worry about forgetting to charge it before class to take notes with etc. Only small downside is that the material does absorb some marks on it if you put it in a bag with other times, and that the cost is definitely a premium. But both feel reasonable given the product, and the reputation of the company selling it. I’ve never had any problems with Anker products or support. This is without a doubt my go to recommendation for the best overall product. 4.5/5Only, I would recommend some others due to the price if that is the primary concern.

This is just the beginning of this new industry standard and I look forward to seeing what other products can do using this new way to more efficiently charge your devices wirelessly. I don't really have any criticisms and I especially like the two year warranty that it comes with. This is a company that normally makes really great products and stands behind them and this is another example of that. Yes it's very pricey and you're paying to be an early adopter but you are getting something of high quality with a guarantee of 2 years that really does work as advertised.

It's not perfect, and other reviewers have pointed out some minor annoyances that I won't mention here because I think this improvement oveshadows them all. It's also a subtle thing many people won't notice: I haven't found anything that the usb-c port on this won't charge. Let me explain:While everything with a usb-c port should charge from any usb-c charger this isn't the case. I have some 'devices that charge via usb-c, but they lack the charging circuitry to tell a PD charge port to deliver 5v. Basically if you use a usb-c to usb-c cable to attempt charging them from most any wall charger or battery pack, they don't charge because most PD capable chargers need the connected device to tell them what voltage to supply. This means always carrying multiple usb-c chargers and cables. These devices will only charge with a usb-c to usb-A cable because usb-A ports only provide 5v. This battery is the first one I've found that fixes that issue; the usb-C port will supply 5v by default and charge any usb-c device connected to it.

The wireless charging is a must. It heats up a little during charging, but that's expected for wireless. No issues at all with charging with a cable. The time takes a sec when you first start charging. It's decently accurate enough. The only thing I don't like is the stand. Think that's the dumbest thing they could have done for this, and it's the thinnest and cheapest piece of metal you'll ever feel. It is metal thou. Can't really be sure if it's magnetic, but it does stay in place when put away. You have to dig it out a little with your nail.

That being said it is a large battery pack, 10,000 mah but comes with a nice kickstand thats good for using your phone while charging. I have several phone stands with the lip on them that I use while using my phone. When you put this charger on the phone, it sits on the lip of the stand and holds the phone suspended in air with just the magnets. I haven't had any problems with the phone falling off the magnets hold it just fine. I have also bought a magsafe case for my Samsung s24 Ultra and even though the phone itself isn't magsafe, this charger with that case work just fine to charge my s24 Ultra. I have the previous version from Anker as well, and while it is smaller than this one, it only has 7.5w charging, no kickstand and gets a lot hotter while charging. It's about half of the price so if you can deal with it's limitations it is still a fine charger.

The downside of it being thicker and somewhat heavy, i feel that the magsafe magnets dont hold up as great as yoi would think. I wouldn’t recommend pulling it in and out of your pockets to frequently because the power bank wont stay securely onto the phone, as it slipped put and feel out. It did hold up on the fall and didnt break but it did scuff up the corner. Overall my rating is a 4.5

The power bank is solid. It charges my phone very fast. It has a sleek, clean look. The physical size is good, but this thing is heavy. I have other portable charges that are considerably lighter BUT they are not as powerful as this one. It has enough juice to power up my phone multiple times based on my testing. It did take about 3 hours to charge the bank to 100%. I don not have a mag safe case on my phone, but it will still work once I find the right spot to connect. Once connected, it's off to the races and charging very fast. I have ordered a mag safe case just because I am so pleased with the features of this power bank and want it to be even more user friendly for my needs. Overall, this is a great high performing power bank. If they could get the weight down a bit it would be perfect.

This one holds perfectly no matter how much I bash it around!- The smart screen is way more beneficial than the 4 little lights on most comparable chargers. It tells me how much charge I have available and how long it will take to recharge to full capacity.- The stand is much sturdier than those on comparable items. With other charges, if I try to turn my phone to landscape mode, it won't hold the weight of the phone well but this holds it perfectly in landscape viewing.- The charging seems faster than others but I haven't tested that to confirm.Overall, it's a great charger and I highly recommend it.

Works terrible with a mag safe case though. The device slips off the case. I tried it with both Apple cases and third party cases. You have to remove the case from the phone, then the power pac will stay on. It is not good for multiple full charges. If your phone is dead, you'll get one charge from it, that's it. Then you have to plug it in to a wall socket to recharge. I thought I was getting something thinner, and something that would stand up to multiple charges. It's best to put the power pack on your phone and then leave it on a table or desk to charge for the best result. Carrying it and using it with the charger on without the case is ok, but heavy and bulky. If you're away from electricity, it's good for one full charge that's it. NOT WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING.

Found out about Samsung's supercharging capability and purchased a Samsung powerbank instead that supports supercharging, although wired. Very satisfy with it in replacement with this.
Wireless charging is just not there yet with charging speed, even if this is qi2. But if you're fine with 15w and it fits your need, this product does what it says it does. Average rating because there is nothing wrong with this product - just does not fit my power need.

Since it's MagSafe-compatible and charges with USB-C, it's super easy to use without carrying around a bunch of cables. It isn't the lightest (and is therefore not super comfortable to hold with your phone for long periods of time, if you're not in a position to use the stand), but it is light in comparison to other power banks with comparable capacities. That is, I've never had it run out of power before I had a chance to charge it, it isn't a hassle to carry around, and I use it most days. Even when I'm just at home, it's helpful to have nearby because I'm not always close enough to a charger but want to keep using my phone without getting up.

As far as attaching it to the phone, it's quite a strong magnet, even through a leather case that I have on my iPhone 15 Plus. I never had a feeling it was in danger of coming detached. Charged my iPhone 15 Plus very quickly via Magsafe and Qi 2 charging. The screen is nice and gives you an estimate of charging time (or recharging time when your charging the power bank. It's very well made and robust feeling so I'm happy with the purchase. 5 out of 5, in my mind.

Not sure how accurate the upload time is because I keep seeing it fluctuating. If I’m charging my phone from 10% power left, the power bank uses quite a bit of power to fast charge. It uses about 35% to get my phone up to 50%.
