However, I am not able to rate this more than 2 stars due to the lack of communication and disregard for the clients’ time. The listed timing for delivery was stated to be 7-10 days. I received the order in 12 days. Having a stringent schedule and a plan for our wedding this was very inconvenient, and seriously, not worth the hassle. We were getting in touch with the team almost every single and we were either being left on delivered or on seen. Honestly, these shoes were not the hassle and the treatment you get when you buy from this brand. I don’t want to give the item 1star only because the shoes were actually really nice only the team managing it ruined the whole experience.
