content: Don't waste your money like I did Bought 3 of these fans for my new place and man, what a mistake. The regulator nightmare: These things don't work with regular step regulators at all. Had to go out and buy mini step regulators separately - nobody tells you this upfront. More money down the drain. Speed control is trash: Even with mini regulators, you only get 3 speeds max - high, medium, and slow. 5-10 seconds delay before the fan starts after you turn the power on and every time you change speed. Fan jumps to full speed for 10 seconds before settling to the speed you changed. The "slow" speed? Still way too fast - sounds like a helicopter. Useless in cold weather. Their website is broken: Been trying to register for that extra 1-year warranty for 6 months now. Their site is so buggy I can't even complete the registration. What's the point of offering a warranty if customers can't even access it? My advice: Skip these. Regular fans work better and don't give you headaches. This "smart" fan technology isn't ready.
