Saw the special price on this update and decided to go for it. This is a good, basic around town kind of old school sneaker--wider toe box, leather upper with some ventilation holes in forefoot. Called a "court" shoe, but not sure there is enough support for serious tennis. Adequate footbed support, but not cushy or like all the contour foams in so many shoes now. I wear a size 12 pretty consistently across brands, and this fit well, maybe a little large with a thin sock. Pretty stiff at first (and so, so white!) but breaking in nicely with wear. I like these.

I know I have wide feet, and no wide option was avaliable, so i just went up a size. After I broke them in they're all good though! They do crease very easily though. That's my biggest complaint.

detailedReviews 8: content: Great price on Nike’s! The soles are grayish, but it’s perfect and looks white from a distance and doesn’t scuff as easy. I think the materials are cheaper, and the fit isn’t as comfortable, but maybe breaking them in will help. There’s even a comment on a label in which Nike says these shoes aren’t leather to save on material and make the shoe more affordable. Works for me.
