Usually I am pretty generous with stars allocation and for most of the products I have purchased on Amazon, I have given 5-star reviews. But not for this one!! This one, in my mind, does not even deserve a single star.
I found this particular model to be atrociously heinous in sound quality. The bass is almost non-existent. My Rs. 50/- non-branded wired earbuds purchased on street gives me better sound quality compared to this particular model. My previous experience with boAt earbuds like boAt Airdopes Supreme has been excellent (5/5 stars for this Supreme model) but this boAt Prime model DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!
There is also a connectivity issue. Every so often this blue tooth will discontinue from your mobile phone. The blue tooth range is about 7-8 meters only. It is compatible with iPhone and Vivo and Redmi android devises but there is connectivity issue with Xiaomi (in particular Redmi 9i) cell phone. Long-term functionality is unknown as I am returning this devise. Overall hearing experience gets ZERO stars. Please don't buy this particular boAt earbuds model or your will regret it!!

Do read the reviews and product description before purchasing.
Quality of the product is good but not so exceptional for the price paid. Almost all brands are offering similar quality these days by purchasing cheap china based devices and rebranding them with extra pricing for the customers.
No comments on durability yet. Connectivity seems decent but sometimes drops for one of the ear bud and you need to connect again.
Overall satisfaction levels are mixed
