content: Received a Used Phone Instead of New – Very Disappointing I bought the Motorola Edge 50 Pro thinking it was a brand-new sealed phone. But once I opened the box, it was clear it's a used device. The back panel had obviously been removed and glued back on. The charger and cable were also used and didn’t match what you'd expect from a brand-new box. Overall, it was a really bad experience receiving a used phone and used accessories as if they were new. I'm definitely going to mention all this in my review
