detailedReviews: detailedReviews 1: content: A great addition to the Pixel family. Pixel Buds Pro have an incredible range and capability built in their tiny package to comfortably fit for - in my case sometimes all workday long -hours on end and needing minimal attention along the way. The charge holds nicely and will go longer if not using the full noise cancellation ability. There's 3 gradients of noise reduction to choose from as well as multiple pre-set audio playback features including the ability to utilize Spatial Audio - where available - and head-tracking technology for a level of sound that I want to call Dolby Atmos, but honestly falls a little short and isn't technically the same technology. If you're a stickler for Dolby like I am, check out the LG TONE FREE T90Q earbuds which were the first to hit the market with official Dolby Atmos immersive integration and head tracking technology. The Pixel Buds Pro are no runner up, however. They hit every note on the scale in the way of functionality and practically unlimited usage. You can customize the touch settings to your liking, utilize Google Assistant with a simple "Hey Google," enable clear calling for background cancellation of excess white noise or other oddities. The Pixel Buds Pro app gives you a heads up on the health of your hearing overall in using the device and alerts to questionable levels that could do damage. There's even a built in alert you'll receive via push notification on your Pixel phone when they're in need of a good cleaning. They come with 3 sizes of buds to adjust to your needs, testing against a seal check in app for optimal sound quality. And more. Honestly, of all the great features and list of reasons to purchase these immediately - not lying, I have two for backup just in case - my favorite function in usage is the volume touch adjust feature. Most earbuds only offer a series of taps if you want to increase or decrease the volume where the Pixel Buds Pro were brilliant in the addition of a swipe movement over the device. Swipe to the front of you and it increases, swipe behind you and it decreases. It's insanely useful and makes one of many reasons you can utilize these in a completely independent situation away from your phone. With multi pair capability in fast-pairing Bluetooth updates you can easily switch between devices throughout your house effortlessly and intuitively. The Buds are smart enough to know when to hop off my Pixel, onto my Chromebook Plus, over to my Google Nest Audio speakers and route through my LG Web OS Smart TV downstairs without me giving any que other than my continued enjoyment of the entertainment it follows. The best in buds! Essential!

Some features do stand out compared to other TWS in this segment, especially multi-point and the precision of touch sensitivity.

title: Clear voice, comfortable ANC, good battery life
detailedReviews 5: content: Positives:
Overall I like these but and find them good for listening to music and podcasts on my phone.
They fit neatly in the ear , look good and don't feel like they are going to fall out, this is a very important feature especially when cycling or doing anything strenuous.
The little bit of plastic, which by turning them anti-clockwise secures them more tightly is good feature
The sound is pretty good.
Battery life is better than most buds.
The app is uncluttered and changing settings there is simple
Negatives:
Without mentioning the exact purchase price there are competitors out there at a similar or lower points that deliver what I want a bit better like the JBL live beams 3, although the pixel battery may swing it of that is your most important criterion.
Of course this is subjective, but the much lauded AI and assistant integration is great, it's just not a feature I use much and the most important things to me are sound quality for music and easy to use controls.
In these aspects these buds perform ok , they just don't impress me as much as they should , I often find the touch to control noise cancellation settings doesn't seem to me to work properly and I open the app to adjust, that may just be my impatience but on other buds I don't encounter this.
If I was using a pixel phone and watch I would definitely want these , in the same way the purchasers of the fruit named ecosysytem want all to be on brand and working together neatly.
A solid enough purchase , sleek, discrete and go on for ages.

title: Good fit, sound, and battery life
detailedReviews 6: content: Listening to music and taking calls with these earbuds has been a seamless experience. The sound quality is excellent, and the noise cancellation works surprisingly well to block out background noise enhancing the overall user experience.
The earbuds were a perfect fit for my ears, very comfortable, even with extended periods of use. Very simple and easy to use, really light, and stayed secure without falling out during my running and gym exercising.
The case has a very small and compact design, perfect for keeping in my pocket while on the go. However, the only downside was that the case wouldn't stand upright, so I often found it rolling around when placed on its side.
I often use these while running in both dry and wet weather conditions, and I found the audio performance to maintain its clarity and balance.
The sound features deep bass, defined mids, and pleasant highs.
The battery life lived up to its claims, lasting a solid 8 hours on a full charge. Additionally, the case was handy for providing extra charges, meeting my needs for heavy use throughout the day.

title: Seamless experience, excellent sound, comfortable fit
detailedReviews 7: content: I have tried this Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 and i can say i really love them .When it comes to the Comfort & Fit. These things are small. Way smaller than the first gen, and they feel great in my ears. Haven't had any issues with them falling out, during by walks or even running.
On the sound, it is definitely a step up from the previous Pixel Buds Pro. It's clear and balanced, and the bass is surprisingly punchy for such small buds.
The Noise cancellation is solid. This is something that help especially when comminuting on noise trains. The sounds cleaner and feels better in the ear. I would say the Mic quality is amazing and very clear. which is am important part of the day to day work.
On the point of Multipoint, this works seamlessly. I can switch between my phone and laptop without any issues.
The overall design of the case good, smaller and more pocketable than the original, which is a nice touch.
I did not see any difference when it came to the touch controls these were al the same from the previous models.
My overall view on The Pixel Buds Pro 2 is that they are a much solid upgrade over the original. They're comfortable, sound great, and feel great on wearing them .

detailedReviews 8: content: These earbuds are really small and lightweight, looks like a smartie~ it sits well in the ear, comfortable and doesn't fall out as opposed to heavier buds. They come with different sized tips for you to choose the best fit for your ears. The sound quality is great for everyday use, noise cancellation is perfect and blocked out all the loud road, cars noises when out and about. Battery life is pretty decent too, lasted me all day as and when i needed it and it charges once sat in the case so it's hardly ever low on battery, the case also makes a little noise when it's in need of a charge too! It can be charged via cables or wireless charging~ it was easy to connect up to my phone and gets detected as soon as they are out the case.
The best feature i like is the speech detection feature, when i have noise cancellation on it can detect when i am in a conversation then it will automatically turn on transparency mode, turn down the volume of my music and then turn back up when i am done, it's amazingly smooth!
There's still more features to play around with but for my everyday use this is perfect and super cute!

detailedReviews 9: content: These are good earbuds, however the noise cancelling can be very poor at times. I have used them in the gym and at times they are great, but with certain songs or sounds they earbuds don't cancel out the noise. it doesn't happen every time, but it does happen. I tried the different earbud sizes to ensure it wasn't a fitting issue, but the problem still happens. The fitting is good, but not great. They stay in place, but never feel totally secure like my old earbuds. The Google assistant works really well and makes task easy to do without having to get your phone out. The sound quality is very good, just hindered by the lack of noise cancelling at times. Overall they are good, but they could have been better in my opinion.

title: Good sound, but ANC and fit could be better
detailedReviews 10: content: I bought these earbuds a couple of weeks ago using the 90-minute Uber delivery service that recently became available in my area. It was great and I was happy to have received them not 30 minutes after I had ordered them. However, when I went to set them up, I found that the left earbud wasn't charged, and quickly realised that both had to be charged to connect them to my phone. No problem, I thought. Quickly threw them on the charge and left them for about an hour. Came back, still flat. Okay, I thought, maybe wireless charging will work. Nope. I tried looking around online for solutions but couldn't find anything that would work. After a few hours I gave up and ended up heading back to the store to get a replacement pair, which turned out to be relatively painless.
As for the earphones themselves, they're great, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something that will work well with their pixel phone. Setup was so incredibly easy, and the user experience is great overall. Sound quality is very good considering their form-factor, and Active Noise Cancellation and Ambient Sound work very well. I've also enjoyed the simplicity of the touch controls, and being able to swipe to change volume is a game changer.
Despite the bit of trouble at the start, which I have heard has happened to a few other people, I still think that these earbuds are great and that anybody interested should definitely get them.

detailedReviews 11: content: I bought these earbuds in January to match my Google Pixel 9 Pro and they work perfectly. The ANC blocks out mid and low frequencies which is great for me as I get headaches so easily. The transparency mode is so clear and it works great even in busy environments. The only downside is the fit. My earbuds didn't come with adjustable/addon ear tips so I had to buy them separately. Its fine because they were quite cheap but I would have preferred if it came with the earbuds. The only other problem is Bluetooth. If i have the right earbud in, it connects in seconds but the left one takes a good few minutes to even recognize I'm wearing it. Overall, i love these earbuds and would totally reccommend.

detailedReviews 12: content: Honestly, since getting these, I haven't had any of my other devices in my ears. And I have plentiful headphones and earbuds! These are amazing. The noise cancellation is awesome; I wasn't expecting how good it was going to be. It blocks out my kids screaming for me, which is a definite plus! The sound is pretty great, too. I can listen to my eclectic taste in music, and it all still sounds fantastic. The design is pretty good, too. They fit really well and look cool. The case is well-designed and thought out, especially with the little speaker to help find it if you lose it (and trust me, I usually can't find these things). detailedReviews 13: content: I have had the Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 for a week now. The box it comes with is fully recyclable and contains a safety type leaflet, different sizes of the rubber rings to put on the buds and the ear buds in the case. The buds came fully charged and ready to use. It is super easy and quick to connect to my phone via Bluetooth and on the phone you can adjust the settings such as EQ, actions from various hand gestures etc. The sound quality is truly amazing, the bass, treble and vocals really do shine and the sounds from the buds are in par of a more expensive set I have from another brand. It does a great job at cancelling outside noise too, travelling in a busy tube, when the ANC is on I can not hear any outside noise. The battery life is impressive too as I have not yet charged them. All in all, I am a very proud owner of these buds.

detailedReviews 14: content: The Google Pixel Buds Pro are a very good wireless earbud option! They have touch controls so that you can easily control your music, accept calls or use Google assistant. I also love that not only are the air buds sweat and water resistant, but the charging case is as well. The sound quality is great- clear and crisp with good bass! A favorite feature of mine is the battery life. The battery lasts up to 11 hours or 31 with the charging case and they have wireless charging capabilities. They offer a transparency mode and a noise cancellation mode. A really cool feature is that when you start talking, your buds will detect it, and will pause the music and will automatically go into transparency mode so. My only issue is that because the air buds don't always stay in my ears perfectly, sometimes there isn't a perfect seal, which compromises the noise cancellation mode. I do love that it has auto volume EQ so that when you turn the music up or down, it will automatically tune to keep the music balanced. I also love that the bluetooth is seamless when switching between my phone and my laptop when working. Overall, these earbuds are exceptional in their sound quality, features and design. I would highly recommend them for anyone searching for a new pair!

- Compact case
- Comfortable with long usage
- Decent battery, more then I would need
- ANC is verry useful on the tube and on a plane. Really helpful to be able to switch between transparent mode and noise cancelling.
- Blend in well, and don't stand out too much
- Pairing with my pixel 7 was a really nice experience
CONS
- Not the strongest base
- Google assistant integration not the best and didn't find I was using it much
- Touch controls can be sometimes too sensitive with accidental presses
- Microphone in windy conditions can pick up too much background noise.

detailedReviews 16: content: You know what? I’m an avid iPhone user & I loved these! Their noise cancellation & transparency modes are amazing! I couldn’t hear anything going on around me in active noise cancellation mode. The battery life is ridiculously long, the clearness on the phone is amazing, & it charges wirelessly on my MagSafe charger, where AirPods should go. Tbh if you have an iPhone, I wouldn’t run out & switch but, I wouldn’t turn my noise up at a free set either. The only downside with an iPhone vs an Android is that you can’t use them across devices easily & you can only do so much to alter the settings because google doesn’t really have an app on iPhone to control it. You can alter the settings a bit in the Apple Music app settings like EQ, Bass, etc & a bit in the accessibility settings but that’s it. They say you can download google assistant app to control some settings but I think that just helps with the “Hey Alexa” function instead of “Hey Siri.” Either way, I didn’t have a pair of AirPods & these will work just fine instead.

detailedReviews 17: content: I'm going to start off noting that I have a set of bose quiet comfort 2 ear buds, with noise cancelling technology. These two sets of ear buds are quite different. The pixel buds have a lot more functionality, while the Bose headphones lack, or make it more difficult to use certain features. The pixel buds lack the sound depth Bose has. The fit of the pixel buds in my ear feels more stable, as the weight of the buds actually feel like they hold the tips in my ears, where the Bose buds dont like to stay in as well. I shook my head really hard to see if the Pixel buds would fall out, and they havent. I'll report back on if the sweat factor impacts the Pixel buds, like it does with the Bose buds. The case for the Pixel buds is much smaller, and easier to handle, and fits the buds quite companctly, where the Bose case is about 2x the size of the pixel buds. The Pixel buds case has a very light, almost silicone-like coating on it, which would stop the case from sliding around or even out of a bag or something. Overall, these seem like a good value.

They walked me through an easy software setup. They even set themselves up with a locator app in case you loose them and can't find them. You can customize the ear size weather you need smaller or larger so they fit snugly. They can have noise cancelation on so outside sounds can be unheard. They also allow you to change the bass and sound settings. They charge inside a case. detailedReviews 20: content: I bought a pair of the Google Pixel Buds Pro in September of 2022, but returned them a week later because they wouldn't stay in my ears. However, about a year later I realized I had blown through six pairs of the Pixel Buds A-Series, so I decided to give the Google Pixel Buds Pro another chance, this time with the Comply Foam Eartips and man am I glad I did. After equipping the buds pro with the Comply Foam Eartips, they are amazing earbuds! That sound is amazing, the touch controls work great and they do everything I need them to do plus a lot more. The multipoint is very useful when I want to sit down at my computer and have my phone with me at the same time, I also really love that they gave wireless charging. they only bad thing I noticed is that the charging case doesn't last as long as the a series buds did, but this isn't a big deal.

Comes with three different eartips: Large, normal sized and small ones. The sound is crisp and clean, very high-quality. Can handle songs with a bass. I also like the touch controls. One tap on the ear bud to play or pause music/answer phone call. Two taps to reject a call or skip a song. Three taps to go back to the previous tracks. Very convenient but does thump when you're using the touch controls. You can also activate the noise control/google assistant by touching and holding it. I initially changed to the smallest silicone inserts because my ears are small, and I passed the "seal test," but I could hear outside noise and it wasn't very loud. So I switched back to the middle-sized inserts and the sound improved dramatically and so did the noise-cancellation feature. So make sure you try all the tips until you get the best seal. I gave them 4 stars because the bass doesn't hit like my Bose stereo speakers, but I don't think that's possible with in-ear headphones, for safety purposes. I do like the conversation feature that pauses the earbuds for when I'm in public. detailedReviews 23: content: What does Google think they're doing releasing these pieces of unfinished trash for $260?!
These headphones can connect to two sources at once, great you might say! Not really, they can't even handle getting audio from one source let alone figuring out which one to play when you've got 2 connected.
These constantly drop calls and lose connection in the middle of one. The best that i can get these to work during a phone call is through one headphone only; for some reason the right headphone plays the call and the left doesn't do anything. This doesn't last long though, eventually both headphones will go down.
The touch controls are also ridiculous. Whose idea was it to make swipe left and right the volume controls instead of up and down? With left/right you'll find yourself constantly tugging these out of your ear by accident. And if you want to have a "touch to use google assistant" feature work, all i have to say is good luck, that feature didn't work for me once.
Sound and ANC is okay, but Google really thinks it's okay to sell these for close to $300 and they barely ever work without infuriating me. It'll be a while before i even contemplate buying some Google trash again.

detailedReviews 24: content: I travel quite a lot and always use noise cancelling earbuds on the flights as they really help me sleep but not all are equal though when it comes to the noise cancelling feature. I have tried dozens of noise cancelling headphones and earbuds over the years from inexpensive ones to high end ones and I can say that these new Google Pixel Buds have an amazing noise cancelling feature.
Out of the box, they are pretty nice looking and well built. Some might find them a bit too bulky but I personally like the size as I am not worried about losing them or having them falling off my ears.
I found the audio to be really good, clear, and very neutral which I tend to prefer. I cranked the volume on some songs and there was no distortion at all. I also tested the earbuds to make video calls and did not have any issue as people on the other end could hear me loud and clear.
When it comes to the battery life, it is quite good as I was able to get through the day listening to music without having to recharge the buds. The carrying charging case is also very useful, especially when I travel as I can get close to 2 extra charges without having to recharge the case.
Overall, I am pretty impressed with these new Google Pixel Buds Pro. They are a big upgrade from the older Pixel buds, especially thanks to the incredible noise cancelling. I highly recommend these buds and it goes without saying that they get a perfect score from me.

detailedReviews 25: content: These buds have great features and provide excellent sound quality. Active noise cancelling is quite effective for use in the office when I need silence, and transparency mode is great when I need to hear what's going on. They come with 3x ear bud tip sizes to fit your ear. Unfortunately a poor fit makes them only useful for stationary use, and even then they're not fully secure and regularly fall out. I can only use these for active use (such as running) under a beanie or headband, but then controls are difficult to use. Perhaps an inner ear hook would have made these better?!!
I would not recommend these due to the fitting issues, unless you're fortunate enough to be able to try them out beforehand.

The ANC is also quite good, during my morning commute with bus and train there's very little noise. detailedReviews 28: content: I’ve been using the Google Pixel Buds Pro for two years, and they’ve been great. They fit comfortably in my ears, making them easy to wear for long periods. The noise cancelling works well, blocking out background sounds effectively. The sound quality is impressive, with clear highs and good bass. Overall, I recommend these earbuds for anyone looking for comfort, good sound, and effective noise cancelling.

detailedReviews 29: content: These are great earbuds for those that are seeking something in the audio market. I have a Pixel 7 phone prior to obtaining these earbuds and they pair really well. Pixel users will get the most out of this product, but it's not limited to. They feel comfortable, the audio quality is great as well as build quality. The one thing I will criticize is the battery performance. In about 4 hours of active use half the battery life was already gone. In comparison, 6-7 hours on my Sony WF-C500 will only use up about 30-40% of battery life. Even so, I still believe these are great audios with solid features.

detailedReviews 30: content: Wish I bought these earlier. The moment you pull them from the box my Google Pixel recognised them and then started the setup process including telling me how to change the ear bud sizes and then checking they worked correctly, blocking out the noise. They last a long time and the case charges them further. They look good, fit well and sound great. Love the easy to use buttons and quick to connect. Just love them!

title: Easy setup, great sound, comfortable fit
detailedReviews 31: content: Pros:
1. Love the fit and finish of the earphones. As most people have mentioned, you can use these for long listening sessions without ear fatigue.
2. I use these for phone conversations while doing my household chores, cooking, etc. The feature that goes under the radar is how well the algorithm cuts the outside noise while on a call. I've used high-wattage blenders/mixers while having a call and the people across the line could not hear any disturbance from them. That itself is a game changer.
3. Even if the battery while using the ANC is average, the buds can get charged pretty quickly inside the case. Without the ANC, the battery life on the buds is better. I like to keep the ANC on though coz if you're not comparing them side by side with the best ANC earbuds, you would find the ANC to be pretty good. *This is coming from a guy who owns a Sony WH-1000XM4s*
Con:
1. This is very subjective but I preferred buying them when they had a discount over them as the TWS's would anyway fade out quicker eventually when compared to wired earphones/headphones

title: Great fit, excellent call noise cancellation
detailedReviews 32: content: The microphone quality is what sold me on these. While not fantastic, everyone I've spoken to using these has been able to understand me, even in very windy and loud surroundings. The audio quality is above average, but it is noticeably more tinny than some others, but it's far from bad. The Noise cancelling on these is great for low end noise like the rumbling of a car engine, but lacks slightly in higher end noise. Noise made by things like plastic bags do not sound like they're reduced whatsoever, but this is not a problem unique to these earbuds. The accessibility features are standard for high end ear buds, but the sliding feature to change volume may de difficult for people with large hands. These are a very comfortable fit in my ears, and they have probably the smallest profile of any earbuds I've used. This is an excellent product compared to alternatives on the market, but as a result they are pretty expensive. The price tag is the main reason I cannot give these a 5 star rating.

I love that it has sound canceling, which makes it easier to hear calls and other audio during my commute. They are also comfortable in my ears as long as I'm not wearing them for many hours at a time. The battery life in these is great as well. detailedReviews 35: content: I got a pair of free pixel buds pro when I bought my new Pixel phone and to be honest it was one of the factors in making up my mind about which phone to get. I'd previously had airpod pro's but they had too many issues and I decided to move on. These are wonderful. They connect super easily to all my devices (android and ios), the controls are easy to handle, they charge quickly and actually hold a charge for ages and, most importantly, are water resistant so i can run and workout with them. My only issue is that if i wear them for too long my ears get sore. It isn't the silicone bud that hurts as those come in different sizes and you can find the one that fits you best but the bean-like hard plastic case that is just kind of sitting in your ear.

detailedReviews 36: content: I love audio. A connoisseur of sound to coin a phrase. I have AirPod Pro 2, AirPod Max, Beats Flex, and PowerBeats for walking and hiking. Pixel buds pro have taken the spot of all the other ones. These are marvelous TWS buds!! They fit amazing, they are closed back so they have some awesome DEEEEEP bass and very good volume. Volume is something that is so different from TWS buds to TWS. These are at the top of the heap volume wise and they integrate with my Pixel 6 perfectly, but you can use these on any Bluetooth audio device. Comparing these to my last Galaxy Buds Pro (and this is high praise) these are comfortably better in all aspects. I also like the case "egg" too. Fits in my pocket crazy good, you know that little coin pocket... Fits like a glove and doesn't look like you're toting around ... Something... In your pocket. Lol.

detailedReviews 37: content: Performance:This is my first time buying any kind of earbuds. Honestly I'm very satisfied with its performance be it from the audio aspect or the battery life. The buds itself can last up to almost 5 hours. And the casing can recharge it to full around 5 times. The charge is very fast, maybe around 20-30 mins to full. The buds fitting is very solid, I can easily jog or workout with out the fear of it falling off. But you need to make sure the buds is equipped properly. The audio is very nice to me, but you need to max the bass from the app.

detailedReviews 40: content: Good Points: I'm no audiophile, but I appreciate a balanced sound.
Almost purely used at the gym, but also when traveling, they are comfortable to wear for over an hour at a time.
Secure fit!
Build quality is good with a nice feel in the hand.
Work flawlessly with my Pixel 5.
Choose the pro over the A as I wanted full control without having to touch my phone, is that worth the extra cost? That's up to you and how annoying it is to dig out your phone to change track and volume.
Improvement Points: I was a user on the original pixel buds, and whilst these are comfortable, the originals were perfect, Shame it isn't the same fit with the new version.
At full RRP they are a bit high in price, but with a promo they become good value.

detailedReviews 42: content: I've had a number of different ear buds over the years, ranging from $10-$200, and the one issue that ruins a set of ear buds is how consistent and reliable they are at connecting to the device.
Now, these ear buds have a number of wonderful features. The active noise cancellation is pretty effective. The transparency mode works very well. The software integration with google phones (I have a Pixel 5, and can only speak to how well it works with that phone) is top notch and makes adjusting everything from the EQ to what gestures do what, very simple.
Speaking of the Gestures, they are super intuitive, and work very consistently.

They hit the nail on the head with these earbuds as they are very comfortable and fit in your ear perfectly. They are lightweight and do not fall out of your ear very easily which is nice. The case is small and fits perfectly in my small jeans pocket so it’s out of the way. My favorite features are the noise cancellation as well as the noise pass through feature. They are not perfect but they do work pretty good and pick up things around you in the pass through feature to help you hear. I love the finger swipe controls as you can push forward on the front of either bud to turn up or swipe back to turn down which is convenient. detailedReviews 55: content: I was so excited to use the Google Pixel Bud Pros, I liked how it effortlessly walks you through the set up and you can switch the settings for what works best for you. I also like the "hey Google" feature with them. They do come with different size ear cushions, however even the small one seems to large for my ear. I have tried countless times wearing them, doing different activities and every time they fall out of my ear, I followed all the directions, did the quality check that came back good, and at some point, they still fall out of my ear. I would give these 5 stars if they stayed put, but unfortunately they do not for me, my husband can wear them just fine with no issues, but like I mentioned, I have small ears and they want to keep falling out and it gets annoying and makes it easy to loose. If there was an attachment I could purchase to add to it to wrap around my ear I would consider doing that so I can use them because I do like them but they are not a right fit for me.

The bass isn't terrible either! In fact I'm quite impressed, but again, don't expect deep throaty hits from buds this small.
The shape of the bud itself might not be for everyone, but personally I have not had an issue, even when exercising. The bud shape requires you to twist it into your ear, not push, like you would with airpods.

It comes with 3 different size silicone pieces to adjust to your ear size and has a seal test to ensure proper fit. Connecting to my phone was a breeze. detailedReviews 66: content: An amazing companion for your Google pixel phone, but they also interface easily with non-android devices. The noise cancellation is fantastic, and unlike many other wireless buds I've tried, these ones have a great fit and don't feel like they're going to fall out. The battery life is great, the case holds a decent charge, and recharging the case is quite fast. I also enjoy that these buds will prompt you to clean them out and recalibrate sound quality on a regular basis.

There are multiple different sizes which is great for those with smaller ears like mine. I wear these for hours every single day but I only have to charge them once a week for a few hours.

detailedReviews 76: content: Sound quality is great if a bit entrenched in the poplar V shaped curve a lot of other manufactures use, however it can be tuned to suit your preferences to an extent using the bud’s app, The highs are clear and the lows are very boomy by default, The mids despite the tuning are a little muddy compared to the Samsung buds as the Samsung use 2 drivers in each earbud vs the 1 in the google buds, however that doesn’t mean the sound quality from the google buds is bad it’s just doesn’t have the range of clarity the Samsungs have. However, in my opinion no matter what Bluetooth buds you use there will be a compromise and with the quality that all Bluetooth signals use its never going to be audiophile quality no matter what brand you use. Battery life on these buds is fantastic! Far exceeding the Samsung bud’s pro 2 that I have used in the past especially in the case department as it can charge the buds quite a few times more than the buds 2 pro. That’s also while the actual buds themselves outperform the Samsung alternative. Noise cancelling on the whole offer better dampening of ambient outside noise than the Samsung buds however the transparency mode lets the google buds down a touch as it doesn’t sound as natural as the Samsung buds (probably due to the single driver). Software wise is great with a seamless hand off between devices (much better than Samsungs), with very wide compatibility even with apple devices, as an example I am able to pair with my Apple TV so I can listen to music while still being able to edit the sound settings on my phone and switch over to either device with ease with battery status being reported on both devices accurately. Pairing is a doddle with the hardware button (again better than Samsung’s method of basically opening the case a few times and hoping it decides to enter paring mode). With anything with Bluetooth being able to connect. Software support is great as I have had several software updates which bring new features and improvements to the device, with recent ones being the ear health monitor and spatial audio support and hopefully soon Find my Device support via googles new find my network.

detailedReviews 77: content: I purchased these after my originals Pro buds finally died after years of service and a bulging battery. These new ones failed to perform a firmware update correctly. After lodging a long and tedious call with Google, who were about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. They kept insisting I need to perform the firmware upgrade in order for them to be able to help me. I kept pointing out that was the part that kept failing. They then suggested I reset the device. Which then meant the device no longer worked with any device. At this point, their support conceded there was an issue. And they would replace them under warranty. However, trap for new players. They have 2 options for warranty replacement. 1, you send them off to their agents, I think in Hong Kong. They accesses and decide if they will send you replacements. That process can take 30 days . 2, They send you a replacement straight away, but they stick you for a deposit of the value of the goods they are sending to you, and you only get that back when they receive the device with them. So I paid $124 on JB, and they stiffed me $290 as a deposit. They did send the replacements quickly. But I didn't want to persist with the same dodgy headphones, so I returned them to JB, paid the difference and bought the Pro V2's . Which are more expensive and really not any better than the Pro's I was upgrading from. Reading the reviews on the Google Forums, the firmware updates for these is also problematic.

detailedReviews 78: content: Seriously, these are comfortable and sound good .. music or calling.
The pod they come in is a good pocket size and not too heavy.
I don't find the "find device" thing works, unless you have a bud in your hand ... In that case, you don't need to find. ... Shut it up, and try to find, and it can't, not cos the android 14 app on Samsung... Maybe it only works in pixel phones only?
Also, the transparent mode, where it helps you listen to the world around you ... RUBBISH, totally does not work ... At all.
The anc works really well.
The buds are to begin with a little fiddly to insert. Once you get the knack, they stay in. ... Also once you insert first time, do the quality check. This does sounds to make sure you have a good seal, which without anc won't be any good.
I got at a huge discount via a review club.... Review club global.
Even paying what I did, I don't feel they're worth it. Even at this massive discount, I could have gained better buds.
4 stars is being really generous. Quality and the sound makes up most of that score , or I'd have put 3 stars.
If you want purely for listening to music or phone calls, these are good. Last well...
The find me, and transparency mode are rubbish ... So don't lose them, and hope your good hearing stays (lower that volume).

title: Transparency mode is rubbish, ANC works well
detailedReviews 79: content: I was trying to decide between these and the Jabra 8 active. I ended up getting these due to them been on special. They are pretty much what I expected. I'm a sparky and use them for average 7-9 hours a day. I found that the battery life estimates are pretty accurate for ANC on and off however, in transparency mode (which I used a lot to talk to customers, and works very well) it feels like it drains quicker which I also expect which mics constantly on and seems like common sense so I'm not to bothered by it.
The touch controls are really good. I've had very few miss touches or wrong commands while using the controls and the ones I did have were while trying to learn the new controls compared to my old link buds.
Voice assistant works well I have both tap activate and voice activate and both work well. Assist hasn't had a problem with simple tasks like call someone or navigate to somewhere however it does struggle with sending texts via voice if I'm driving or to much background noise (another thing that is common sense so not to bothered)
I've not had any complaints about calls quality unless I'm driving over 80km with the windows down (another common sense issue) windows up and no more problems
I've also not had any problems with the ear buds feeling like they are about to fall out either and are comfy to have in but I do find that unless I sit them just right by the end of the week my ears can be a little tender. This isn't exclusive to these ear buds though and has been the same with every ear buds I've used and I think it's just the fact I wear them roughly 50+ hours a week. But maybe a softer rubber casing over hard plastic would be nice in future buds
The app is pretty basic but I personally like that. I'm not really a fan of millions of adjustment and options. People who buys these aren't the type to play with settings for perfect sound, you'll play with the settings once then probably never open the app again.
All in all a solid set of buds that do what I need and that's good enough for me

detailedReviews 80: content: As a first time user of anything like this, I found them bulkier than expected. I have non-medicated ADD and prefer silence when I'm trying to focus. But sometimes that's not possible, so I got these to listen to elevator music as a distraction from excess noise around me. They work great for that, but you'd think they could be smaller and lighter. They hold in the ear pretty well, they just feel really big. Though I wear earplugs when I sleep, so I may be accustomed to how natural they feel. It's cool that you can activate google assistant, but I have a watch, a phone, a nest, and a tablet for that. It's a personal thing, but they feel invasive to me, to my thoughts. I've only used them once since I got them, and that was because it was either that or get overwhelmed by the noise around me. I was pleased to learn that you can wear just the right bud and it still works. That feels a bit better. Just didn't solve my problem as well as I'd hoped.

The good, very easy set up, providing you twist them into the ear, they fit great. Sound is decent but think my Jabra active 8 sound better and the Jabra app works super well and looks more professional.
Not so good. when im playing the buds through any other device, it works fine. when i play Spotify through the watch to the buds, it only plays through one side. googled how to fix. says make sure its not set to mono on the watch but still only working through the right side. detailedReviews 82: content: These Google buds are VERY high-tech. This is my first pair of blue tooth buds and these are amazing. They stay in my ears very well. They are totally controllable via little taps and swipes on either bud... volume, pause, skip or return to track, mode (like noise cancellation) or pass-thru. They auto pair with my phone and NEVER lose the connection. Of course they have mics so you can easily access voice assistant or Gemini AI. I somehow found this incredible deal on the Walmart site... $109 for the Google Buds Pro! These are NOT the new Pro 2 buds, but they have almost all the same features. Check it out - you'll see. $109 is not much more than you'd pay for the Google Buds A-series - which have a lot "less" features. And amazingly I received these the next day... for free shipping!!!! They sound great, has ample active and passive noise cancelling. Would need to test the fit again when I get my eartips. Love the neat tricks Google has packed into it! Other issues; not as easy to remove from case as Airpods and very sensitive touch controls... Big issue for me at work: They connected to my Android phone and Windows PC via Bluetooth when WFH, but in the office where we use Chromebooks... they kept disconnecting several times during online meetings - UGH! detailedReviews 85: content: I've always been pro Google, love my Google products, have had phones from 3 to the 7 pro. When the pixel bud a series came out. I immediately got them, they were AMAZING.
Recently, I broke the a series. so during boxing week I got the Pixel bud Pros and oh my god are they horrible. I paid 200$ for the same thing just with wireless charging. These things sound the same if-not worse, They don't stick in your ear like the a series constantly breaking the seal and music pausing, sounding horrible etc. or even just falling out, I'm a cook, we listen to music while we work. never had an issue with my old pixel buds. but the pros are gonna fall in my fryer.
the BASS on the A series is AMAZING.. but in the pros it just sucks. they are uncomfortable, they last for about a few hours and the case lasts for about an hour. I use to charge my a series (after using them for AT LEAST 10 hrs straight a day while working and at school) once or twice every 2 weeks. I have to charge my PROs every single night or I won't have them for the next day.
Like I said I love google, and I would love to leave a happy review of this product but I can't. these aren't the best, I wish I could return them. anyways, I'll just deal with these for now. I hope that google can bring back the A series build shell with the PRO's features.

detailedReviews 86: content: When I got these, first thing the app wanted me to do was check which size of the 3 earpieces fit my ears. Medium felt good to me but app said it was not adequate for noise cancelling after running the test. Said to change to large, for which it reran the test and said it was perfect, so I kept the large ones on.
As I used them, the sound quality was good but on a call, I was told I sounded far away and hard to hear.
Then the bad thing happened.. I have only had these 2 weeks. Multiple times I noticed I kept having to push them back down in my ear - couldn't hear the audio of what I was listening to and it was all the way up, so they were slowly coming out of my ears. Touching them to do this would then activate random things like pausing my video or other things.
Today I turned my head outside to say something to someone. One completely popped out, rolled onto the busy street in front of an oncoming bus, who ran over it with all wheels.
It now doesn't fit in the case, case won't close, and the other one which was unscathed, doesn't work.

detailedReviews 88: content: I bought these hoping that they would compete with my Bose earbuds, but sadly, they don't. The battery life of the earbuds is about the same, but the charging case is nowhere near as long as my Bose. I charged the buds once and had to recharge the case. The sound is decent, but lacking the bass that I'm used too. The noise canceling is pretty good, but not as good as what I'm used to. I can still hear my partner snoring while I'm up reading. Both of those I could get past. However, what I couldn't was the fit of the earbuds! The portion that fits into the canal was great, but the bulk of the rest of the earbuds made them so uncomfortable. A constant pressure on the concha of my outer ear. My ear shape and size is not the fault of Google, but if your ears are on the smaller side, I would caution against getting these. Unfortunately, they will have to go back to the store and I will be going back to my Bose.

title: Uncomfortable fit, lacking bass and ANC
detailedReviews 89: content: Being Google's newest and most premium earbuds, I really wanted to love these — they regrettably fell short of my expectations and hype. While adore and really appreciate the case and earbuds' design having such lackluster sound quality and poor fit are regrettably deal breakers for me.
Having amazing sound quality has never been a strength with Google's Pixelbuds, sadly these are no different. Music often sounds harsh and unbalanced with aggressive mids and highs. What's even more frustrating is that low volume levels have been an ongoing, consistent issue with Pixelbuds (even if one hasa newer Pixel phone). Ear fatigue is real, with only a relatively short listening session. The shape and size of the Pixelbuds Pro are different and definitely not as comfortable as their previous earbuds' design. The earbuds are bigger, bulkier, and thicker.
The case is amazing and for me the best earbuds case have ever had. The Pixelbuds case hinge is incredible and so snappy. I really appreciate the splash of color accents and the all-black and white look. It's very premium, fun, and even luxe-looking.
The ANC & transparency modes work as advertised and well enough. Perhaps not as great as Apple's Airpods Pro 2, but it still does the job. just wish the buds fit and sound quality would be better because the Pixelbuds case and overall design is so spot on. Phone cal/audio quality is average to me but is probably fine for most, especially with ANC on. Battery life seemed solid and reliable (having wireless charging is a nice addition).
I think if one is deep within the Pixel / Google ecosystem and isn't too particular with sound quality- these are fine and will do the job (especially if on sale). Otherwise, Sony or Apple's AirPods 2 are likely to be better for ANC and sound quality / listening to music.

detailedReviews 90: content: These headphones have been pretty good. They arrived fully charged and very clean. I haven't been able to use the live-translate feature yet as I have not paired it with a Google phone, but the rest of the features are good. The noise-cancelling is excellent and cool that you can choose to noise cancel or not while listening to music. The feature where it pauses your music when you're speaking is good and bad. I can't sing out loud anymore because of it and when I give one word instructions to my dog it also stops the music. They have also fallen out of my ears when I was running - I tried a larger ear piece and it helped a bit, but I prefer over the ear headphones when I'm running because I don't want to lose one of these to the water or down a drain. It also is a bit finicky with the "Hey Google" and I've had to set it up a few times, but that might also be an issue with my phone as it is due for an upgrade.

I probably waste about 15 minutes every time I want to use these for my computer because I need to turn off every active Bluetooth in the room, re-pair these ones with the device I *want* to connect to, and then it's like 50/50 if that'll happen.

Use the headphone more to dont hear my surroundings then listen to good quality music. So my demands are not that big. The ANC is average. It is acually good. ANC on and you dont hear the people. BUT! you will still hear cars on the street (pretty good) and the wind while driving bicycle. I also do not like the form, even though they hold pretty well. I multiple time thought i need to reposition them, but that was not the case. Comparing this to my previous Sony WF-1000XM3 (which was working great for 4 years before the right ear bud would die after 30 minutes)... the sound quality and noise cancellation is no where as good. Sometimes the earbuds would get loose in my ears and I can't readjust it without it pausing my music. The charging case is slippery and I have already dropped it once on concrete floor. title: Sound and ANC not as good as Sony
detailedReviews 95: content: Performance:The sound quality is bass heavy! Superior active-noise-cancellation. Transparency mode can be better in the future firmware updates! Battery life is crazy good. I somehow just charge only twice a week.
Quality:The build Quality of the buds and its case is legitimately solid. The soft-matte texture casing feels very satisfying and luxurious.
There was a misunderstanding with the seller initially and it cost me quite some time. Order processing + shipments and delivery took roughly 10 days, and I was quite upset when I got a different colour when it arrived. Order Fog variant, but received Charcoal. However it is forgivable and to me it is no biggie. Customer service can do better!

title: Good ANC, but received wrong color
detailedReviews 96: content: So, these headphones do absolutely everything they say on the box and do it wonderfully. Good audio quality, good noise cancelling. The transparency mode is genuinely useful and also very good. Controls good enough (though in some instances I personally prefer a real button or controlls, but the touch controls are still great).
But, they have a fatal, critical flaw. They do not support any low latency high quality audio codec. To be clear, if you are watching video (and your video player has the ability to delay the video stream) these will be fine. If you are listening to music - totally great headphones.
BUT if you are using a video app that doesn't allow you to insert 200-500ms latency, then audio will be out of sync by a quarter to a half a second. It is *awful*. Gaming and other low latency applications are also going to be horribly out of sync.
These low latency protocols have existed for years at this point, and it's fairly unforgivable that not one of them is supported by these headphones.
Please note, this review is as at November 2022, it is worth checking if google have made changes to low latency support if you are interested in buying them in the future. (Don't hold your breath)

detailedReviews 97: content: Have been using the A series for nearly a year and love them so much I thought that I would upgrade to the pro version. They are a bit of a disappointment although they have some more touch controls the sound isn't as good as the A series and fit on A series is a lot more comfortable. The extra touch controls are annoying as if your increasing volume it activates or deactivates noise cancellation when you don't mean to change the setting. and makes a annoying beep. The noise cancellation is rather good as long as you don't touch buds. Not really worth upgrading

title: Disappointing upgrade from A series
detailedReviews 98: content: Buds are good, very strong on bass but they fitted me fine which I was concerned about reading reviews. However my annoyance was the condition I received it in, there was ear wax found in one the extra buds and this was meant to be a grade A. Asked for a partial refund/compensation but none offered until I said I'd be leaving negative feedback and at that point it was a mere £5 voucher which I didn't bother accepting. Would've been better off buying grade B

detailedReviews 99: content: They don’t do a good job of noise cancellation. I can still clearly hear my partner’s snores through them even when noise canceled by is enabled. They’re also bigger than expected are not comfortable for sleeping, which is what I wanted them for. I hate to say it, but Apple AirPod pros work much better.

title: Poor noise cancellation, uncomfortable for sleeping
detailedReviews 100: content: So I had the A series from 2022 and I loved them because the way the ear bud was designed it fit snug. It was the only pair of ear buds that ever fit in my ear so when the Pixel Buds Pro came out I had no issue buying them. Unfortunately, Google “fixed” something that wasn’t broke. Simply by taking off the small curve that was at the base of the A series the Buds Pro do not fit snug like the prior series. They fit…but even with the ear piece sizes that come with the buds, still, it doesn’t have the extra tight fit. They are ok. The sound is great, the touch commands are cool…they didn’t come with a charger this time which is dumb & again, not living up to the A series but whatever. The Pros aren’t crap..but if you had the A series & loved them, keep them because the Pros are a down grade in my opinion.

title: Downgrade from A series, poor fit
detailedReviews 101: content: Had issues with these buds making calls with my Pixel phone. Battery life is also dismal (barely two full hours) Contacted Google only to find out that there was no longer any warranty on these. These had been on the shelf at Walmart for so long there was nothing Google could do. VERY disappointed with this purchase from Walmart.

detailedReviews 102: content: Quality of the sound is pretty bad. they disconnect from mobile almost every 2 mins and will connect back. sound switches between left and right airpods randomly as frequently as a every minute. I strongly believe this is not a genuine Apple product and waste of money.

detailedReviews 103: content: These buds worked fine with good sound. They would not work with phone calls, and a chat with Google support informed me that the warranty was expired over a year after I purchased these from Walmart. So I returned them and bought a new pair direct from Google. These buds were sitting in Walmart stock for over a year and a half.

title: Expired warranty, faulty from Walmart
detailedReviews 104: content: Firstly, the sound quality and noise cancelling are great and the touch functions to control the Buds are pretty good as well (responsive and intuitive) but i've been left a disappointed with connectivity issues.
I've had these for 3 months and use them almost daily. I had to do a hard reset once a week for the first 2 months when connecting to my pixel phone, although that issue seems to have sorted itself recently. When switching to another device (usually my laptop) it's 50/50 as to whether that'll work or not...again the Buds usually need a hard reset to work. I like to think i'm reasonably tech savvy so I check laptop audio output settings etc but often with no luck. On reflection I wish i'd gone for the Bose earphones instead

detailedReviews 105: content: Fitting is fine, connection is quick. Noise cancellation are a touch better than my Sony XM1's and 100x smaller. The case gets scratches and stains easily being matte.
Four hour battery life on the most minimally draining settings is a deal breaker for me and I regret buying them.

After a long journey Google finally gets earbuds right.
ANC works great and pairing to Androids is effortless.
The case is sleek and compact (same as the A series). Buds themselves are a bit bulky compared to A series and no wingtips but it is forgivable for the increased battery time. Easily lasts 6 hrs with ANC on. Comfortable to wear for a long time and if you are feeling uncomfortable then use the app to check the pressure se...

detailedReviews 107: content: One earbud was not working right out of the box. First I tried troubleshooting, charging, everything I could find online. Then I tried to exchange them for a new pair but I was told the serial codes did not match the box right after I just opened it! Apparently this happens with the serials numbers frequently, yet now I spent a lot of money for ONE headphone. Very disappointed and frustrated. Wondering how I was sold faulty and improperly labelled earbuds. I don't know what to do.

detailedReviews 108: content: Had the A-series for years but one broke. Thought I'd simply replace with the fancy pro version, but the fit is totally different and unreliable. The A-series has a hook, the pros don't. They rely on friction with your ear to stay in, so your ears need to be the right shape or they simply fall out. Avoid the pros unless you've tried them and are fully confident in the fit. You cannot return these because of hygiene concerns, so don't waste your money, get the A-series or avoid entirely.

Product Quality:Superb! It's Google so product quality is great.
This is my first time purchasing an expensive product from overseas. I had to do investigate the Merchant's legitimacy and I did not regret because the Merchant is legit! I'm planning to buy more products from this Merchant. The package arrived 4 days earlier than expected. It arrived within 4 days faster than locally bought products. I'm happy with this purchase and sa mga Pinoy diyan na may balak mag order sa Merchant na ito, go for it! Over-all experience is 10/10 , same with the product. I will be using the Product to make sure that it's in great condition. So far so good!🫰❣️🙏

detailedReviews 110: content: These earbuds are amazing!! The sound is so clear, they don’t fall out, the case is the perfect size, you can tap the case to your phone and it auto connects (once you download the app). I just got done cleaning when I took these pictures. I jammed out while getting our house in order. The noise cancellation is EXCELLENT. I will be buying a pair for my husband for his work outs. 10/10 these are incredible. I’ve been using them for work too and they are awesome to drown out the other people in my office.
