snippets: Initially I had these headaches. Then I glued some sponge at the top and the back of my liner and that somewhat resolved the issue. Then a few weeks back I washed my helmet liner. And I guess that moved the sponges . I have been trying to do the same fix again, but it doesn't seem to work anymore., You can try to CAREFULLY remove some of the EPS foam of the helmet in those spots. I have done that to my MX helmet in the forehead area I did it with a Dremel tool
