detailedReviews: detailedReviews 1: content: Positives:
- Screen size and performance is perfect. The size of this screen is ideal for 1080p and the 4060 works great for playing high settings. I appreciate the 144 hz G-Sync compatible screen and playing even at 60 fps feels smooth.
- Lenovo Vantage software is okay and the MUX switch with Nvidia is useful. So far no issues with the software and I do not feel like it's heavy in bloatware.
- Balance fan speed works enough for me. I also make sure to set FPS limits and utilize DLSS to minimize GPU through put and it helps with the noise.
- (3) USB ports and the ethernet port are great.
- There was a spare M.2 NVME 2280 port with spare screw. I easily slipped in a 2 TB NVME with a single side of memory and it worked.
- Clean look!
Cons:
- Would have liked a left-side USB port. Not a big deal.
- The integrated graphics is causing occasional stuttering. Needs a restart or turning off the hybrid graphics.
- I'm not a fan of the copilot button. I have it setup to open the Game Bar, which helps with volume control. But I would have liked my right Ctrl key for shortcuts.
- It might be a Win11 issue, but changing volume using the Fn keys results in noticable lag in the game. I have to make sure I'm paused before changing volumes. Alternatively the game bar works here.

title: Ideal screen size and performance, G-Sync works
detailedReviews 2: content: I have had this laptop for a month and have no complaints. I read comments online saying it's a bit plasticy and doesn't feel as solid as a normal gaming laptop.
Well I can see it feels solid and well built. May not look as fancy as other high end makes but all I am interested in is the specs. This little bad boy has plenty of power under the hood.
Been playing Dune Spice wars at high settings with no slow down. Also been dabbling in CAD design and so far it is breezing through everything I have thrown at it
Only negative I can think of is it's a little noisy if you are used to standard non gaming laptops. Nothing that bothered me while gaming. Also the touchpad is not great so a wireless mouse is a good shout.
If all you want is the raw CPU and GPU power and don't care about flashing lights, alien heads and other fancy design touches, give this a look.

detailedReviews 3: content: I've used Lenovo laptops for many years in a business setting and have always found their systems well made. This is my first gaming class laptop from Lenovo and I'm very impressed with its performance. The laptop looks great, the screen is beautifully lit with a sharp image, the CPU performance is amazing, and the graphics perform better than my desktop gaming rig. I highly recommend this unit for gaming, video editing, or other high-demand computing needs. I knocked 1 star due to the weight of the laptop and its bulky power pack (this is not an ultra light unit - but packs a punch!). Very happy with my purchase. Easily upgraded to 32GB of dual-channel RAM and has an open slot available for second HDD.

detailedReviews 4: content: I’ve had this laptop for about a week now and have a few things to say. The first being that its ability to run graphic intensive games at a high fps on high settings is amazing. I am able to play many games on ultra settings with 140 frames easily due to the 4060 and 13th gen i7. However one thing I found is that it has a loud fan when playing. To minimise this I will game with the laptop on quiet mode to help minimise fan noise and this does not seem to effect performance at all. Another thing I was disappointed about is that the keyboard is not RGB as shown in the photos but has a white back light. Overall definitely a worthwhile upgrade for me and I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a laptop that can handle the toughest of games on high settings for a low price

detailedReviews 5: content: I recently purchased this laptop and I am very happy with it. The build quality is excellent and the design is attractive. The display is fantastic, with clear and vibrant visuals, making it great for watching videos and gaming. The keyboard is comfortable, and the typing experience is good. The laptop's performance is fast and handles multitasking easily. The battery backup is not very impressive, but it's okay. Overall, this is a great product, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality laptop.

detailedReviews 6: content: I'm not a gamer. I'm a security tester. I needed something with a high end gpu to process mathematical equations. Once the nvidia driver package was taken off and reinstalled to drivers only it's an incredible machine. On my previous Lenovo with built in standard graphics it would have taken years to complete. With the Nvidia geforce 4060 it was a matter of hours! It will get hot but its a workhorse to use the gpu for something better than games.. Its an impressive machine and lenovo excels at build quality and performance. That's why we have seven of them!

detailedReviews 7: content: Has a strong CPU (Passmark 25.5k) and ran great rite off on games. Need to replace the RAM if you upgrade with 2 NEW sticks of RAM NOT 1! Motherboard does not like a mismatch and has a known failure rate if you do not! I got a set of 2x 16GB Crucial DDR5 5600 (runs at 4800mHz per CPU limitation). GPU is a beast on this. Not sure how they got the factory OC of 2700mHz but hit 22k passmark instead of the 17.5k it is supposed to do. Temps are great and broke in nicely during the past 30 days. Great thermal design. CPU is on a Gen 5 PCie lane....rest is on PCie x4. Best deal on the market!

detailedReviews 8: content: I got this on a great sale put on by Lenovo. It is DEFINITELY worth it at a sale price, and it would definitely still be worth it at full price! I can play almost any game I want. Previously had an older laptop that decided to quit working on me and this was my upgrade and boy is it a big upgrade! Great for pretty much any game unless you’re playing CRAZY games, and obviously great for any other use as well. If using for gaming, I’d consider upgrading the internal storage or buying an external SSD, 512GB isn’t enough for gaming unless you only play 2-3 games really. Other than that, GREAT buy!

detailedReviews 9: content: The Lenovo LOQ 15" is a solid entry-level gaming laptop that offers great value for its price. Its gaming performance and keyboard make it a worthwhile option for budget-conscious gamers.
The RTX 4050 ensures smooth gameplay across AAA titles, with support for DLSS 3.0 enhancing visuals and frame rates.
The typing experience is surprisingly smooth and satisfying, a standout feature for a laptop in this price range.
Despite its gaming capabilities, the fans remain impressively quiet during operation.

detailedReviews 10: content: This is an excellent value for money laptop with this configuration. I have an i5 paired with RTX 4060. This GPU is clocked at maximum wattage at 115 and with memory of 8GB it can handle most of the AAA gaming titles. The 2K display is a cherry on top! The crisp picture quality and 165Hz panel is a icing on the cake.
On the other hand, the laptop should have more USB ports particularly, USB 3.0 support would have been great. Also the webcame; although its a 1080p 30fps, it does not have the support of windows hello.
Aside this, this is good laptop which would last for until next 5-6 years easily. Cheers!
