I don't wear slip-on shoes like this often so they made me walk funny, and I already have plantar fasciitis and flat feet so walking like that aggravated my conditions if I wore these shoes for two shifts in a row. Now they are just my backup shoes I keep in my car. BUT when I wore them I got compliments at work all the time and people asking "hey, where did you get your shoes??". People were shocked they were Crocs haha. Bottom line: if you don't have issues with your feet and can walk easily in slip-ons without any heel support, get these shoes. You will love them.
