The Bluetooth technology and connection is great because there is no worrying about carrying a receiver with you or worrying whether or not your computer has the correct port for the receiver. Additionally, my mouse was delivered to the wrong house (not Logitech’s fault) and Logitech was very quick to help resolve the issue because they stand by their products. But not lucky for another keyboard which was bought together where the box was also dented and item inside damaged upon opening of parcel and needs to be returned.Seller need to take note on their packaging. As items purchased was just wrapped in clear plastic wrap when received. If they are careful in their packaging, problem of dented product boxes and indirectly causing the item to be damaged would be greatly reduced.

Instead of just allowing me to return it or receive a a replacement, customer service is making me send it to a “testing facility” to prove it’s not working and then I can potentially get a refund. Pretty intense considering it’s 24 dollar mouse. Very frustrating, will not be purchasing from Logitech again.
