The quality of the printing itself, however, was lacking. The box background should be a solid blue, but the box color can be seen quite easily through the blue. There is also places where the color is inconsistent (e.g. a band or stripe where the blue is darker than in other places).
This is the second product that was ordered through this company where the print quality is lacking. The sample box photos online look exquisitely printed. Wondering if I just happened to order two items that got printed on the same defective printer? Also wondering if there is any QC done on these before shipping?

The box itself is very sturdy and true to the dimensions. I like the fold-in flaps. I’m assuming that UPrint uses a a digital process and not flexography to print on the boxes. For high-end products where you want your packaging to convey top quality, this mailer box is only so-so, in m opinion.

detailedReviews 119: content: Ordering was easy. Quality of the boxes are good some of the images are pixelated but that might have been on my end. Product was nicely packaged and turnaround time was fast. However, their shipping cost are very steep. I’ve also order some small door tags and shipping is twice the amount I charge my own customers.

detailedReviews 120: content: The boxes are unable to close and come with no instructions as to how to fold them correctly. Even though it took about a minute to figure out the folding sequence, I was disappointed that the box would not stay closed unless I were to apply a lot of tape. My customers would not appreciate seeing that. I know I wouldn't.

detailedReviews 121: content: Extremely disappointed. Ordered mailer boxes, said it would take approx. 15-20 days, took nearly a month. Ordered glossy, came matte with gloss on the inside. Tried to talk to customer service and they said someone would get back to me, but it's been four days and haven't heard anything.
