Good design, lightweight, perfect length, and good performance. Having just hit 40 I don’t play as much basketball as I use to, but I was able to put these to the test in the gym while lifting and running on the treadmill.
The shorts are polyester and the fit is perfect. They are above the knee but not too short. They never got in my way while lifting or running. They are also lightweight and not as heavy as my older basketball shorts. My shorts are black and white and while the color doesn’t pop, the design of the diamond short is nice and not over the top. I like the perfect length of this shirt the most. There’s nothing I would change about the design or performance of these. Nike got it right here and I will definitely utilize in my next pickup game.

The pockets are nice and deep and I don’t have to worry about my key fob coming out when I’m jogging. It also comes with adjustable drawstrings. The black and white colorway never miss. The length of the shorts is perfect and they don’t rise when walking/jogging. The mesh fabric is lightweight, durable, and breathable. I like the new logo design and how comfortable these shorts feel. They will be my new go-to shorts. I wouldn’t change a thing. I recommend getting a pair, you will not regret it.

They are mesh shorts so they definitely feel light and are on the thinner side, but the fabric isn’t too thin. Still feels like they will probably be durable enough. The design is good, not too complex or simple. I got the black and white pair because it goes with everything, simple man. Only thing I would change would be the length, everything else is fine as far as the look and feel. Don’t hate them or love them. Waist fits good as well. Just go up a size if you don’t like short shorts.

I don’t recommend for long walks or for running. They are a little too baggy for that.

detailedReviews 90: content: The Jordan Sport Men's Dri-FIT Mesh Diamond Shorts are a pretty good pair of athletic shorts. I opted to size up to a medium as I’m on the larger end of a small and wanted some room in the waist; it was not a 1 to 1 fit like my regular size, but it fit me comfortably and there are drawstrings to adjust for a closer fit. These hit right above the knees for me length-wise, and there is enough room in the legs for movement for physical activities. Along with the fit, these are super lightweight, which is my favorite aspect of the shorts; they are Dri-FIT and 100% polyester. The design is minimalistic - black shorts, with the trimming and Jumpman’s on both legs in white. The trimming is additional fabric sewn onto the base fabric of the shorts, while the Jumpman seems to be heat pressed on. There are also side pockets on each side, though the pocket material feels flimsy and I can imagine a tear or a hole forming in them if not careful. Overall, nothing overly special but definitely no complaints either, just a very solid pair of shorts that I imagine I’ll be lounging and playing sports in.

The laces are string instead of the old style shoelace. They fit horrible I normally wear a large but like them long so I got an XL, they don’t even cover my knee.
