Until I tried these, thank God I did, my pain is now at about 2% out of 100. Thank you New Balance, you guys saved my foot from all this pain. This one is my second pair.

I can stand and walk in these all day without feeling fatigue or foot pain. My closet is filled with tons of hype shoes such as Yeezys and Jordan’s but I don’t even wear them anymore since switching to New Balance. New Balance makes a superior product than anyone else. Do not pass on New Balance over hype and branding. These are much better, affordable and you can find them on store shelves.

I bought my girlfriend these shoes that said “like new” condition but they are not like new at all. When my girlfriend first opened these she said there were pieces of cardboard from the box stuck all over the suede. Why are they not wrapped in some sort of paper that protects them anyways? That’s how I’ve seen any other brand sell their shoes to customers. That just leaves an impression of carelessness. This wasn’t even my main concern. There is multiple black marks on the suede material and a sticky spot. Suede is already a delicate material to begin with. It’s irritating that I would have to buy cleaner to have some hope of making these look presentable. We already returned a pair that was brand new because they did not fit and could better afford a used pair. However, I just do not understand how these could be labeled as like new in the condition that they are. I understand they were pre-owned but when I selected the “like new” i expected it to be “like new”. We’ve been waiting for these to arrive since I ordered them for nearly 2 weeks. She was so excited to get her a pair that fit her after the last ones didn’t fit perfectly. This is a very big let down and will be returning another pair. I’ve had much better experiences with other shoe brands.

detailedReviews 8: content: Shoes were not the same & did not match. The fabric on the shoes was completely different from one another in terms of texture and stitching. I messaged customer service and they did not offer any assistance other than a very small discount on the price of the shoes that did not match. Why would I keep them? I returned them with no other assistance from customer service.
