snippets: now the reason I said that I like the headphone audio quality for gaming in particular is because even though I really do enjoy bass I love that thump in the boom this doesn't really have that to that degree and it's going to be more focused on the mid-range a little bit in the upper mids not so much trouble so it's not going to be super harsh but if you're listening out for footsteps it will make those sound pretty clear and you won't be distracted by a lot of rumbles when there's a very chaotic environment in game you can really just focus on being sweaty which is why for single player games and for most media I do need to EQ these add a little bit more base specifically drop the mid-range and the upper mids a little bit but of course that's going to be a personal preference
