detailedReviews: detailedReviews 1: content: I have been using the S24 Ultra for a few weeks. I upgraded to the Samsung S24 Ultra from the S22 Ultra -Although the improvements between every generation might seem incremental, the Ultra remains the absolutely best Android phone every year in a row. I went for the Ultra mainly as i wanted the better camera and it is worth while It's quad camera setup with a 200 MP main sensor, a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens, a 10 MP telephoto lens, and a 12 MP ultrawide lens has so far as well as massive flexibility not found on any other phone (0.6x, 1x, 3x, 5x zooms). taken stunning pictures.
Dynamic AMOLED 2X display providing a beautiful screen to look at, a super fast Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor that works in harmony with the hardware, and a 5000 mAh battery that, so far, has allowed me to go a whole day on several occasions with a charge.
The new Galaxy AI really does add a lot of useful features that are really interesting and can prove very useful in specific situations (e.g. the live call translation, or the call/conversation transcript, and of course the AI image editing capabilities that work impressively). The new Circle to Search feature is also fantastic, being able to identify where item are from, what the location of buildings are etc.
The design isn't anything radically different from before but the combination of flat display and the type of glass/coating used means the device is so much better to use. The flat display enhances the use with the S-Pen in my opinion. The introduction of Titanium this year hasn't really impacted the weight of the device overall.
The display not only offers an excellent quality, but this year it also increases the brightness to an excellent level that helps a lot outdoors. - The performance from the new Snapdragon is top as expected, everything is fast and smooth can handle demanding tasks, including gaming, multitasking, and productivity applications,
The S24 Ultra is the best phone I’ve ever owned, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium and powerful smartphone. It has everything I need and more, and it’s worth every penny it you want premium, fast, and luxury!

title: Powerful performance, stunning display, and great camera.
detailedReviews 4: content: I moved from a samsung s21 to the s24 ultra. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is an impressive phone that continues Samsung's combination of style, performance and features. The 6.8inch dynamic AMOLED display offers exceptional quality for all uses, such as video streaming or gaming. The build quality is premium, with the titanium finish adding a high end finish and feels more balanced than it's predecessors .
The quad camera set up provides adaptability for any situation. The setup includes a 200MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, two telephoto lenses at 10MP 3x optical zoom and 10MP 10x optical zoom. The 200mp primary sensor provides fantastic low light capabilities, while the telephoto lens has fantastic detail on far away subjects. The video recording capabilities are also impressive, offering up to 8K resolution at 30fps. The 2 MP selfie camera also takes great portrait pictures and videos. The Photo AI editor is also incredibly. Being able to make changes to images without professional software is very convenient.
The 5000mAh battery offers all-day usage, with intelligent power management that optimizes battery life based on your usage habits. I was especially impressed with is capacity, and can effortlessly use the 24 ultra for multiple days without charging.
The feature that drew me to the s24 ultra was the Bluetooth S pen. It is a versatile accessory that vastly widens the phone functionality. For me, the best feature is the remote control of the camera using the button on the pen, allowing me to really control how I use my phone.
The new AI features are really innovative and can prove very useful. The live call translation and conversation transcript are particularly impressive.
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is an outstanding flagship phone that offers an impressive battery, a fantastic camera system, and a gorgeous display. Its design, build quality, and features make it a standout within the current market. Whether you're a power user, a mobile photographer, or someone who simply wants an exceptional all-around device, the S24 Ultra is perfect.

title: Impressive phone with great battery, camera, and display.
detailedReviews 5: content: First let me say that picked up my phone on 1/31/24, & I really loved it for a while. I had the S22 Ultra 512GB prior to buying the S24 Ultra 1TB. I've had Samsung phones for so long, it's hard to recall the last phone I had that wasn't a Samsung. With the exceptiotion on 1 & 7, I've had every Note phone & reluctantly bought my S22 Ultra. I was happy with it until ¼" of the top R-corner was blacked out after an upgrade & was told it couldn't be repaired so BestBuy refunded my money. For the last few upgrades, even before the One UI 7, many things wouldn't be working & after googling I'd find I had to go change settings that I had never even changed at setup. After the "Big" update & everyone update since, I can't hear the caller but they can hear me, I was able to turn the "audio back on" under Bluetooth previously, but it's on & turning it off & back on doesn't work. Also the Samsung Email app constantly freezes. I actually prefer this app to Gmail's because it's a lot like outlook & it's easy to add additional email accounts to. I'm fortunate to have doged the "No Bluetooth S-Pen Bullet" on the last software update because Samsung feels people don't use the button for the camera, skip to next music track/song, preview messages etc. They keep taking away our S-Pen features, which is why people purchased the Note series to begin with. Maybe the reason Samsung is getting feedback that their customers aren't using these features is because they've already lost many of their Note customers after deciding to minimize it buy adding it to a lineup of multiple "S" series. I know before Microsoft was added to their phones, a lot of people, myself included, bought Docs to Go by DataViz & the S-Pen was a great tool for PowerPoint presentations. Between the constant app glitches, settings issues & no future Bluetooth for the S-Pen, I'm not sure if Samsung will be my next phone.

title: Disappointing glitches and S-Pen feature removal.
detailedReviews 6: content: I purchased the S24 Ultra as a long term user of the Galaxy Note series. My first phone was a Note 4, moved to the Note 8 and now the Galaxy S24 Ultra. My two previous phones, I used to the fullest extent with significant joy, as they were perfect for my needs.
I take written notes, so the s pen is perfect, the battery life of the Notes 4 and 8 were great, and the appearance and design of the Notes 4 and 8 are visually and ergonomically pleasing experiences.
I have needed to purchase my new phone as android updates are no longer available on the Note 8 for many applications. So I made this decision to buy the S24 Ultra begrudgingly. I am not happy with the phone, but had no choice but to upgrade as the apps and functionality I use were not supported.
My S24 Ultra is worse than my Note 8 in almost every way, notwithstanding the cost, because the only way to receive an s pen with Samsung now is to buy the highest model of the galaxy series. Paying additional hundreds of pounds just for an s pen feels like I am being punished for being acquainted to a very useful and unique phone feature.
I am not the type who needs an extremely powerful phone, nor a world-class camera. Just a phone which I can write notes on, use for emails, word and data processing, and storing files. In this context, moving from the Note 8 to the S24 Ultra has been a downgrade in the following respects:
- My Note 8 had expandable storage, unlike the S24 Ultra. I have a lot of files and would rather store data on hard drives than paying significant amounts for cloud storage.
- The S24 Ultra is a far bulkier phone which does not lie flat due to the cameras sticking out. I cannot write on it with it flat on a surface, which is extremely problematic for my purposes.
- The cameras on the S24 Ultra stick out, they are subject to being damaged rather than being encased in the phone like my Note 8. They are very large, and from my perspective, ugly, compared to the the flush, neat camera position in a single rectangle on the Note 4. This also becomes a problem with cases. To get a flat case I need to buy a very thick case. This is unpleasant compared to my current Note 8 which was half the thickness overall. On the other hand, a slim case means the cameras cause the phone not to lie flat. Furthermore, most cases just have one big cutout around the cameras exposing the phone to water and damage. This restriction in choice is another downgrade compared to the Note 8.
- My Note 8 was a beautiful maple gold colour, whereas the available colours of the S24 Ultra do not align with any of my preferences. The titanium grey has a green effect which I find unpleasant compared to a standard silver.
- Even better than the Note 8, my Note 4 had a changeable battery unlike the S24 Ultra.
- On a semantic note, as an academic, the word “Note” is far more appealing than a number with the word “Ultra.”
There was nothing wrong with my Note 8, I wanted to keep it. The battery life was great, the cost was reasonable, it worked perfectly well. I was forced to “downgrade” to the S24 Ultra in terms of my quality of life as my brilliant phone was no longer supported from a software perspective. There is no alterative on the market to the Note 8. I assert this was the best phone Samsung ever made.
Overall I am disappointed to have been forced to spend as much as I did, a significant amount of my savings, for a worse phone than the one I had that was working perfectly for my preferences and purposes. Buying a new phone should be exciting, not miserable and due to being coerced.
Thank you for this opportunity to share my thoughts.

title: Disappointed with downgrade from Note 8, forced upgrade.
detailedReviews 7: content: Even though this flagship is 2 phone generations older, it performs flawlessly using all available AI features like the newest s25 ultra. Honestly, bluntly, speaking... I think Samsung just lies to us all about it's AI features not being able to function on an S23 ultra. They block this beast of a power house phone so they can continue to keep making money off individuals who have no knowledge of the forever changing technological world it is now. Personally I still can honestly say with 💯 conviction, that the S22 Ultra STILL HAD THE BEST CAMERAS out of all the Ultras that came after. AI couldn't fix the ultra sharp moon pictures the S22 ultra took zoomed in all the way. The definition it would capture of the creators and surroundings... never again since, have I ever been able to take such a detailed photo of the moon since my S22 ultra. How many agree? This S23 ultra I still rock for a daily phone, cost me almost $1500, bootloader locked! And it rocks AI WITH NO ISSUES. Samsung, quit blocking our older flagship with the full features the S25 Ultra has. We spend thousands of dollars supporting you, the least you can do is thank us by providing ALL THE SAME NEW FEATURES YOU HAVE ON S25, S26 MODELS. You know these flagships can handle it and then some! Honor us Samsung lovers that have stuck with you all the way back when the first flagship was born. That's almost 20 years ago! Provide the new UI 8.0 UPDATE TO THE OLDER S23 ULTRAS FIRST! We deserve it! Thousands spent in 20y.

detailedReviews 8: content: My review is from the perspective of transitioning from a Galaxy Note 8. I have held off for many years purchasing a new phone finding insufficient Improvement to go through the process and pay for a new phone. Or, was Satisfied by the Note 8 until it has become glitchy, boggy with noticeable diminished battery function.
I will mention I received an excellent trade in value for my dinosaur Note 8 that may not be available to all purchasers. This 'deal' required an upgrade to my plan, higher cost in addition to payment for the new phone. My plan then was then also a 'good deal' and and worried about losing that good deal. However, the total monthly payment was reasonable for an extremely! expensive phone and chose the upgraded plan.
Something else I was very worried about was making the transition to a different interface, much to my surprise it has been not been much of a problem. Or, this process has been greatly improved for the consumer.
Cons:
The keyboard I had been using was created with a very large amount of customization to be useful for my needs and of course was very used to it. To the doorway I was very disappointed it did not transition to the Ultra 24 with all my customization and would have to set it up all over again.
The Ultra 24 is noticeably heavier and larger for my hand holding over a long period of time. My hand fatigues such I need to stop using.
Pros:
However, because I utilize a smartphone primarily as a mini computer I appreciate the larger screen size.
As an elderly finger fumbler with small keyboards I rely on the stylus which also leaves the screen cleaner. (A smudged screen really annoys me LOL.) Lack of a stylus also contributed to not purchasing a new phone earlier. In fact, having a stylus was the first feature I looked for to upgrade. Historically having misplaced styluses do have a number for the Note 8 on hand. I am very pleased those can be used with the Ultra 24 and that a second stylist will work with one installed in the phone - something that wouldn't with the Note 8 and a real problem when one got broken in the phone and I had a heck of a time getting it back out. LOL Again a stylus is extremely important to me.
Having to go through the process to set up the third party keyboard again I resorted at least temporarily to the Samsung and not sure how I accomplished it but have made it work better for me than I first initially tried it and have pretty quickly adapted. I plan to uninstall the keyboard app I had been using.
Not a have the newest 'thing' person, prefer longevity for expensive appliances. One reason for choosing the Ultra 24. And without a SD card, went for the 512 capacity.
There was a moment of hesitation with fastest charging required both cable ends be C's. (I am sick of having to purchase different hardware.) Also, I have many USB connection points and extremely limited 'room' for plugin block Chargers. I went for a belkin cube and very happy it is quite small compared to previous chargers, also that I only needed one (for the C and fastest charging) and it wasn't too expensive. (And my USB cables still 'works.)
I purchase the Ultra 24 only 3 days ago and as far as I can tell a number of the improved features not sure I have a use for. One example be the wireless capability transferring files although it did make switching my previous phone to a new one impressive. LOL And, it is likely I will appreciate them more as I develop understanding of them and will have use for in the future. The AI stuff frankly a mystery but this old dog can still learn new tricks.
Overall I am very happy with this purchase, much much more than I expected to be fresh out of the box. Have almost no experience with other wizbang new phones to compare to. With that said I will highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy Ultra 24.

detailedReviews 9: content: As someone who owned a previous Samsung Galaxy phone, I was blown away by the S24 Ultra, and even now a year and half after purchase and I still love it. Websites and apps are incredibly responsive and I've never once been frustrated by how fast something will load or freeze. Picture quality is stunning, and you can zoom in very far before it goes down. The phone looks amazing, and I LOVE watching videos on it's huge screen. It was a big reason I got a phone this size and it hasnt dissapointed me. As someone who's a casual phone user and not dissecting all the metrics and details of a phone, this phone is absolutely amazing at covering the basics of what you need a phone for, and by far the best phone I've ever owned.
However, there are a couple (minor) issues I have with the phone that I think people should know about before purchasing. The first is battery life - I find it burns through battery rather quickly if you're taking pictures or doing intense apps for a longer period of time. However, my phone has never died on me so far, even though I cap full charge at 80% to help my battery. And there is also a setting that when turned on helps save battery quite a bit, making it more than sufficient in my eyes. Another possible issue that you can't get around is the phone is just very large, and hard to store in your pocket. I'm fine going around with my phone sticking out of my pocket, but if you don't like bulky phones the s24 isn't a great option.
Overall, if you are an average phone user that's not doing anything crazy, I HIGHLY recommend this phone. At the time I got it, they mentioned they were keeping this phone updated for 8 years (i think), and I can actually see myself sticking with it for that long. It's an incredible phone, easy 5/5 for me.

detailedReviews 10: content: One of the top smartphones on the market with pretty impressive audio out of the build in speakers. It is blazing fast with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and is packed with a ton of powerful features. It has a quad camera system with 200Mp main shooter and a new 50MP periscope telephoto, plus an absolutely gorgeous display.
I have primarily been using the S Pen as a way to navigate and use my phone. It just feels really nice to just use the S Pen to go through screens and menus, scroll, and select things.
With its new best in class anti reflective display with 2600 nits of brightness, it's a joy to look at and use all day long. It delivers smoother movements and animations, strong color accuracy and vibrance, and excellent performance outdoors in full sunlight.
Connectivity is as modern as it gets with the S24 Ultra. It offers tri band Wi Fi7, Bluetooth 5.3, NFS, and the full suite of 5G cellular capabilities across every conceivable CDMA and GSM network. It connects to my home network at full Wi-Fi 6E speed.
The real novelty with the S24 Ultra comes via on the software side, where Samsung has slathered on a range of generative AI features that let me summarize web pages, rewrite text messages, fix up handwriting and translate phone calls in real time. It has a few AI camera tricks as well, including the ability to reposition objects in photos and add smooth slo-mo-to existing videos.

detailedReviews 11: content: The Samsung Galaxy Ultra devices, specifically the phone in this review, are the best phones on the market. They're a jack of all trades, at the minimum comparison, and king of all phones at the max comparison. From it's software to its hardware, it boasts top flagship features in basically every department. From it's memory storage to its screen, it's CPU and graphics processing abilities, or it's 5 camera lenses + 1 front facing lense that run up to 200 mp and something like 100x (software enhanced after 10x I believe) zoom, there's really no weak areas of this phones ability. There's nothing it doesn't do extremely well. Oh you want to take notes and write like a tablet, that's right you've got a pen integrated into the phone as well. How about the new galaxy ai software that's now available? It has tons of abilities to make your phone basically a personal assistant with just your voice. Oh, you also want the google ai version? Well that's included software as well. So again you get the best of both worlds. You get Samsungs flagship abilities AND you get Googles flagship software too. You have Samsungs user interface MIXED with googles on top. It's really an amalgamation of the best of everything software wise, with the powerful hardware to actually use it properly. It's expensive you say? Well that's true, but these phones easily last you 3 years pushing new software updates, I think for at least 5. The hardware lasts for at least 3 which is a decade in electronic world.

title: Best phone on the market, powerful hardware and software.
detailedReviews 12: content: I like my new phone, but a lot of my appreciation is probably due to the fact that I was upgrading from a six year old Note 8 (my Note 8 was an upgrade from a S3 mini, so it is obvious I keep and use my phones for a long time.) Btw, I loved that if I dropped my S3 mini and the cover and battery broke apart from the phone that I could just put the pieces back together again like Humpty Dumpty. The screen never broke or scratched and the phone kept working. The newer glass screens make me nervous, and I don't want to install a cover on the screen so I'm constantly having to baby the new phone.
There was nothing wrong with my old Note 8 other than Samsung had stopped providing updates for it a couple of years ago and two of my financial apps no longer worked. I hope Samsung provides updates for the S24 for a longer period of time.
Transferring the data between phones was pretty easy, but some of the settings in my apps needed to be reset. I use the Clock app a lot to set reminder alarms, and I still haven't figured out a way to change the default alarm sound (Homecoming). I really dislike the default, and it is another unnecessary step to change it every time I set an alarm.
The fingerprint unlock is also consistently not working. I reset my fingerprints and it still doesn't work most of the time. I am in the middle of an international move and will try to fix it again when things have settled down.
I purchased an unlocked phone directly from Samsung because I got a government discount, which made the price competitive with Best Buy, and because there were a few unique colors. I got orange (one of my favorite colors), but it's a muted, dull color. I would not have purchased orange if I had seen it in person. I would go with the green color if I got a do-over or even one of the regular colors offered in stores.

detailedReviews 13: content: I have had the S24 ultra for several months and I am very pleased with it. The phone not only makes every day task on your phone easier but also quicker. For example you can type in a question or use voice navigation. Camera: 200MP main, 12MP ultrawide, 10MP telephoto, 50MP macro, and 12MP front-facing camera.
Battery: 5000 mAh with Fast Wireless Charging 2.0 and Wireless PowerShare.
Connectivity: 5G, 4G, USB 3.2 Gen1, Bluetooth v5.3, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, UWB.
Other Features: S Pen support, Galaxy AI, Samsung Wallet, Titanium frame. The fast charging is something I use quite often because I'm on my phone quite often because it is capable of doing so many tasks. The cameras are wonderful, with having grandchildren I'm often taking pictures, videos and with the tools that come with the camera like being able to share the screen, with smart view. I use this often as well. There are many features this phone has, I can't list them all but I do want to mention the AI feature. This is a feature that you probably didn't even know you needed until you use it for the 1st time. It makes task so much easier and I think that it also intuitively gives you more information than if you did a search on your own, in some instances. Another feature of the S24 ultra is the titanium body, it provides protection from the seemingly endless drops, tumbles off laps, and the " set the phone here to make a video" falls. The battery is exceptional. I very highly recommend the S24 ulta. It's a game changer!

detailedReviews 14: content: I am really fond of photography, and this device has allowed me to capture the best moments and some of the pin point perfect pictures which are worth selling on the market.
Cant forget to mention the DEX system that is absolutely amazing and very very easy to use, making my phone screen a mouse pad, and also work on my phone while mirroring the screen and using both or all the Samsung devices for different purposes at the same time while being connected and using as one big platform. (If you know what I mean)
Samsung AI has revolutionized my perspective of content creation, enhancing the audio, video quality, capturing the picture perfect moments without any interruptions. I have also been able to communicate with people who don't even speak my language and that is simply lovely and amusing.
Talking about the powerful battery, the way I use this phone, 2 days is when I need to recharge the battery, like this is the perfect phone for people who actually know what Samsung has done, making a lot lot of things easy.
Having a big screen, powerful speakers and amazing screen quality gave me a reality check of how amazing watching movies on the go can be.
Finally time to mention the build quality, worth each and every dollar spent on this product. Real life experience, I use this device without any protection at all for a long time and it has dropped a few times and there is not a single scratch or break anywhere on the device.
I can talk all day, but find it out yourself.

detailedReviews 15: content: I've had galaxies for quite some time I typically do not upgrade until I break one. This is by far the worst Galaxy I've ever owned. Since day one the touch screen has never function properly always picking another widget other than the one I've pressed no matter how many times I have adjusted the screen it doesn't matter even with or without a screen protector. My messages randomly stopped working for no reason I sat at the store for a couple hours one day trying to sort the issue eventually I ended up having to switch to another platform just to cure the problem. I've noticed as of lately the battery tends to drain quickly one day and then the next day it lasts like it usually does. Speaker clarity is subpar if I'm not talking directly into the phone it will not pick up my voice I tend to use speaker quite a bit while working and it's impossible almost for people to hear me. When using the pen and functions correctly however the way it is laid out if I want to draw on a picture it screenshots the screenshot it does not let me write on just the photo itself I use this function quite a bit when drawing maps to areas that there are no coordinates. Long story short it is nowhere near worth the money and of all the galaxies that I've owned at least seven by now this has been the worst as far as functionality and usability and reliability. title: Worst Galaxy ever, touchscreen and app issues.
detailedReviews 16: content: The hardware of this phone is pretty solid. Coming from the S23 Ultra, I thought I'd miss the 10x telephoto, but I definitely like having a high-res 5x instead in 90% of my photo and video situations.
The battery life WAS good (more on that later) the display is great, and the pen is occasionally useful. Everything just works...
...Except OneUI. On the one hand it has truly incredible customization. Being able to change the entire UI color with Good Lock, adding more functionality to the gestures, having the seconds on the clock ONLY on swipe down, the ability to do custom icons on the native launcher, hide apps, having the wallpaper AOD, the new Galaxy AI object eraser and slow-mo features, etc are all wonderful. And often times the system itself is very smooth with nice animations. But OneUI is easily the least consistent UI I've ever seen when it comes to consistency in transparency, shading, and sizing. Here's one example: Next time you get a notification, swipe down into the notification panel when it's still popped up on your screen. You'll notice it's a different transparency than the other notifications unless you have it changed in Good Lock. Then go to the lock screen and you'll notice those notifications are a darker gray than the others. It's so annoying to see these little glitches and inconsistencies. They don't exist on other phones. That is my biggest gripe with Samsung. And the fact that OneUI 7 battery life is atrocious.

detailedReviews 17: content: I love the seamless actions across apps on this device and the Now Brief suits me well once tailored to my preferences.
This is the most powerful phone I've ever used and it's become just as good as a laptop for me, especially when paired with a controller, mouse, and keyboard. I can remote access my computers from anywhere, or use DeX to make my phone the computer itself plugged into a bigger display with its own dedicated desktop environment! You can't find that anywhere else, and Phone Link on Windows doesn't hold a candle to this experience.
Screen mirroring/casting is also great, virtually latency free, and nearly universal in my experience.
I can do literally anything on this device. I can play the top best AAA gaming titles via Xbox, Steam Link, and Amazon Luna/GeForce NOW. I can either stream directly from my computers for games I own for the best quality, or stream them (and games I don't even have installed) via cloud gaming with the aforementioned brands. It all works well with every controller I've tried too! Seamless experience.
It of course runs the most demanding mobile games and apps, many at once. KOTOR 1 & 2 from Epic Games, GTA and Civ from Netflix, and can run Fortnite/COD mobile at max settings with amazing refresh rates.
The DISPLAY is gushingly gorgeous, the brightness is off the chain and easily the best I've ever seen. AMOLED is amazing!
I do a significant chunk of my freelance video editing and graphic design on this! A Galaxy in my hand!

detailedReviews 18: content: Samsungs Galaxy S24 Ultra is by far the best Galaxy I've ever owned and I've only ever owned Samsung Galaxy phones my entire life! The seamless use between apps is exceptional and so convenient, I love the time that it saves me when I don't have to add something to each app individually, instead only adding it to one app such as my notes & its automatically added to my calender, my tasks, got meetings setup, and contacts info saved. AI intelligence being integrated into everything Samsung is completely captivating and the fact that it's also customizable is fantastic as it learns my routines and the way I use my Galaxy on a regular basis so that eventually my phones already completed tasks for me without me even having to initiate it. Amazing to say the least! I don't even have to read through ridiculously long text messages from my best friend anymore as AI will read it for me and give me a now brief summary so that I can respond quickly and yet effectively as well, saving me time and my best friends feelings. But, out of all of the wonderful and very useful features this phone is packed with, my favorite is and will always be the camera and photo/video features. I take an extremely large amount of photos/videos so the editing features are really important to me. Not only do you have the normal editing features but now you can completely erase entire objects from a picture or the audio eraser will get rid of that annoying sound in the background of your video. LOVE IT!!

detailedReviews 19: content: The S24 Ultra is truly a wonderful, powerful phone. I enjoy the build quality, which is robust. The screen is nicely responsive, and the new non-glare coating is a nice touch. The AI features are for the most part very useful, especially for translating conversations live with people I am around whose "English is not so good-looking..." It also helps me improve the fluency of the languages I am trying to learn as well, so that my replies sound like me, only in that language. I like the speedyness of OneUI on the S24 Ultra: I have been using Samsung smartphones starting with the Moment, (and the TouchWiz UI), and it is like night and day. I look forward to using the improved cameras as well as I do a lot of photography. This brings me to the one thing I wish that Samsung brought from earlier phones: expandable memory. The S24 Ultra was the replacement for my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, which had SD card support. It came in handy for all the music, videos, photos, and documents that would have filled the storage up in a hurry. I know cloud storage is a thing, but having that media available on device thanks to SD cards when cellular or wifi is not available is super useful. Thankfully, Samsung did allow twice the storage (512 GB) for the same price as the 256 GB when I bought my S24 Ultra. To summarize: the S24 Ultra is a worthy upgrade for prior devices such as the Note 20/Ultra. I look forward to putting it through it's paces with all my use cases as a power user, especially with the Ultra's killer feature from the Note line- the S-Pen (the joys of which I forgot to mention earlier!).

detailedReviews 20: content: I traded in my Galaxy S9+ for the newly released Galaxy S24 Ultra and haven't regretted it in the slightest. Galaxy AI paired with Bixby and all the S PEN features flow together seamlessly. I use my S24 ULTRA for everything, gaming, streaming, graphic art, and research.
I'm able to edit standard photos into amazing pieces of art, remove unwanted items or people seamlessly from special moments, and upload/ download quickly and easily.
The only issue I ran into was the charging port going out, but thanks to the insurance I have on the device, I was able to get a replacement in less than 24hrs.
If you're looking for a device that is not just a phone, but can be plugged in to your TV or computer monitor and turn into a full size tablet or computer Samsung DEX is outstanding. I can stream movies on my standard (not smart) TV, use the phone as a touch pad to run any apps on the TV, and still use my device for texting, use Snapchat, and/or use a Bluetooth keyboard to type up documents. Or switch to the TV for documents and reading on a larger screen while running other apps like Spotify or YouTube on the phone.
Oh, And let's not forget the camera quality. 100x zoom on a clear night and you can take photos of the moon that will take your breath away. (I'd suggest using a tripod for the clearest results simply because at that distance, just your heartbeat can blur the photo just slightly, taking away from the perfect picture).

detailedReviews 21: content: Okay, let me just say this—this phone is a beast. I’ve had a lot of phones over the years, but the S24 Ultra is on another level. First off, the camera? Insane. I’m talking super clear shots, even in low light. Zoom is stupid good—I can literally zoom in on something across the road and still see every detail. It’s like carrying a professional camera around in your pocket. I’ve taken pictures of the moon, my dog, my projects, and random stuff around the trailer park, and they all come out looking like I knew what I was doing (I don’t).
Now galaxy ai—it’s actually useful. I was kind of skeptical at first, thinking it was just a buzzword, but it helps clean up photos, summarize text, fix typos, and even helps with editing stuff I didn’t think I could do. The built-in AI can pull info from your screen, rewrite things, and even plan stuff out for you. It’s like having a little assistant in your phone that doesn’t need paid or fed.
The display is gorgeous, everything’s super fast, and I’ve been customizing it like crazy. I’m talking icons, lockscreen, widgets, effects—if you know me, you know I like making my tech look mine, and this phone gives you room to play.
Battery life’s been solid, too. I use this thing all day—photos, social media, fixing up documents, even messing around with apps for my projects—and it holds up.
Bottom line: If you want a phone that feels powerful, looks good, helps you stay organized, and makes your pictures look like a million bucks.

I went back and forth with the purchase of the product namely because of the retail price. Although the price was a big factor in me choosing to hold off as long as I did once I purchased the phone I am so glad that I did. Whether it's for work or something personal I use my phone absolutely everyday and it has never one time functioned in a way that has for one second maybe regret be purchase of this absolutely stunning phone from how quick to the storage to the resolution on the screen to the quality of the materials that the phone is made out of to the 200 naked pixel camera to the operating system to the updates that keep getting better and better Samsung really slam dunk their flagship phone line with this model. This really is a great phone that has in my opinion integrated Samsung AI quite nicely and makes the functionality of how I interface with the phone more seamlessly. Which with some very important apps and capabilities that the phone allows me at the end of the day to be more productive. Lastly being an avid gamer it was important for me to have a phone that really moves to handle the high resolution and memory robust games that I like. detailedReviews 23: content: I purchased the S24 Ultra with 1tb of storage 12g of RAM., Running the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor with the beautiful 1440/3200 resolution AMOLDE screen. The 6.8 inch screen is just awesome to look at.. "Now Brief" as it maybe this phone has "Seemless Action Across Apps". I am a content creator so the ability to have the "Audio Eraser" option within the Video Editing is a awesome bonus.. Being a content creator the 1tb of storage is a must and with 12g of RAM gives this phone the ability to process, Edit and produce Videos and Pictures a breeze.. The camera on the S24 Ultra is incredible, With the 200MP lens you can Zoom right in on your target and give your pictures depth and light like you are there touching the images in the pictures.. The camera even has a Macro lens for incredible close ups even in low light. The images are still very clear and crisp. Of course this is a Samsung Flagship item so IP68 rating is Standard.
The Video/Picture Editing Software has the new "AI" Generative Editing it's absolutely incredible. The AI can remove or fill in missing parts in the picture ! The technology in this phone is so unbelievable that it's probably more powerful than the software that was aboard the Space Shuttle.! detailedReviews 24: content: I am not a regular phone up-grader. I wait until my current model burps, lurches & muddles through akin to most things geriatric before I begrudgingly do what others appear to delight in - get a new phone.
Every four years seems to be my previous model's descent into redundancy, so I've gone from S8+ to S20+ to S24+Ultra. The S8 was infinitely superior to the S20 regarding battery life & I miss those different coloured lights you got according to which notification. I can't think of anything to miss about the S20, it was new while the previous was old, that's it.
This S24 Ultra is giving me fone-gasms equivalent to my being Taylor Swift & it being whoever she is singing about currently. Beautiful design, operation, camera, all that stuff people rave about & can describe in technical terms that don't include tortured female singer analogies.
Suffice to say, this 50yo woman who isn't usually interested in 80% of her phones capabilities (& only discovers them when she is backing out of her current model - "hey, I didn't know it could do that? Too late now...) is clumsily drifting around in here, taking their time because the battery lasts for more than six hours. This models battery life is outstanding considering what an excellent product it is.
About the pen though? Yet to use. The idea of losing it gives me anxiety. But that's a Me Issue.
The phone, I have yet to ascertain an issue of any note.
So, I say if you fancy one & can afford it or like me, add it to your provider plan, I can't think of any regrets that will ensue as a result.
Enjoy!

detailedReviews 25: content: I mainly use my phone for entertainment and communication. I'm constantly on IG. It is one passive way to stay in touch with my closest friends without the need to keep calling or come up with an empty reason to have a forced conversation. Se ding memes and making each other laugh is the best form of staying in touch.
The othe way I use it heavily is to do research and express my thoughts. Google is my best friend for anything I'm not sure about. This includes politics, the world or a random thought about trivial things. It can include movies or something I heard or learned in tv show or movie.
The best thing I discovered for myself is also Gemini AI. I've used it to ask deep questions about myself, my life, my past and present relationships, thoughts about my home remodeling project, finances and even asked about what it deep questions about politics. It's responses are so intuitive, they amaze me and feels like a real human. There are response limitations though. I've used other Ai apps, and google certainly puts restrictions when there is too sensitive of a topic to discuss. An example is about religion. I asked a question I don't want to get into here but Gemini didn't want to give me the elaboration I was searching for.
I do wish the fingerprint reader had a stronger scanner. I like to get the privacy screen but because of how sensitive the reader is, Zagg can't design a glass or screen cover with enough privacy layers to make it truly private with a 28 degree angle.

detailedReviews 26: content: It is the most powerful Android phone (atleast until S25 series was released). But in terms of features and accessibility, I feel S24 ultra is 1 step ahead of the S25 ultra. The S-Pen is a luxurious and very useful feature that unlocks the limits of usage of mobile phone to the maximum level. The large screen size makes it so comfortable to use and watch movies/series. No need of Television or Tab. The sleek and sharp design gives that executive look. The smooth 120 Hz screen makes everything flow. The photos and videos take lots of storage, but who cares. It is the best quality to expect and the 100x zoom, now the moon is now in my hands. The Snapdragon 8Gen3, takes processing power to the next level and gaming experience to the peak. Seamless framerate and touch response helps me to see myself lose a fight at smooth 120 fps. The gestures in S-pen is a wonderful trick to share with people and make them awestruck. With the 12GB RAM, multitasking is nothing heavy, just a efficient to complete our tasks. The stereo speakers that is too loud even at low volumes gives the best quality of audio output. Who needs a bluetooth speaker when you have an S24 ultra. The seamless connectivity through Wi-Fi, Hotspot and Bluetooth with minimum latency increases the benchmark for mobile devices. In conclusion, The S-series is a generation of best devices in the world and S24 ultra for sure is a king in that

detailedReviews 27: content: This is the best Samsung has ever done!
The phone itself has a premium build quality aesthetic, and though now opting for a flat display, still has the nice curved body frame which allows for a better grip. The titanium finish on the frame is superb as it is finally fingerprint resistant. The screen has also been improved to 2600 nits of peak brightness. I did notice however that the saturation levels are lower compared to older flagships, but this may just be caused by the antireflective coating of the Corning Gorilla Armor.
Camera-wise, opting for a 3X + 5X combo for the telephoto was another good decision as it improved the usable focal lengths for everyday photography (most especially portraits). The new 5X 50MP sensor still delivers a very competitive quality 10X zoom thanks to the new sensor crop algorithm. Although 100X zoom has less overall detail compared from an S21 Ultra, the usable zoom range has been improved as quality of photos and videos from 0.6x to 20x/30x has increase significantly. Overall, the photo and video capabilities of the S24 Ultra is a testament of how Samsung commits to innovation.
The new AI features are amazing as well, most importantly the new Notes Organizer, Magic Compose, and Circle to Search, as they improve the efficiency of an everyday workflow.

detailedReviews 28: content: Ok, so this is one of the best phones I've ever had but also was one of the most frustrating starts. I switched back to Android from iOS and chose the S24 Ultra. Unfortunately, I had nothing but trouble for several months. The phone kept deleting and blocking contacts for no apparent reason. It would even delete text threads no matter what messenger I used. Other times it would just not show or even notify me of texts as they weren't showing up. I wondered if it was some kind of virus because Samsung replaced it under warranty and I had everything transferred to the new phone, and it happened again, worse than before. Samsung offered another replacement and somehow I got one of them to work right. Since then, it's mostly been a breeze. I love the options vs iOS and the updates have had some great features. Android sucks with sending high quality pictures still and RCS messaging is hit or miss but other features seem way more advanced. The photo editing options are so cool for a phone. I have noticed lately it has been "glitchy" and that may coincide with the latest update, which added several new features, including the ability to record calls and transcript them. I'm hoping that if it is connected to the update that Samsung will get a patch of some kind out soon but otherwise I'm pretty satisfied.
Lol, and then they go and release the S25 not too long after and I wish I'd have waited. Oh well...
PS: Samsung, I'd add a picture for this review, but I used the phone for it...

detailedReviews 29: content: I am an avid Samsung fan, and have been for many years. For context, I currently own the following: S24 Ultra(just purchased);Watch 7 LTE 44MM; Tab S9 FE 5G with Slim Keyboard Cover;43" Chrystal 4K TV;Galaxy Buds 3;Galaxy Buds FE;10,000MaH battery pack; multiple charging blocks and cables, a wireless charging pad, as well as a couple of 512GB Micro SD cards. I LOVE SAMSUNG, plain and simple.
Ok, I am coming from the S23+, though, as a power user, I have been wanting an Ultra modle for a while. Just before I decided to get the S24 Ultra, I read online about all of the display problems the phone has had, especially the grain, or more formally, mura. I was very disappointed that Samsung's quality control would allow something like this to happen, and I let a Sammy rep know I felt this way. I told myself I was not going to take a chance with the device. However, after sleeping on it and thinking about it for an entire day, I decided that I trusted Samsung enough that the newest produced batches of phones might have been fixed, so I went to my carrier, handed over my beloved S23+ and got my S24 Ultra. To my dismay, there was a very slight amount of grain on my screen, but with a few adjustments, and using the phone the way I do, it is now gone, and I could not be happier that I decided to trust the brand that I love. Am I still disappointed that some phones that were having major display issues to get into the hands of other fans? Yes. Am I mad? No. Do I have Samsung for it? Absolutely not, and something could never make me switch brands, but I do hope that Samsung will note this mistake(even brands that make perfect products are allowed to make a mistake) and make sure it is not present in the S25 series, or any more. To sum it up, I am still the fan I was before, and I will continue to brag about my device that majorly outperforms every other device I encounter. Samsung, give us more amazing devices in the years to come! Thank you!

Great parental features and great all over flow. The resolution is superb and 2nd to none. The slick and smooth surface and screen it allows you to do all your work seamlessly, this is a great advantage for every day to day operations. It actually makes social media surfing supper fun. For games this is an absolute must have, video and movies streaming is so fast that I rather use my phone then the wifi at home. Battery life is great, I use my phone all day to do just about everything. People that see me pull out this phone always ask me where or what kind of phone this is.
The amount of compliments I get is unreal. Storage is not a problem because it's enough plus I just store all my stuff on the cloud. Great phone, no delays, it doesnt heat up after using for long periods of time. The camera and video are so clean and crip, all my pictures come out looking like they were done professionally, edit is so user friendly, I can do all my work from this handheld super computer. The fact that it has a nice metal casing is great for durability. This thing will last with just a little bit of care and maintenance. detailedReviews 31: content: Upgrading to the S24 Ultra from the S23 Ultra wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. That could largely be due to operator error on my part, but the upgrades were not as user friendly as in the past. I had been absolutely headstrong about using no other device except for the one rhyming with cola, but I joined the Galaxy family @ the S20. Absolutely loved the features offered with it compared to my previous go-to manufacturer. I use the phone mostly for work and internet. I do shoot video during our sports season and do love the way it adjusts to darker conditions. I hadn't truly noticed the clarity difference until I had a friend shoot a photo and send to me from their crapple device. I couldnt believe the difference. Granted that device was at least 3 generations older, but astonishing from my perspective. The learning curve was reasonably smooth from S21 up to 23, but I'm still not as happy with the 24 as i have been in years past. However, the seamless actions between my phone and other devices are an added bonus. Truly convenient! Customer service is not at all helpful in my opinion, and if I didnt benefit greatly from the brand features, I would very much like to jump ship. I hope the next model is an easier adaptation for me, but I'll limp thru if it isn't. I am a bit biased toward the Galaxy in that I refuse to try another type until it's necessary, but if I weren't biased the technology and features are still wonderful. Ready for the next upgrade!

detailedReviews 32: content: I got this flagship S24 Ultra as an upgrade from my existing phone. I had my hesitations but after using it for a few weeks, I can say that without a doubt, this is a worthy upgrade! The sound quality is far superior to that of my other phone but what I really like are how much more capable this phone is, from its S Pen to the photo editing features, high capacity RAM which allows me to use several apps at once without having them close on me after much inactivity or lag on me.
This beast of a phone also has so many more features that can be tweaked in the settings and I love how you can change the sizing format of the home screen to fit more apps there. There is so much that can be done and used that I guarantee you will need to watch a couple of YouTube videos to see the full breadth of what this beautiful thing can do. The new AI features are incredible as well.
And the camera is better than any phone camera I have ever used. The zoom is slick. You can tweak the settings in it to get the picture quality you like. The battery life is also far better and out performs any other phone. You can use the battery saver features to stretch its life after each charge.
Last but not the least, the colour of the phone is absolutely stunning. The photos do not do any justice. It is very subtle. Also, the new flat screen to body ratio and titanium shell is a huge bonus.
The S24 Ultra I could say is one of the best phones I ever hold in my possession, the smoothness of the transitions between apps the high quality photos it takes, the high definition when recording a video, the screen display at such high quality and the long battery life. If it's not the best, I would say it is one of the best phones of this era.

went for the Ultra mainly as i wanted the better camera and it was worth every penny. The S24 Ultra is a powerhouse of a phone, with the 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display providing a beautiful screen to look at, a super fast Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor that works in harmony with the hardware, and a 5000 mAh battery that, so far, has allowed me to go a whole day on several occasions with a charge.
The performance from the new Snapdragon is top as expected, everything is fast and smooth
Finally, the new AI features are really interesting and can prove very useful in specific situations (e.g. the live call translation, or the call/conversation transcript, and of course the AI image editing capabilities that work impressively).
S-Pen and AI: This was what I was most excited about. The beautiful and sleek stylus slides smoothly and reminded me of my note. It’s excellent for literally anything you can imagine. The AI is also built-in with many features in the keyboard and has various tools to help you edit your photos or write an appropriate email and etc. Samsung S24 is packed with so many features using Google such as regeneration of photos, erasing objet from photos or converting any video to slow motion video by adding extra frames, all using AI.

Having direct, solid answers in a split second, instead of scrolling through pages and pages websites that may or may not have the information I am looking for, has been a lifesaver. Whether I am asking about cooking, gardening, skincare, or even up to date baby info when I watch my grandson, I always get super useful information, in a flash. Also, the calendar capabilities have also become much easier. I no longer have to type in every detail of every task/appointment. As I am "doing things" on my phone, it's adding it to my calendar, taking out that extra manual task (because I never do it). This has made me exponentially more organized and I'm no longer missing meetings, appointments, or social time. Additionally, I absolutely love to take pictures although I'm not great at it. The camera on this bad boy makes me feel like a pro! My pics always turn out beautifully, with great color, lighting, etc, with ease. I can't even begin to explain all the functions but let me tell you, you will be impressed whether you're a novice or camera snob. Oh, and by the way, yes, you can actually zoom to the moon, it's actually pretty amazing! I also use my phone to endlessly listen to awesome music, shop, and browse social media. They really thought of everything with this model and made it so user friendly that it's making my busy life easier...and much more FUN!

detailedReviews 35: content: I upgraded to this phone from a phone by a different company. This phone is a gamechanger. Everything that used to be completely impossible to do this phone has as a straight up feature. The camera quality is leagues ahead of anything else, I use my device for very heavy usage scenarios and I've barely hit a limit to this device's power. The battery life is crazy too, I reach the end of a normal day having only used 20%. Despite the fact that it's running tons of processes 24/7. And while Galaxy AI may sound like a gimmick, it's an extremely useful tool and it's very thoughtfully integrated. It's not shoved in your face like you might expect, but rather a setting that you can enable and once you do it's a tastefully placed and designed button to be available but not distracting. After pressing it you can achieve some insane results. It's completely eliminated my need to use many third party websites found on a random page of a search engine in many cases as it's got all of the little quality of life conveniences I might need right there and available at any time. And only the heaviest ones require a wifi connection and as much as possible runs completely privately on device. This phone and it's OneUI interface is perfect for my use case, and I'm a Software Developer with a degree in such who uses my phones for very heavy tasks. The other phones I've used are just not up to par for what I need, and this phone exceeds my expectations. I beyond 100% recommend this phone.

detailedReviews 36: content: This phone is the very best non-folding smartphone money can buy.
The processor in the Galaxy s24 Ultra is extremely powerful and honestly overkill for most everyday tasks. When I am using the cpu to its full potential like playing or emulating games, the cpu is always powerful enough to run any game at at least 60 frames per second, even on high graphics settings.
In addition, the processor also is great for multitasking. My workflow consists of searching things up on the internet to find information, and using the research to create data graphs using other apps. Unlike other smartphone brands, the Galaxy s24 Ultra has a multitasking feature which allows up to 3 apps open at a time (2 with splitscreen, 1 with a popup), and the performance is great even when running this many apps at once on such a compact device. This type of multitasking is usually only present on tablets, but the ability to perform my work on a phone is game changing for me.
Also, the camera system on the Galaxy s24 Ultra is unrivalled. With the 4 lenses you get quality shots from all ranges and zoom levels. The pictures that I took were also improved by Galaxy AI which allowed me to remove and move unwanted objects from the frame. The transcript feature in the voice recorder app also allowed me to take easy notes from any conversation. This combined with the formatting notes Galaxy AI feature was great for my work.
If you want the most powerful phone money can buy, get the Galaxy s24 Ultra.

detailedReviews 37: content: The vibrance is amazing when watching videos or shows while traveling and leasure. It also shows when looking at pictures which brings me to the camera. The amount of modes on this product is a little overwhelming at first, but well worth getting the hang of. The images that one can capture in low light is amazing. The videos being able to capture in different high resulions is great but the star is the audio eraser. When at work and I have to send a video out showing and explaining our work progress it's nice to be able to not send something with the generator sound and fans in the background. The seamless action across apps seems like a great feature one that i havent had the pleasure to explore enough but do see myslwf falling in love with. Being able to watch a video and ask it to compile a list of things in that video like places mentioned is amazing. I would pause and switch over to notes and write down a list of food, places, stores, but now I see that I can just ask it to do it for me. Saving a tone of time. I do wish the product had the capability of Now Brief function. As a person with ADHD this function would be a game changer. One place to get all my information rather than checking multiple apps, and getting sidetracked while doing it, would greatly help keep someone like me organized much better. It would help keep the stress levels low too. All in all it's a great product with great features.

detailedReviews 38: content: The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is packed with features that make it an incredible device to love. I particularly like the incredible camera qualities, the long-lasting use of the battery, even with constant usage. Plus, the fast charging feature a lifesaver. The built-in S Pen is awesome to use, that allows for unique note-taking, sketching, and more. The various customizable options, multitasking features is perfect for my lifestyle. Also love that it has more that sufficient storage.
My only disappointment is the durable Armor Aluminum frame which does make it stylish but very slippy to use until you get a case for it and the Gorilla Glass Victus 3 resistance to drops and scratches is not that resistant. Here why
I got my S24 ultra and the first thing I attempted to do was get a screen protector and case. I'm a really tall guy so I was on my phone having a conversation while in the passenger set of a car I put my phone back into my pocket after such, when I opened the door of the car it slipped out my pocket and fell on the ground (this was the first and thus far the last time it had fallen), the screen is now cracked and I haven't make a month with the phone as yet. It's first and only fall resulted in a cracked screen. Hopefully I can get it fixed from samsung. But I still love my S24 ultra and will continue like I have done for years only using samsung products and recommend such to people.

detailedReviews 39: content: I've been using cell phones for 30 years. I've tried and experienced every brand on the market including some brands that are no longer produced. My first introduction to a Samsung cell phone was while exiting a high rise elevator that was under construction a coworker dropped his clamshell Samsung cellphone as the elevator door slid open. The phone happened to fall through crevice between the elevator door threshold and slab structure and plummeted down into the elevator pit 15 stories below. Later that day, the cell phone was retrieved and to my surprise the owner reported the Samsung device was undamaged and operating fine. That experience stuck with me and the next couple years following l became very disappointed all the brands I had used over the years and decided to give the Samsung cellphone a try. I was instantly hooked! There are so many reasons why I choose Samsung that it would exceed the allowable characters on this message. All I can say is Samsung is amongst the most elite cellphone produced and user friendly with a vast array of options and extremely crafty in functionality. In fact, my employer gave me a company cellphone that not a Samsung but the it was the biggest competitor to Samsung. After trying out the company cell for a couple weeks, I gave my employer the company cell back and asked him if I could go back to using my Samsung and the company could expense the cost for my own cellphone service, he agreed. Samsung has become a lifestyle for us!

detailedReviews 40: content: You may fall in love with its elegant sleekness. But wait - there's more. The quickness, crystal clear screen resolution, the massive storage space for apps and files, the S-pen, and the extended life battery are sure signs to reassure you there is technical ingenuity beneath the surface. And you'll be reaching for the phone's camera, with a nice bundle of lenses, more frequently than you ever did before. Power, indeed. But all of these components just lay the foundation for a next generational phone.
I'm a senior citizen and it's possible I may not see the "next big thing" to come along. But the Samsung S24 Ultra seems incredibly big to me.
I use my phone for browsing news stories, checking and updating social media, making notes, performing online banking and stock trades, shopping, viewing videos, taking photos and videos, checking security cameras, managing settings in my smart home, listening to music, updating my calendar, and communicating with friends and family. The S24 Ultra enables me to do everything I need it to do easier than ever before. Some of that comes from the power of the phone. But a good deal of its robustness arises from its versatility / flexibility to do things the way that works best for me. The user interface adjusts to my preferences; I don't need to adjust to it. And while I'm still spry enough to learn new tricks, it's great that it lets me set the rules of operation while offering a full throttle experience through Galaxy AI.

detailedReviews 41: content: I have been an Ultra user since day one and before that I was a Note user. I love the stylus and the air commands you can do with it. The stylus makes using a larger phone that much easier while still enjoying the feel of writing. With a big family like mine the camera is the best in the phone market to take excellent photos making me the designated photographer. The magic eraser and other editing tools make it easy to get the best photo possible. I also have a tab S9+ and the buds pro 3 headphones. What a great combo the three are, the headphones can switch back and fourth between my phone and tablet with ease and when I am using both the tablet pen also works with my phone making a smooth integration with whatever I am doing. My home has all Google security and Phillips Hue bulbs and Samsung Smart TVs. My phone pairs extremely well with every device making my phone a one stop shop to manage everything. I can check my cameras, control my TV, share things between my tablet and phone, and listen to music with my active noise control so I do not miss a thing. The Ultra series phone truly does it all and it makes it very easy, that is why it is the best phone on the market. I will never change a series of phone. I am also a Windows user and with Samsung Dex, it makes it easy to integrate that much more with just my phone. I love the size of the phone, the AI (Gemini), air commands, multi view to where I can do two things at once. I love the durability and the reliability.

detailedReviews 42: content: I have owned a Galaxy S10 since it first came out in 2019 and it is served me well but finally, 6 years later, the battery gave in! I decided to upgrade to this year's flagship and have not been disappointed. The speed of processing, the quality of the camera, and the clarity of the screen in particular have stood out to me from day one.
In a lot of ways it feels like exactly the same phone I have had and loved for so many years but with Allah completely different and with a MASSIVE upgrade both in software and hardware.
The battery life is excellent for a phone that I use a lot for work and at home. The voice to text is so useful and it's very accurate. The s pen I have found brilliant for taking quick notes on the fly, but also very useful for detailed tasks such as masking and adjusting photos in existing apps. I also live the fact it will act as the shutter for the camera (also saying cheese to take out a great touch too). It is also brilliant for the removal of unwanted objects in photos. Just circle it and hit the object erase... Brilliant! All of the AI/Gemini interconnectedness seems to work well. The camera is fast to respond, the quality so far is excellent even shooting into the sun and the night shot seeing is great for capturing well resolved images in low light. Finally it feels solid. The S10 felt delicate but this feels like it can withstand life with outdoor working and kids.
Ultimately everything just works really well.

detailedReviews 43: content: I have been a Samsung fan close to 20 years now and the S24 Ultra is easily the best all around cell phone you can buy! ...At least until the next one comes out. The new display with the anti-glare coating makes the display just about perfect. The amazing display combined with the customization of one UI, makes for an awesome experience to personalize the phone the way you want. Still the best thing about Android.
S- Pen is still a nice to have, but I don't use it that often. However, the new Galaxy AI features that have been introduced for Samsung notes and the picture editing makes the S- Pen more useful and fun to use. Galaxy AI with Gemini has some functional use cases and will take some getting used to before its incorporated into my work flow. The addition of Titanium adds to the already great build quality of past devices, and makes this device feel super premium.
Camera quality is superb and the S24 Ultra easily produces the best portrait photography of any phone I've seen. Night photography is slightly better than the S23 Ultra but nothing to ride home about. The video quality has improved quite a bit in my opinion, showing better stabilization, less noise, auto focus is great, and videos show good depth.
Samsung has made another great premium flagship device that deserves high marks for its premium build quality, Galaxy AI features, and incredible camera.

detailedReviews 44: content: I have been using the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra for around a month and a half and I love everything about this phone. I think the biggest bonuses upgrading to this phone have to be the Samsung Pen, the size of the phone, and the quality of the screens and cameras.
The biggest thing I was looking forward to had to be the pen. An integrated pen on a phone is so amazing, and it's something I can use on a tablet if I decide to get one in the future, which is a definite bonus. I may not always use the pen over my fingers, but it having programmable button clicks and gestures is definitely amazing, especially for photo taking.
I was a little scared at the daunting size of the S24 Ultra, but I have grown used to using this device on a daily basis. It may feel large at first, but my hands have naturally gotten used to the size, and I love it. It's great for watching content on my phone when I am not near my TV or want to watch short-form content.
The cameras and screen are crisp and amazing to look at. The screen is both large and high quality, so you can watch 4k content clearly and easily on your phone without any quality loss. The cameras also take stunning photography. I have always been one to take moon photos eversince my S21 Ultra, so this phone has given me the chance to take even better photos of the moon and other things up-close.
Overall, this phone is seriously amazing and I would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to a high-quality piece of technology.

detailedReviews 45: content: I use my device for graphic designing, NFC payments, on the go routing, music playing, Galaxy AI, Bluetooth connect, android auto gaming. I have been a huge fan of the stylus since the note series and honestly is the only reason I chose this phone. My stylus does not stick inside the phone i can click it in and out multiple times and it stays on the outside of my phone. Is has a fuzzy tip with minimal use, the phone screen is HUGE. Maybe this is a specific quality you want- I thought I would, I thought it'd be good for gaming. Wow was I WRONG I have LARGE hands for a woman they surpass the size of many men-- not proud-- but it doesn't matter I am stretching with all my might to reach the other side of the screen with my thumb, to go back, to text and not drive ... It makes it even MORE dangerous. The phone weighs down my pants, I can't fit it inside my purses or it fills up my purse so much I can't fit anything else?! So far it has been EXTREMELY durable I have dropped this phone probably thousands of times, no exaggerating. I have a double layer case with outer aluminum casing so it might be the reason my phones still going. But I have always had a problem with the voicemail, I have tried to call Verizon everything, I cannot get my voicemail setup and it is very annoying & hard to deal with. The battery seems to go to 10% from 90% in about 3 hours, qi charging overheats my phone, I cannot get a quick charge to save my life unless I have a $45 block & a $30 cord.

detailedReviews 46: content: This is not gold, not yellow its more WHITE than anything, its a complete waste of money, very heavy phone, the picture quality doesn't go 100 x zoom as it says it does, the camera does fail.
The pixels on the camera get worse as you extend your distance, its VERY bad for a £12000 phone just for the camera.
Yes you can use the attached pen, which is very easy to use and loose - I wouldn't recoemend this phone - does scratch and is known for scratching, does not come with any type of charger and the box is still very plane.
The phone isn't the best on the market, is very poor when it comes to speed and apps movement, its constantly storing, sharing and distributing your location and where about and other very personal and sensitive infomation.
cThe phone DOES track your movements and when you go on any website, any search engine, any bank account etc... be warned your details ARE being logged, stored and shared by google and samsung does tell you this when your freshly setting up your decvice.
The phone comes with a standard cable , does not work
the phone is a 255gb however the colour is more white than yellow, its not the one I wanted so im now stuck with it
Theirs no refund offered and your stuck with a large bulky phone as soon as you install it, i.e. load it, which is half an hour and very difficult
The pen is flimsy and not worth it at all and very costly to replace if lost as samsung offer NO insurance what so ever.
The phone is known to be scratched
Avoid and buy a cheaper phone which is more better and easier to use, this is just a nightmare.

detailedReviews 47: content: I wasn't sure about this whole AI-Galaxy 24 Ultra, because to be honest AI makes me nervous. I'm a Carpenter, and as a Carpenter I rely on human beings (Potential Customers), needing another human being (That Being Me) for my skilled and trained knowledge of my Craft and not some computer AI whipping up a new kitchen and dining room addition on said, "Potential Customer"('s) house, cause now I'm skilled in a useless trade, owner of failed business and unemployed. It's not that farfetched. They already can 3-D print a small house! Now you can see how it AI made me a little on edge, but that all changed when I upgraded my Galaxy S21 Ultra, for the AI GALAXY S24 Ultra! I always loved Samsung. A life long Customer since my third cell phone "1997". The S21 Ultra had me changing my mind about Samsung all together, I thought. With all the issues I was having, but after speaking with a Samsung HR, I agreed on one last try, w/new Galaxy-AI. Couldn't be happier! Smoother operation, even better 📷, all software updates are made w/out technical issues and my new favorite feature... my own little personal assistant... Galaxy-AI. Galaxy-AI helps me with any questions, appointments, Job Schedules, Estimates, or calculations I need in a moments notice, and even putting together a Rockin' Playlist for me to listen to while on the job! That's only the beginning of how the AI-Galaxy S24 can make your everyday life, a little less stressful, one day after another. I highly recommend it!!

detailedReviews 48: content: I have no problems with speed. There is a quality improvement in the camera over my last note 20 ultra but for an odd reason the camera quality deteriorates after like 5x zoom, especially at nighttime. They really hyped up the GalaxyAI for this phone like circle to search, but I rarely use it. The most useful ai features for me when I've used them was holding down on a subject in a photo and creating a sticker from it to utilize for creating a wallpaper. I have used the circle to search before and on one occasion it helped me find the exact location of a beach based on the mountain in the background, so maybe it would be helpful for you if you travel a lot. The ai translation would probably be very helpful for travelers but I haven't had the chance to use it. They promote the screen having a anti glare coating, and it was nice at first, but I don't know if that makes the screen super susceptible to smudges and oily finger markings, because this screen is a lot more susceptibile to that vs my 20 ultra. I did use an alcohol pad one time on accident, maybe that made the screen a lot messier, but I would imagine it would just make it glossy again and be normal. For very heavy users, the battery has to be charged maybe 2.5 times a day as it only last on average like 8-10 hours, much less if you are gaming and have everything maxed out, so it just depends. For a phone of this dimension, it does almost everything great, I'd give it a 8.5 or 9/10 for being the top non-foldable phone.

detailedReviews 49: content: The main factor for me in deciding to upgrade from my old phone was the promise of a better camera - and I have not been disappointed. The S24 Ultra comes with a whole host of camera options both pre- and post- shot to make your photos look as optimal and to your tastes as possible. What I have been most impressed by with the camera is both the picture quality at high levels of zoom, as well as in settings of contrasting lighting - two areas where my previous phone was flawed.
There are also so many quality of life improvements that I hadn't even considered, and I am discovering more each day. My favourite so far has been the ability to Google search an image/text on your screen, without needing to open a new page. The 'smart charging' options are a close second, ensuring the phone does not continue charging when at 100% and thus protecting long-term battery health.
My only criticism of the phone is the battery life when extensively using the camera (otherwise it seems to retain battery well, and charges extremely quickly) - however, even this issue is easily nullified by taking a portable charging pack with you.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and can see this phone lasting me a good few years. I would highly recommend it, especially if you are able to take advantage of the 0% interest monthly payments.

detailedReviews 50: content: I have had every single Galaxy Ultra phone there is, but I think that this S24 Ultra will likely be my last. The pinnacle was likely the Note 20 Ultra, though I must admit that despite not having the S pen option at the time, my S21 Ultra has probably been my best Galaxy device to date. It has given me ZERO problems for years, while everything which has followed it has given me at least one or two even minimal problems.
But S24 Ultra is falling very short of the bars set by its predecessors. While the S22 and the S23 took available RAM from the S21's 16GB down to 12GB, their performance was virtually unimpacted by the reduced RAM.
But now we have the S24 with AI, and if ever we needed that 16GB of RAM back on a device, the S24 is it. However, even with the introduction of a new software like AI that could really and truly use all the RAM it can get, still the S24 has no more RAM available than the last two generations of S-series Galaxy phones. The result? Everything about this phone is so much less Ultra than any other Ultra device I have ever owned. I honestly feel like I have downgraded from an S23 Ultra to an S24 Mediocre, and unless I see a VAST improvement in the workings of the S25 Ultra when it lands, then after all these years, I have purchased my last Samsung phone. And being that it's also so hard to get Samsung to put anything more than barely enough RAM to be adequate in their Book series laptops, I may well be done with Samsung entirely.
It's up to them now.

Not only does it help me communicate and stay in touch with my loved ones and friends but it also helps me document and be able to capture some of the greatest moments life has to offer . The camera in its self is very clear , easy to work and understand . You can zoom in and zoom out so well on this device you can zoom in to a plane in the clouds and see the windows! The phone also has many setting that you can choose from to accommodate for whatever setting you are trying to capture . The flash is also bright and works great on the front of the phone as well as a back flash thats pretty bright! The video camera is the same jus different setting that lets you accommodate for where ever you. I love the fact that the speaker is loud so I can listen to my music and when I have to take a speaker phone call I know I can count on my galaxy to be loud and I can communicate effectively with no worries of not being heard or being able to hear . The phone also has many great settings for different lifestyle things like health , working out , sleeping and it even has a water drinking tracker ! Also working on the go ? No problem this phone comes with Microsoft and all the great office things you need on your computer , now comes in your hand and you can easily work on the go ! detailedReviews 52: content: So this is my first new phone since the galaxy s9+ which I loved dearly. But it was time to switch and after weeks of research I landed on the s24 ultra.
First off, the Galaxy AI photo editor is just plain fun to use. I sat around for hours just taking pictures of my cat and trying the different filters turning her into a sketch or a oil painting.
The camera is amazing as well. The first photos I took trying out the different lenses blew my mind.
The Spen is absolutely magic. From the never-failing tracking dot, to the customization options, and to the use as a remote shutter button, I love this unsung hero.
I have had no issues with stuttering or performance issues whatsoever. I have, however, had a few issues with certain apps causing instability and closing out. Which could come down to the app itself.
My only real critique would be the price point. The company has increased the price of their flagship phones significantly and keep doing so each year. Technology evolves and that costs money I understand that but almost $2000 for the upgrade is eyewatering for the average consumer.
With all of that said, I have and would strongly recommend this device to anyone looking for an upgrade, a fresh device with excellent camera quality, or just someone who loves Technology at its best. As long as you have the budget for this device it is a great pick. I just wish that in future devices samsung would bring that price down again.

detailedReviews 54: content: Coming from a Xiaomi 13 Pro, I was quite nervous because I was switching from a phone maker I had used for the last 6 years. The first pleasant surprise I experienced was that the android to android transition was smooth through the Samsung smart switch app. I was able to seamlessly switch over with the press of a few buttons. Secondly, being an android enthusiast, I was quite concerned with the display. It appears the galaxy s24 ultra has the best display in the market. Next thing that impressed me was the battery life of the phone. The battery life is even better than any of my previously phones which had robust battery lives. I charge my Samsung once a day and I am able to use it for 24 hours with a single charge when used heavily or moderately. Next impressive thing was the Galaxy AI which I was new to. Being a Healthcare worker, I frequently interact with non-English speakers and the Galaxy AI has speech and text translation features which seamlessly helps me translate any language to English and vice versa. I am still working on discovering more Galaxy AI features. Next is the durability of the phone and the screen. I have owned the device for about a month and the screen material is the best in the market. I have dropped my phone several times and scratched the screen with my keys when my phone was in my pocket, but the screen is still as clear as the day I bought it. The body of the phone is well made and break resistant. This is the best phone I have ever used.

detailedReviews 55: content: I absolutely love this phone so much! There are so many features with this phone that help me out with lots of tasks throughout the week. Gemini AI is actually extremely helpful. I've never been super big on AI, but Gemini helps me figure out stuff in such a short amount of time or can at least lead me down the right path without having to deal with the hassle of clicking through so many different links all the time to finally get an answer to a question I may have. Other than that, the revisions it can give you through texting, emails and messages in general to find a more professional approach to something is very helpful when you can't think of the words to say something right away. Calling family is very nice as well. I'm Mexican-American and I've fallen off alot on my Spanish so when I am talking with family on the phone who only speak Spanish, having the live translator is so helpful for me and them as well so we can actually have conversations with one another! Photo editing with AI is so helpful as well when I'm trying to get the perfect picture or take something out that doesn't belong in the type of picture I am trying to capture. There are so many more helpful features with this phone and I can't list them all, but at the end of the day, this is an amazing phone and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

detailedReviews 56: content: The S24 ultra battery does not disappoint. I was easily able to make the battery last two days with moderate use and still have 34% at the end of the second day. The screen is one of the best on a mobile device it’s just so clear, bright and crisp watching movies on this phone is just awesome. The s pen works really nicely. Now the durability of the phone is also very nice. I’ve dropped it a few times and it tanked it like a beast not a scratch on the back of the phone or the screen. The cameras are awesome. The front camera are really good and a little bit better than the 16 Pro Max. The 8K videos on the back camera are insane. The 4k 60fps recording is not as crisp as the 16 Pro max but it is very close. Playing games on this phone is awesome. The battery lasts a while and the phone handles games nicely and runs them smoothly. The charging speed is very nice and with fast charged enable it charges from 0 to 100 within an hour and 20 minutes. Almost forgot to mention the anti-glare is game changing you can really see the difference when you put any other device under a bright light compared to the s24 ultra. If you can get the S24 ultra for under 1000 then it is definitely a worth wild purchase. if you can’t find it for anything under 1000 then I would either just wait or buy the S25 ultra when it’s on sale. overall, the S24 ultra is an absolute beast, and you will not be disappointed when you purchase it.

detailedReviews 57: content: Making the switch from the Galaxy 23 Ultra to the S24 Ultra is audacious. Their appearances are comparable, but not their hardware specifications or performance. To begin with, the flat design panel is back! Phone cases simply couldn't provide the necessary protection because of their unsightly and bothersome curved form. I was watching to see how long Samsung would ignore their customers. This baby has gorgeous bezels! It's now easy to get a protective case for your bezels! Now let's discuss screen color disparities. Comparing the S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra, I believe the S24's color is a little washed out, even if the newer model's screen is said to be better in terms of technology. With all of its bells and whistles, the sleek user interface will keep you busy for sure. Over the course of its seven years of updates, its AI functions and other software improvements will also be improved. Presently, sound and vibration are the only issues facing the Galaxy. There are serious vibration and sound problems with the S23 and S24 Ultra that need to be fixed. The consumers' ears are threatened by the poor sound quality. The most crucial component is the sound and quality of the speakers. Samsung needs to recall and fix these phone models' speakers! Users shouldn't have to wait for another upgrade, pay more money for the same problem like I did. Recall these devices or offer free upgrades to the S25 Ultra only if the sound pollution issues are fixed. What will Samsung do to resolve this major noise issue?

detailedReviews 58: content: I have been using the Samsung Galaxy ultra since Dec 24 - to start with, I was able to smoothly transition the apps from the old device to the new device and configure them safely. I love the overall specification of the phone.
when I got it configured, the first thing I noticed was the display and the crystal clear contrast on the screen. I have never faced stain in my eye and the screen adjusts automatically to the overall ambiance. the build quality is pretty solid and definitely defines quality. the overall performance of the phone is superb especially with my personal apps and work apps running in parallel, never felt a slight degradation in performance. with nearly 100 + personal apps and another 25 + work apps, i am able to smoothly transition between Work and Personal sections.
sound quality is fantastic and speakers are of high quality. the icing on the cake is the fantastic Stylus - rather than it being just another accessory, Samsung has integrated the stylus with its own powerful features. with so much load, batter life is of super importance. i am able to easily get 1.5 days of battery life with my work apps running all the time. this is fantastic performance and really helpful.
overall a power packed performance with loaded features for a reasonable price when compared to other phones for the similar price.

detailedReviews 59: content: The Samsung Galexy s24 ultra is an all around amazing product, with MANY impressive and useful features, one of which that I mainly like is it's new Ai integration. Such integration has helped me in many ways like writh writing messages and using the camera app, overall helping to get a sharper image as well as helping me to in the editing process, enhancing the imagery all around.
My main use for my Samsung is to take high quality photos and videos as well as staying connected to family members and watching videos on media platforms, all of which this device exceeds at in quality greatly. The quality of photos and videos is just remarkable if I'm being honest, both in distance shots, zoom in shots, and extremely up close shots, heck I can see the hair on ands and pores on my fingerprint ridges, it's amazing. As for staying connected to family, it preformed greatly, speed is fast and video calls are so crystal clear. Watching videos on media platforms is a whole new experience as well, and the picture quality is just amazing with it being capable of displaying HD videos, they're all so clear and crisp for the videos that offer that high quality.
Overall I'd say the features that I love the most have got to be the capability of macrophotography with the camera, I myself love to take photos of the small intricacies of nature and this phone just helps me so much to do so so well and I can see so many details that you usually can't see with the naked eye. Amazing in every way.

detailedReviews 60: content: I have not intentionally used any AI feature of this device. I'm a bit skittish about new tech even though I got the newest possible device available. I just came from a Note 9 and needed a stylus, so this was what I chose. It is an upgrade I terms of speed and storage. I'm certain I will never learn to fully use the functions of this device, but it has proven to have a much longer battery life than my recollection of that of my Note 9 out of the box. Increased security is important to me and this device delivers so far. I am very much enjoying the new S24 Ultra so far with a couple of caveats.
The voice to speech function is the best transcriver I've experienced but the button is EXTREMELY inconvenient, on the lower left corner of the screen. Most people are right handed and as far as I can tell, there is no way to move it to the other side.
I also do not like the extra clicks to get to a phone call from texts. On my previous Samsung, it was one click, now it's two. It may not seem like much but it is annoying and took me a while to figure out in the first place.
Some of the apps do not function the same way on the Ultra, again with extra clicks to do what used to be very quick access.
Overall, it wasn't enough to bring me to return the device, but for as much as this device costs, I feel like access to functions should become exponentially improved, not slightly more challenging.
My 11 years between new devices should be a factor in how you perceive this review!

detailedReviews 61: content: The Galaxy s24 is so amazing in every way, shape and form. One of the amazing features is the Galaxy AI which helps with typing, gallery items, and searches. Galaxy AI helps with typing by suggesting different ways to word and phrase your text. I've used this feature at work because sometimes I can't think of the proper way to write things working in a professional setting. The Galaxy AI helps with photos because the editing tools helps you remove unwanted items from your pictures and you can also move people and items to different positions in your photos. The Galaxy AI also will summarize a page for you. If you don't want to read a whole article you can use it to summarize it for you which saves time and helps so u get a better understanding of the article. Another great feature of the Galaxy s24 is the camera the fact that the camera has 200MP is awesome! Also how far I can zoom in and the picture still be great quality. I've sat all the way in nosebleeds at baseball stadium and zoomed into home plate and got a picture that was like I was sitting right in front row. I also like the old features that have always been there such as being able to use your own music or even your Spotify Playlist as your alarms to wake you up in the morning. Also I love the user friendly menus and displays and just how easy Samsung always makes it to use their devices. I'm very proud to be a Samsung Galaxy user and owner of one of their phones.

detailedReviews 62: content: Where do I start? The camera, video, and audio quality are crystal clear, like looking at real life through a window. My phone is LIGHTNING fast, I've never loaded applications and websites faster than I have today. My phone is able to record an entire seminar (in ANY language) and put every word into readable text for me to take notes later, did I mention it can also translate any language for me with no wait time at all? Anywhere in the world I go, I have no trouble talking to others in a foreign land. The Galaxy AI is next level, not only with touching up photos or putting spoken words and recordings into text, but I'm able to take any form of text or information and have it summarized into bullet points. Making all information streamlined and easy to understand, it also saves me time sifting through nonsense in articles and newspapers. Along with summarization, I can have my own messages revised in a more formal manner of speaking. This makes it easier and faster to send messages to my job that require a more professional touch. The multi-window function is also really nice for when I am taking video calls and trying to play a game, or just relay information that I'm currently reading/typing, nothing has to be put on hold or stopped, the function of my phone knows no bounds! I've used Samsung as long as I can remember, this was a big jump for me from a 2018 Note 9, which helped pay for my new phone with the Samsung trade-in program off the Samsung Store.

detailedReviews 63: content: The Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra, in my opinion, is currently one of the best phones available on the market. With features like galaxy ai, stunning camera quality, and a beautiful screen display, it easily becomes a must buy for consumers looking for the next best thing. Galaxy ai makes finding what your looking for, well, easy. For one, you can circle and search for almost any object with speedy search results and multiple options. It has easily become one of my favorite features on the new s24 ultra. The phone also includes ai features for photos and drawings you take on your camera allowing you to edit and add to them using ai. The camera on the s24 ultra is stunning. With 100x zoom and clear camera quality, photos taken on the s24 ultra are very high quality. I love taking pictures of the moon with it and showing my friends what my phone can do. The screen on the s24 ultra is also one of my favorite features on the phone. It's a large stunning display that's high quality and very responsive as well as fast. Apps and games load quickly and switching between apps is seamless. The large display also makes watching videos or playing games much more entertaining. Overall, The s24 ultra is a very powerful phone with ai features, has a stunning display, and takes amazing high quality pictures. It's easily become one of my personal favorites.

detailedReviews 64: content: I just love everything about this phone! The newest in tech, and so fun to goof around with it too! The Samsung AI has provided me with such ease in searching the internet! All I need to do is request information, and it does the dogpile search; providing me with an entire array of information from all over the net! This gives me the opportunity to explore all sorts of perspectives on information that I previously felt like I was a fairly well informed person. I LOVE to learn, and be informed, so this is a high point for me!
I'm also loving the ability to connect with smart things, and turn the washer and dryer and oven on and have everything ready when I get home. It's just so lovely and convenient! Another thing that I find super wonderful with my phone, is that I can go riding on my horse and share my location with my husband on Google Maps, so that if I have any sort of accident, he can easily find me. I really enjoy having the stylus available for some of the coloring apps, which is one of my favorite pastimes while I'm waiting in the doctors office. It's a really nice phone, and the screen has been upgraded to an inset screen, so that it's much more challenging to break the screen. Samsung also has its own warranty plan available now, and it INCLUDES screen replacements for a mere pittance, in comparison to some of the other warranty plans available today. I'm sticking with Samsung! They definitely are moving forward with their tech!

detailedReviews 65: content: I had a serious issue with the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The photos and selfies I took were consistently over-contrasted, even without applying any filters. I even reset the phone and camera, but the problem persisted. Contacted the support over the phone, applied and tested everything they mentioned but they were even unable to solve the problem.
The frustrating part was that the live preview looked perfect, great detail, but the moment I clicked the shutter, Samsung’s image processing would kick in and completely ruin the photo. The final image looked nothing like the preview. Created the first ticket immediately after I bought phone in 2024 ( Please note I am a big fan of Samsung mobiles Since S9+, I prebooked this one) when I notriced the issue, the support engineer mentioned a fix is coming in next update, reachedout again after the update they advised me to wait again after reviewing few things. Third time when I reached out the person who was talking to me , unable to findouot my old tickets and he said I am the only person complaining about this.
But dear Samsung, please open your eyes and look around. Check the public articles and threads,
Eg thread mentioned below where people are talking about the same problem I had
https://www.reddit.com/r/samsung/comments/1ad0grf/s24_ultra_why_does_the_camera_force_post/
After struggling with the bad device and lost my mind , I sold the device for almost 600 EUR less. ( It was a 1TB model :( )

detailedReviews 66: content: I bought the S24 Ultra to replace my current Note 20 Ultra & it does not disappoint. The S24 Ultra is an upgrade in almost every way. I love both the sleek design & how comfortable and lightweight it is in your hand as well. The 200mp camera certainly is a stand out feature for me as I love to capture every moment while its also simple & easy to use. Alongside this the battery life is another major upgrade, having a 5000 mAh battery means I can game, browse the Internet, or scroll through social media for hours & it barely eats into my impressive battery life. I think both the screen size & resolution are outstanding, having a 6.8 inch screen gives me to ability to watch my favourite shows in the palm of my hand which is a must & having the gorilla glass gives me the reassurance it can withstand the bumps of everyday life too. The processing power of the S24 Ultra is rather impressive, it runs seamlessly whether I'm simply browsing the Internet, or I'm streaming my favourite TV show.
Overall I would & have given the S24 Ultra 5 stars, it gives you everything I want & need at the palm of my hand, while being sleek enough to fit comfortably in my pocket. I'd say I couldn't be happier with my purchase so far & I'm sure the more I discover about my new S24 Ultra the more I'm going to be impressed.

The UI software is incredible with endless options to customize and personalize through wallpapers, backgrounds, apps, and more. The Generative AI wallpaper creator is a very impressive feature with different options to choose from. Photo AI is awesomely impressive, being able to make changes to images is extremely awesome. The S24 Ultra is better equipped utilitarian and GPS usages, speakers are loud enough. It has a massive storage space for apps and files and the extended battery life is freaking awesome. detailedReviews 68: content: Moved from a ROG Phone 5 to an S24 Ultra.
Most phones nowadays accomplish all that we ask of them, so it's difficult to differentiate based on speed or core functionality.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra does not disappoint - it's got an IP68 rating, a great camera setup, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, and an S Pen. For most people, this will make a great daily driver device. But the problem is, most other phones, including its siblings in the Galaxy lineup, will as well.
What a buyer of this device is looking for is unparalleled function with no compromise on form - and that's where the Galaxy S24 Ultra does fall short.
Let's look at hardware first. Despite its large footprint, it doesn't have the largest battery in its class - presumably because of the space taken up by the S Pen's slot. At the same time, the 5000mah battery will comfortably get you through the day. There are phones on the market with IP68 rating, alongside a side USB-C port (for landscape gaming) with a 3.5mm jack - here the Galaxy S24 Ultra just brings the standard singular USB-C port on the bottom. There are no auxilliary displays on the rear of the phone, and again Samsung has persisted with no notification LED on the front side either. Again, it's been in the design language since the S10 era and expected, but it does feel like an incremental refinement rather than a bold step forward in innovation. The speaker set up is again standard, but lacking if you hold your phone in landscape as you'd likely obscure the primary speaker.
In terms of software, Samsung's claim to fame this generation is Galaxy AI. While some might find these features useful, for someone whose phone is primarily a transactional and away-from-home substitute for a computer - it didn't take long for me to completely disable Bixby and image processing (which didn't produce quite natural looking images anyway). The battery care features are appreciated, but more polish would have been expected - for example - why not offer the user an option in the notifications pane to skip the charging limit once, or enable fast charging once - this would be such a quality of life improvement for those wanting to have those options set to preserve battery lifespan, but still allow exceptions (say when travelling) without having to dig through the menus to turn them off/on and remember to do the opposite.
The same thing does with "Do not Disturb" mode - with AI and machine learning surely it would be easy enough to implement either an algorithm or more options to have the mode play nicely with bedtime/sleep mode, with again a notification to temporarily disable it for 30 minutes or for the day.
That said, the software is solid out of the box, and so is Samsung's dedication to support the phone with regular updates. While I would like to see Samsung continue to push the envelope personally, I understand that they're unlikely to do this with the standard S series (kudos to them on the Z series though) - nevertheless, one can keep hoping!

title: Great phone, but lacks innovation and some features.
detailedReviews 69: content: As far as phones go it is clear this is one of the best on the market right now even after a while since its release.
Pro's:
The camera. Wow. Some of these images. I need to take more night time photographs but thus far I have been very impressed with both the hardware and software of this phone's camera.
Battery life. I am currently typing this up on my new device which has been on since 1pm yesterday (it is now nearly 7pm the next day) and I still haven't reached the critical 5% charge warning yet. This battery lasts a long time. Thus far I have used this phone pretty moderately but I imagine not much more of a dip in terms of battery duration with heavier use (gaming, video, streaming) but this is yet to be confirmed. But as far as first impressions go this battery life is worthy of praise.
Screen. This screen is beautiful and BRIGHT. Being the size it is gives one plenty of real estate to watch movies and shows or game. The blacks are nice and dark and the whites pop off the screen. The colours are vivid though arguably less saturated as one would expect with an OLED screen. A preference thing but the picture subsequently looks more natural to the eye than my previous Samsung device.
To conclude this part there is likely a lot more I have to discover with this device but from initial use these have been the main positive highlights.
Con's:
Charging. With a big battery it isn't surprising that even on fast charge this device takes just under 2 hrs to reach full charge again. Which is a little disappointing considering others with similar battery capacity do seem to charge a little faster. Certainly not a deal breaker however.
Internet browsing. A few stutters here and then depending on sites visited especially when switching from portrait to landscape mode. We will see if this persists in the coming months. Not majorly noticeable but definitely apparent.
Samsung Pay. Confusing and pretty tedious sorting out digital wallet via Samsung pay. Still figuring out how to utilitise this function but as it stands probably going to stick with Google Pay as it's much easier and no fee had to be paid to register cards this way unlike 15 pence per card on Samsung Wallet.
Again, these are initial impressions but overall really enjoying this device. Which is just as well as it is not a cheap one.
A note to anyone thinking of purchasing. If you have a SAMSUNG device older than say an S10 or S22. Be sure to click "any other device" on the trade in menu to be able to still get that trade in discount. This wasn't made clear to me when I bought my device and subsequently I assumed mine not eligible due to how old it was. You can imagine my frustration when I was told otherwise I store. This should be made clear to any future customer considering trading in when buying a Samsung device as it is not. Seeing SAMSUNG on the drop down menu but not my particular device had one drawing a conclusion which was not true and now I am paying a lot more than I would have had this been clearer on the website.
All that said, highly recommend this device if you are thinking of purchasing a new android and can afford it!

detailedReviews 70: content: One thing I love about the S24 Ultra is the thin and elegant design of the phone itself. The features that I use on a daily basis is definitely the multi variety of different panels for quick access in between apps, contacts, and everyday utility apps for the average person. The multi functional access for navigating nomatter what you might be working on makes it easy to split screens, "shrink" your current viewing page to an "app size" without ever missing or losing something that might be important. The camera isnt a different story, but an extraordinary one! The zoom is literally UNBELIEVABLE with access to 100x zoom!!! At that high, you should definitely expect some difficulties capturing the perfect photo if you don't have the steadiness of hands. Anything under 50X the quality is going to be remarkable. Now, let's talk about my favorite part of the phone out of all the features, THE ABILITY TO SHOOT 8K VIDEOS!!!! Now this is not, nor does not account for the video editing options which trust me, there are plenty of great options; this is just the 8K VIDEO QUALITY ITSELF! Have you ever thought you seen incredible video quality on a TV inside of a store and your mouth just dropped?, I will just put it this way, I now catch myself creating videos and watching videos on my phone and prefer that than to watch things on my TV i have at home. That should tell you just how incredible the 8K video quality is and a little tip; must check out the "slow motion" effect in 8K!!!!!!

detailedReviews 71: content: Upgraded from Galaxy S21 Ultra. I am not happy with the speaker sound. Notification sounds, call sounds etc are crackling and have too much treble as if equilizer is boosting high frequencies. It also has a somewhat crackling sound. Hard to explain but it sounds like a very very cheap phone. The camera is also underwhelming. I remember when I got a new Samsung, I would be always impressed with the photo quality. For the first time in my life this is not the case. Tried 10x zoom and the view is not perfectly clear, somewhat blurry. Took a picture at low light, AI corrections are very noticible. Took pictures of someone under low light, she appears as a ghost in all of them. S21 Ultra always did the job, I never had to think about the conditions etc. I didn't like AI appearing everywhere, you call someone you see an AI prompt, you open gallery there is an AI prompt, you try to write a note again there is one, you open Internet, again AI. When you restart phone, the first unlocking experience is very bad. It has been like this forever. It was the same in S21 Ultra also. Wait at the lock screen as long as you want, it doesn't matter. As soon as you unlock after a restart you get a sluggish slow home page, UI elements loading etc. I can't believe Samsung is still ok with that experience. Battery performance was also underwhelming. I remember getting my hands on S21 Ultra and after a day there was still like half of the battery left. With this phone when the day is over I get 15% or 20% remaining.

detailedReviews 72: content: A bit bigger and heavier Phone than average, but I guess you already know that. It's a bit hard to put in a regular trousers pocket, but you get used to it.
Great cameras and with a lot of features that need to be learned. The zoom is exceptional.
I had to search Google for how to perform all sorts of actions such as turning the device on/off, taking a screenshot, and more, but I found the information easily and you can customise it in the device settings.
The process of transferring data from my old device (Huawei) to this device was done easily and automatically! An amazingly simple process. As soon as you turn on the device, everything is automated and guides you step by step on what to do and even downloads the necessary app automatically. All contacts, messages, photos, apps, etc. everything was transferred to the new phone easily.
When I purchased the phone, it was on sale and it came with the SHLDAir Rugged Case, which is great. A thick and durable case that seems to do a good job of protecting the phone.
The phone comes only with a USB Type C to USB Type C charging cable and a "key" to open the SIM card slot. It does not come with a charger. It comes charged about 50%+-, it took me about an hour to reach a full charge (from 52%) using a 30W charger.
I'm not entirely sure what the pen is for, I haven't really had a chance to use it yet, but maybe I'll try to learn it in the future.

detailedReviews 73: content: I LOVE my Galaxy S24 Ultra! Actually, I have LOVED ALL my Galaxy phones. They are reliable, fast, and come with endless functions/perks. By far, my favorite feature is the seemless actions between apps. I no longer have to juggle between multiple apps to achieve a string of related tasks. It's like my phone "knows" what apps I need in the moment while predicting what apps I MIGHT need for future use. My S24 Ultra's AI has my predicted apps preloaded and ready to instantly launch when needed. The smooth transition is flawless. There is no lag time during the transition nor does the action drain my battery. I am a HUGE multitasker. I have been known to listen to music, post on Facebook, take Snaps, answer a call, and reply to a text message all at the same time. My S24 Ultra does not skip a beat. It effortlessly flows from one app to the next and back again without delay, no pauses, no closing app, apps do not freeze, nor are there any reloading of apps. Overall, I am very satisfied with my Galaxy S24 Ultra. The new features have given this phone an edge over all other brands and models in the marketplace today. The Smooth Seemless Action feature has made my life easier, more efficient, and has cut my downtime in half. I highly recommend the Galaxy S24 Ultra! Go get yours today!!!

title: Love seamless actions, AI, and multitasking capabilities.
detailedReviews 74: content: The Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra features a few modest upgrades over the previous generation. A flat screen, reduced glares, and a durable chassis. But where the phone really shines is in the rest of the hardware under the hood.
The larger display provides great multitasking capabilities with picture in picture or split screen applications, allowing for seamless actions across apps.
Working in IT often means that I'm not always at my desk, whether its running an install or helping users out. Being able to take my most crucial applications with me, to capture photos for documentation, update clients, and deliver on time without needing to bring all my equipment with me is indispensable.
Native phone link for windows on my galaxy s24 ultra allows me to stay connected, and quickly transfer important files, and photos.
With the added processing power the s24 ultra has, I'm able to use Samsung dex to leverage my phone as a laptop to quickly draft updates, outage notices, and check important project details, all with the added security of Knox protecting and keeping my work information safe and separate from the rest of the more important things, like the couple thousand pictures of my dog.

detailedReviews 76: content: This is the first Samsung Device I have used. I was with another mobile phone brand and got tired of having to update every few years, so I switched over to Samsung. So far the performance is amazing and the adjustment period was very smooth. Now I have features that I can't imagine going without, like the split screen and the pen. It's so nice being able to write with the pen and having the fine tip, so I don't accidentally click anything with big fingers. It's also fun that the phone pen just so happens to work on my Samsung tablet as well! The split screen is so nice for making plans, because I can have a video call open on one side and my calendar pulled up on the other, to see my availability. The "clear all" feature for app notifications is a life saver, because sometimes I don't know where to go in the app itself to clear it. "Clear all" takes care of it so I don't have to keep seeing the notification. One of the best features though has been the camera ID feature. It's so awesome using the photo of an item to look up what something is, especially for shopping. I see something cool and use the camera to tell me what it is and where to get it. My room has never looked better! I am absolutely loving the phone and am now a dedicated Samsung afficionado!

detailedReviews 77: content: It took me a while to reach the summit.. but alas, I hold gingerly yet firmly to my arm and my leg (S24 Ultra) because even so much as a scratch would break my heart. I also own the S22 Ultra of which I prefer the beveled edges and was sad to see them go. I go back and forth between the two because I haven't seen a lot of difference otherwise. I'm not a techy, just your average user. Music and movie streamer, shopper, banker and puzzle enthusiast. To downgrade to anything other than these two life changing devices would be a travesty. The speed, accuracy and clarity.. both visually and audibly are unsurpassed. Granted I've not yet experienced the flips or the folds so I unfortunately cannot compare but if there is anything these phones cannot do I'm not yet aware, and I'm ashamed to admit I've not yet tried Galaxy AI but I'm behind the 8 ball on all AI thus far, but I'll get there, or it'll get to me, whichever comes first! I also own the Galaxy 7 watch but am afraid to get used to leaving my phone behind so I don't use it often like I'd hoped. My 50" & 55" Samsung TV's are top notch and I'd love to review the buds but when I tried to order them I wound up with a watch instead. Maybe next time.
You got it goin' on Samsung.. give us back our 3.5 mm port and put a little more effort into the sound quality of these stock speakers and I'd give a solid 10. For now 9.7 because I've been in developers options, the improvements are there, just greyed out.. what gives Samsung?

detailedReviews 78: content: Had my Galaxy S24 Ultra for about a year now, and honestly, it still feels like a powerhouse. The titanium frame has held up great, very few scratches, and the screen? Still gorgeous. That 6.8" AMOLED with 120Hz is still as smooth as ever, no burn-in or dimming issues.
Performance-wise, it’s been flawless. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 hasn’t slowed down at all, handles everything I throw at it—gaming, multitasking, and editing. Battery life’s been pretty consistent too. I still get a full day easy, even with heavy use. Charging could be a little faster, but I’ve since gotten used to it.
The cameras have aged well. That 200MP main sensor still impresses, and the 5x zoom lens gets insane detail. Low-light shots are solid, and the AI enhancements make editing incredibly easy. I’ve actually used the S Pen way more than I originally thought, using it to draw, using the AI features, circle to search, and even the fact that you can change the sounds with GoodLock.
Software and Security updates have been pretty steady, and the One UI still runs quite clean. The AI features have gotten to me, Circle to Search, summarizes all of that hard-to-read stuff. Makes stuff faster and easier.
A year in, and I’ve got very few regrets. Still feels like a top-tier phone, and I don’t see a reason to upgrade anytime soon.

title: Still a powerhouse after a year, great AI features.
detailedReviews 79: content: The main point of having this phone is for the camera and the camera is extremely disappointing. The lowest level 12mp mode is good in day light. The 50mp and 200mp modes are just useless in all conditions. There is an AI optimaization of every photograph taken in these modes, which can not be turned off, (which I find crazy) and they massively distort the photograph, turning the saturation and contrast into wild levels which results in a horrendous photograph. The AI involvement can be turned down in settings but not OFF, and turning it down hasn't made a difference. I've read comments saying use Pro Mode etc, but when you spend over £1000 on a phone I want a quick top quality image not messing round with settings for 2 minutes. Low light photographs are really bad. The colour is gone, zoom in and everything is blurry. Specs of the cameras might be good but real life usage, and the AI tech you can't turn off make the end product really poor. The rest of the phone is good, quick, powerful, good screen and battery is great, but I came for the camera and massively disappointed. My 21 Ultra was better and my partners standard S22 produces better images in most cases.

detailedReviews 80: content: As a first time Samsung mobile device customer I have not been disappointed with the Galaxy s24 ultra. This is the most I've ever spent on a small device but has definately ticked all the boxes. I upgraded from a Huwawei. Huawei's tech is miles behind that of Samsung.
The phone itself is very sleek. The pen makes using the phone much easier and is a great addition. I am yet to attach a screen protector but can confirm the device is rather tough after being dropped accidentally several times with no damage.
The camera is of an amazing quality. The only downside is to use the camera to its fullest ability you will need a tripod or holder as even slight movement distorts the image.
The functionality of the phone is great. No lag time between apps and can easily handle many things running at once. Battery life is extremely good and can last over a full day of contant use and still not be fully drained.
Samsung AI features are also quite impressive. I'm still to try them all but liking the 'circle to search' function and the image editors.
I now use this as my main device as it is capable of doing everything a laptop/tablet can do. Also using this over my digital camera.
I can now fully understand why lots of people go for premium phones. This is the best phone I have owned and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium phone upgrade.

detailedReviews 81: content: Have been in the market for a new phone for the past few weeks. My workhorse of a phone Samsung Note 8 has seen its last text and is slowly dieing. I need to keep it going just long enough to transfer over my information to my new phone.
After reviewing all the offers out there for a new Samsung "S24 Ultra 512GB" I chose to purchase it directly from Samsung. With all the rebates and extra's available to include a military discount it was a "no-brainer". Samsung's web site is nicely laid out, easy to navigate and very secure. I was able to get the color , the storage and next day pick up at my local Best Buy store wich i thought was a nice touch! I picked it up and while i was there i bought a sweet case to compliment my purchase. The phone is rocket fast compared to its replacement. The new AI feature has me on a slight learning curve however it blows me away with all its possibilities. I added a new phone plan ( that replaced one that i can not say ) and now with 5G at my fingertips all i can say is Wow!
Samsung added microsoft 365 90 day trial, adobe, lite scribe, Youtube TV 90 day trial and some additional things that i cant recall but with all things mentioned i am going to enjoy my new phone and put it to its full potential. I have several Samsung items to include tv's,tablets,.sound bars and even a microwave so i know i have great products that the company stands by. I would recommend them to anyone. detailedReviews 82: content: So, I've had this phone for about 5 months, and thought maybe this is the time I talk about what I like and what I don't like about it.
What I like about it:
I like how this phone feels, It's a big upgrade to my Samsung Galaxy S8, It's got amazing battery life, the response time is amazing the Camera quality especially with the zooming is amazing, the AI Functionality is amazing, I don't use it as much but it is very amazing, the apps load instantly without problems, the display is amazing including the flat screen and I love the S Pen as well.
What I don't like about the Phone:
Despite the Design of the phone looks great, and the problem I have with the phone is that the cameras are exposed to dust and if accidentally touched it can leave a smudge which could mess with the camera quality, which can easily be fixed but a case where the camera can be protected with a little camera protection hatch could be handy so it prevents dust entering the camera especially when you don't have to use the camera. Now moving on, the sharp edges, I hear that people complain about those sharp edges, as they can be very uncomfortable and sometimes painful to hold, if you're concerned about that, that's where a case with rounded curves can come in handy (that's why I have mentioned to have them start making cases that has a camera protection hatch as well with cases)
However all together, it's a great phone, I would 100% recommend getting this phone, if this is your first time getting a flagship phone and yeah that's pretty much it.

detailedReviews 83: content: I have owned a Galaxy S10 since it first came out in 2019 and it is served me well but finally, 6 years later, the battery gave in! I decided to upgrade to this year's flagship and have not been disappointed. The speed of processing, the quality of the camera, and the clarity of the screen in particular have stood out to me from day one.
In a lot of ways it feels like exactly the same phone I have had for so many years but with a MASSIVE upgrade both in software and hardware. Whilst everything ok the S10 felt new but experimental, this feels new and polished.
The battery life is excellent for a phone that I use a lot for work and at home. The voice to text has come on massively from my old phone. The s pen is cool but I'm yet to get to grips with it's functionality. It is REALLY useful for removing unwanted objects in photos - just circle it and his the object erase! All of the AI/Gemini interconnectedness seems to work well. The camera is fast to respond, I am yet to really test out the telephoto but the quality so far seems pretty good even shooting into the sun. Finally it feels solid. The S10 felt fragile (in a sorry of good way) but this feels like it can withstand life with outdoor working and kids.
Ultimately everything just works really well.

detailedReviews 84: content: I usually stick with the plus model and upgrade every 2 years. This year on a whim, I went with the ultra. I am definitely excited that I did because I've been loving all of the extra functions from the s pen to the screen size. I haven't gotten into all of the new Galaxy ai, but I love the circle to search function. It's so much better than having to go back and forth between windows trying to memorize a package tracking number or a phrase from an email. My favorite thing though, is the fact that you can customize every inch of the galaxy s series phone. I love that I can choose a theme and my wallpaper, messaging app even my keypad are all the colors or design that I chose. I love that I can choose my font and there is an extended variety on the galaxy store to choose from. The calendar even has little stickers to add to each day so I can mark the weather or just how I felt that day with a cute sticker. There are so many ways to customize this phone and that to me is my favorite thing of all. My only issue is with the screen, it is a bit dim or dull- when I'm outside I don't think it's bright enough or vivid enough. I've never had this issue with past phones even though all of the settings are set correctly. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase and will be replacing this phone with the Galaxy s26 Ultra when the preorder starts. I definitely recommend it!

detailedReviews 85: content: This is just a quick review of my first thoughts on my new S24 Ultra. I have only had it a bout a week so just getting it set up but my first thoughts are WOW! I have been a Samsung user for years but tend to take care of my phones so I keep them for years. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S10 edge, so this is a big upgrade. There really wasn't anything wrong with my S10 other than i could no longer get a full days use on one charge. I did not trade it since the value was so low. Figure i would keep it for an emergency backup if needed.
As for the new phone. I chose the 512gb because i was concerned with the lack of ability to expand the memory. The camera is fantastic and I have only scratched the surface. I was concerned about the size and weight but truthfully the size feels only a little bit larger than my S10. The weight difference is noticeable but not too bad as I personally like to feel something. I have a armored case on it because that is always what I have used, but to be fair i have never had a broke screen or even scratched screen in my 20 years of Cell phone ownership( hopefully I didn't just Jinx that).
I will be taking a safari to early next year and at least at this time I don't plan on taking my DSLR. My plan is to really try ad learn what this camera/phone will do.
Processing seems to be super quick, but to be honest I don't play many games and none that require heavy processing.
I believe the build quality of this phone is excellent.
This was my first purchase of an unlocked phone which made me a little nervous but the price was right, so I figured why not. I will come back after a few months and update this review when i have had more time with the phone. I will say that my wife purchased the S24 Plus and she is super happy with that as well. I am glad I went ahead and went for the Ultra however.

detailedReviews 86: content: Samsung has always been my favorite and the features continue to surpass themselves with each new model. My S24 Ultra was simply to upgrade from the S22 Ultra I had prior. The first thing I noticed about this model is the sleek design, it's lightweight, and I knew there was an upgraded camera, but the 5 lenses on this model still took me by surprise when I first saw it. I use Galaxy AI when I'm using my camera and the first thing I wanted to take a photo of was, the moon. Talk about upgrades! It felt as if the moon was right in front of me looking at it through my camera. Now I'm obsessed with getting photos of anything up close and personal JUST to see the details. I also play 30+ mobile games, switching between 6 favorites every couple of months. Amazing graphics and ability to screen record just blows my mind. Lastly, my job requires a multitude of daily notes, so the summarize, translate, transcribe and voice input features of Galaxy AI are huge time-saver in my every day. These are just the main features I use the most, but this is hands-down the best model so far!! I learn something new all the time!

detailedReviews 87: content: I use the Now Brief multiple times per day to get my news feed. I don't really see anything special about the Now brief though. It's really just like every other news widget out there except that it pops up when I don't want it to. I do like the seamless action across all apps except when the phone gets low on memory. The memory issue happens a whole lot less than it did on my s22 Ultra, Note 20 or Note 10 so there is that. Really the memory is the only issue I have with the phone at all if I'm playing a game or I open up a couple of games even if I close them it's still eating up that memory and like every other phone I've ever had unfortunately it I have to either you know clear the cache or whatever do something to get my memory back otherwise I can't do anything with any of the apps. That being said as long as it doesn't run out of memory everything works very very well smooth and seamless and I can get everything done that I need to do for the day. I'm also very happy about the battery life. It seems to be best on this phone over any other phone that I've ever owned. I also really like the streaming on this phone as it's very very smooth and it doesn't get choppy like most other devices that I've used. Overall it's an excellent phone and I'm looking forward to buying my next version of this phone whatever that version that may be.

detailedReviews 88: content: Having used the Galaxy Fold series for the past few years I decided to try out the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra to see if I can adapt to a different device, and I must to say, so-far-so-good, it seems to be a great phone.
The device feels sleek and is very nice to hold. The display is sharp and has all the features you would expect from a Samsung phone. The camera is also great for taking everyday photographs and videos of family and friends.
The device is very similar to my previous Samsung galaxy note 10 plus, but with all the extra power, speed and storage. Not forgetting the AI feature, which I haven't yet adapted to yet, but I'm sure that I will eventually. It's also great to have the S Pen tucked away securely inside the device.
It doesn't seem to have Super Fast Charging, compared to other mobile devices. This would be a good if Samsung could utilise this technology goingforward. However, the device still charges reasonably quickly that suits my needs. The battery is good, which lasts anywhere between 24 and 36 hours and is with hourly use.
I'm still getting used to being without a Fold, however, all in all I would certainly recommend the Samung Galaxy S24 Ultra to anyone considering upgrading.

When i got the S24 Ultra I could not wait to utilize all the features. The AI is amazing I love being able to super multi-task and circle and being able to find exactly what's on the screen through Google with the help of the galaxy AI. The phone is faster, smarter, and the best battery I've ever had the pleasure of having in my hands I can go up to 3 days from a full charge without having to recharge. I will usually go from Friday morning till about 5 pm Sunday before having to charge it. And the load time is virtually instantaneous l. It's amazing. I would love to call my self Samsungs #1 fan if I could afford it. Slowly though things in my house are being replaced with samsun appliance, and products but it's taking years lol. Samsung especially the 24S Ultra has the safest network and security built into the phones. Not once or anyone I know with a samsung has ever been hacked or had their identity stolen like they have with other brands. As long as Samsung is around I will have them 1in my pocket always. Thanks for reading my review. Also the built in pen kind of like the Note is remarkable, definitely helps with work and utilizeing it with the Note app, TOP TIER! I will say though it has a weird smell to it but I can easily look over that. Also my uncle is a photographer and is extremely jealous of my phones camera it's amazing. Thankyou

detailedReviews 90: content: I got the S24 Ultra to replace my old phone. At the beginning it took some getting used to the size of the phone but after using it for almost a month I think it's a brilliant phone and most likely one of the top models available at the moment.
As a bit of photography enthusiast I was keen to see how it performs, especially in the low light setting, and I have to say it doesn't disappoint. You need to fiddle a bit with the settings to achieve best results but having the pen to use as a remote shutter is a massive plus for me.
The phone runs great even with multiple apps running at the same time and battery seems to be lasting a fair bit
Overall I think the phone is great albeit a bit on the large size. The pen is handy as a remote shutter but I personally didn't find any other uses for it that would provide more efficiency or add any impact, so it is a bit of a gimmick unless you like hand writing (and having to correct it) or are into painting/sketching. I would recommend it.

title: Brilliant phone, great pen, but large size.
detailedReviews 91: content: I've been an Samsung (android) user for many years now since using Samsung pretty much feels like using a windows laptop. It is so user friendly and easy to use.
Size & Shape
Previously when you bought a Samsung Ultra, it would be slightly wider and difficult to hold in your palm. But now I love how it is big yet slim enough to hold just with one hand especially when you are on the go !
The finishing of the phone is so elegant and it just feels so soft and sleek to even touch !
Camera & Video
The quality of the Camera is absolutely amazing. It is so sharp and clear. Especially when you zoom, it is no longer blurry instead the object is crystal clear. Being a photo editor, I love the new feature on the editor that allows to increase the definition of the photo. The selfies are clear and crisp yet keep their natural appearance which I love. I recently took the new phone to my cousins wedding and everybody ended up using my phone to take the photos so it was definitely a win !
AI Photo Editor
By far this is my absolute favourite feature. I take tonnes of photos of my son and post on social media and often find many objects in the background. At first I was not convinced that it would genuinely erase properly. But it blew my mind how it erased the objects highlighted and blended the missing areas so well that nobody can even tell that you erased parts off. I love the pen that makes it all so easy.
Music
I've noticed that the speakers are quite louder than usual phones which means I can now ditch my Bluetooth speaker and just use my phone instead. It is very clear and loud just like a portable bluetooth speaker.
S-Pen
This is the first time I am using the S-Pen and I love how I can just slip it out and the writing board comes up. I use it every day to practise reading and phonics sounds with my son and he loves it so much that it encourages him to learn without a fuss.
We see a lot of things online and on social media but often struggle to then go off and find it online. The feature that allows you to highlight an item and does the google search for you is just amazing. I cannot wait to start using it.
Overall I am so glad I upgraded for 1099 gaining lots of storage space which I was in desperate need. It was definitely worth every penny !
Thank you Samsung for providing us with an amazing offer on Black Friday !

Best Feature:all around( s-pen, DeX, zoom camera, vaporchamber for gaming, personalization UI) though expect samsung camera software enhancing photos after shoot
Performance:i set battery at max protection, it lasts 1day
My order arrived after a week from order. I trusted the reviews here to check if they are legitimate store since the phone is much cheaper than authorized store in the mall. This is an expensive purchase after all. The box was delivered exactly as the seller packed it, thanks for their security tape around the box.
There's a lot of freebies which is great! All you need for a new phone:
phone case (clear and thin only),
tempered glass (1 pc. Mine was scratched after 1 week by a knife after a cooking mishap 😵),
charger (ITFIT is already all-in-one! it can wirelessly charge a phone, watch and buds plus it is a nightstand with digital clock, and has 30W charging block which you can you use for the phone),
Gobuymall free retractable cable - lightning, USB-C and old micro
I've added the phone in my Samsung account and it is indeed a legitimate and brand new one, but since it is purchased from different country, their 1-year warranty is not available. The box was resealed (opened to setup PIN) using their security sticker but the bottom is intact, same as store bought. Mine has a Spanish sticker so I think it might have been sourced in Spain or South American countries. They locked the phone with a pin so you have to chat them once it has been delivered, there's a slight delay due to their system said the seller.
I've been using it a week and I did not encounter any problems so far.
Thank you GoBuymall!🥳

title: Premium flagship, great features, but warranty issue.
detailedReviews 93: content: The S24 ultra looks and feels like a premium top of the league phone but not a complete/best in all aspects. I am new to Samsung S series and exploring features of S24 ultra, comparing bit with my old OnePlus. The AI feature is good and helpful but sometimes makes photos more softer or put extra light in the photos. The zoom is quite good but we miss details in the photo. The night/low light photos are good but not so great. Another drawback or downside is battery charging is too slow and Samsung should have made it capable of 60 or 100 watt super vooc charging + should have provided adapter. With my casual use the battery lasts around 2 days so not a big bother for me. I also has some glitches while editing long emails as screen doesn't move where cursor is and need several attempts. S pen is good tool and I exploring to use it. Overall display and sound also quite good. Another downside which many people highlight is the weight of phone. It's bit heavier and bulky phone.
One more plus point is OS updates will be shared for 7 years. That's a big plus to use phone for next 5+ years.
Overall I would say it's a premium phone with some cons as is with all the phones in the market. Worth to try it.

detailedReviews 94: content: One of the biggest advantages over any other phone around is the Galaxy AI! The OS uses AI to help speed up calculations on the CPU, like giving it a break. The integration of the Galacy AI in the user space is nothing short of amazing. I love being able to just circle a live object through a photo or just a web page and the AI will come up with everything posible within the parameters. I can't say enough about the AI, I could literally go on for days.
The hardware is unsurprisingly incredible. I dropped my phone a few times accidentally with just a case on it without a screen protector and nothing happened to it. The glass they use for the screen is gorilla glass so it's protected. I would still recommend a screen protector but it's up to the user. The phone is so so fast as far as processing! I usually get a new phone every year or two but no longer than 2 years and the differences between phones in the past was at best mediocre. I had the S22 Ultra and there is no comparison whatsoever in so many areas.
I also own the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro as well as the Watch 6 Classic and the interactions between the devices are seamless. I can't wait to get the Galaxy Ring!
Overall, this phone is hands down the best I have ever seen and the technology with AI has made this into a SUPER phone!

title: Best phone ever, incredible hardware and AI.
detailedReviews 95: content: I have just replaced my Galaxy S20 Ultra with the S24, and I am delighted with it thus far. I have had the S20 for a while and loved that one too. Obviously certain aspect sof the phone have improved over the years since the S20.
The screen is very sharp, the camera is excellent, the addition of AI is rather exciting, and the phone is very responsive and quick overall.
The best aspect of it is the improved accessability options.
I am sight impaired and needed a phone that would enable me to use its functions in a way that increased my ability to see the screen more easily with an increase in the afforded me more accessibility options to increase ease of use. This phone certainly does that. Therefore, I would thoroughly recommend this model to anyone who struggles with any eyesight problems.
I am still exploring all the phone's potential, and, thus far, it has pleased me greatly. It is helping me remain more ivisually imore ndependant of help from others, especially with the inclusion of AI now. It is expensive, but it is a quality product that should serve me well for a good few years.

detailedReviews 96: content: I've had this phone for a year, and initally loved it; it had some cons compared to the s23 Ultra with the camera, but ultimately it was better in most ways.
I want to name some key issues that led to the low score:
- the oleophobic coating was fantastic while it lasted; it was gone within a year, and the result is the opposite effect. It is now much harder to clean the screen, particularly water spots.
- the big screen is great... when it lets you watch full screen. Across multiple services, it's frustratingly common for a show or movie to leave a cm buffer around the entire picture. This is not a settings issue -- I've checked and double checked, and it's inconsistent when it does or doesn't happen -- nor is it a localized app issue. Most frustratingly is everyone blames everyone else. The screen size was a big draw, and to watch content with a significant buffer is frustrating.
- I noticed a degrading in picture quality around the time the S25 started entering the conversation. Could be a coincidence.
I wavered between 3 and 4, and chose 4 because it's ultimately a good phone, but was close to choosing 3 because these issues don't seem to be acknowledged, though many others have named them.

detailedReviews 97: content: I’m a critical buyer - very much so. Before placing my order, I went through the comments and reviews. After all, who wants to make a bad purchase or end up in a dispute with a company? I read both the positive and negative experiences, although the overall rating of the company seemed quite solid.
I noticed that some people who had issues with their phones were told that the damage was due to impact, and thus not covered by warranty - even though the issue appeared right out of the box.
So, here’s what I did: from the moment of delivery, I recorded the entire unboxing on video. The poor delivery guy looked genuinely confused, probably thinking I was filming a Netflix documentary. I had even set up a bright key light in advance to catch any scratches or blemishes in full detail.
But I have to say - I was pleasantly surprised. So far, anyway (it’s been just one day). The phone was in flawless condition: no scratches on the screen, the body, or the camera lenses. I really tried to find a mark - I wanted to - but there was none. Everything was included in the box: the stylus, charging cable, SIM pin, and all the manuals. The only clue that this device wasn’t brand new was the original box - it had already been opened.
The setup went smoothly. I powered on the phone, went through the initial settings, and it came with a 40% battery charge. Not a dealbreaker, though I would’ve preferred it fully charged so I could immediately run battery capacity tests. But after charging, everything checked out.
All in all, I’m satisfied so far. The device fully - and surprisingly - meets my expectations.
Thanx to the verkaufen.ch team.

detailedReviews 98: content: The s24 Ultra is amazing phone. I recently upgraded from a Note 20, and it's a huge difference. Though the interface and feel of the phone are very similar to what I had before, the processing power on this Ultra is insane!
5G antenna has greatly improved, as well.
As for the camera, I'm still trying to figure this out. The 50mp and 200mp camera are very difficult to use and get a decent picture. It captures so much detail that any slight movement of your hand/phone creates a very blurry image. To test things out, I ordered a tripod and saw a huge improvement. Pictures in low light settings still come out terrible with or without the tripod, however, in an outdoor setting with plenty of light, I have taken some of the most beautiful and detailed pictures.
One thing that does drive me crazy about the camera is the AI processing of the photos. It overly edits your pictures on the 50 and 200mp modes. I've tried turning the AI editing down as much as it would let me, but I am very disappointed with this feature. Other than that, this camera is great. Video can also capture full HD in 30fps and 60fps. Also records in 8k, but the full HD with 60fps looks the absolute best.
Battery life is great. I watch YouTube at work all day and dim the screen to 25%. I'm able to go about 5 hours straight without having to charge.
I'm very glad that I purchased this phone, and I am a proud to be a part of the Samsung family!
