Have been trying various Plant/Whey based proteins of late. Cosmix seems to be the one thats suited me the best. A major benefit NO SUGAR! jaggery refined stevia etc. Saw a lot of reviews and got scared but then decided to try for myself. 1. Its not as chalky (just add more water) 2. Not sweet cause no sugar , artificial or otherwise. 3. Taste of most plant based proteins is like this so maybe the others have tried such a product for the first time ? 4. complete amino acid profile (as declared by the brand) 5. Personally have a weak gut but felt no bloating or other issues Anyways i highly recommend this and am on my second batch already !

items 3: content: I was sceptical about trying it at first, due to the myths of plant protein being chalky and not tasting good. But I had to get plant protein only due to my digestive issues. The moment I opened the pack, the smell of cacao filled the kitchen. And the first sip was heavenly. Trust me! It's one of the best plant proteins out there and Indonesian cacao is the best chocolate flavour you'll find. Doesn't give any bloating whatsoever and helps me easily complete my protein intake.
