The footbed is not as well cushioned as the Nike Air Force 1 model but is sufficient for most people. The advantage is that you get a lower sleeker profile and a lower price for this . The arch support is hard and pronounced and if you are flat footed this may not be a good show for you unless you wear thick socks and get a half size bigger. Half sizes are generally not stocked by Nike in India for unknown reasons .

snippets: However all those Foams in the midsole does make this a heavy shoe and you do feel the weight on the run like if you're going to try and run at any kind of speed you're going try and charge up a hill or anything like that it does drag a bit because it is a big shoe and it is a heavy shoe as a result, I did enjoy some runs in the Pegasus premium I did find it pretty fun and bouncy shoe and a pretty interesting shoe I think there are a few problems here that make it a hard shoe to recommend like I think it is too heavy it's not that versatile and I think that has that narrow pinch point that makes it less well suited for kind of General Cruising especially you have any kind of stability concerns I really wouldn't be looking at the shoe but even if don't I'd rather been a shoe with a slightly more stable base myself

Practical: squeaks. The shoe squeaks. It’s one of my greatest pet peeves and worries and frustrations with “air” - it doesn’t always happen, but when it does, it’s horrible.
I don’t like noisy or squeaky shoes of any kind - and air can be particularly bad.
In these, only the right shoe squeaks. And it’s every step. A two-beat squeak. It’s awful.
To me, it speaks to the fact that it doesn’t have to be that way (one shoe doesn’t do it) and therefore somewhere the quality was lower in the right shoe.
Usually, with air, it takes a puncture or etc for stuff like that to happen / over time. This immediate squeak just made me sad.
Personal preference: I don’t like a bulky shoe. I prefer slim and athletic - I think these are less bulky than I imagined (and I’m definitely not saying “heavy”) but they’re…thick. And naturally, the midsole and outsole combined are weightier than the upper. It’s difficult for this not to happen in making a shoe, but I don’t want to feel as if I’m lifting / dragging some weight off the ground as the upper holds on tight to it. I want the shoe to feel like one “whole.” I come at this from a soccer players perspective. The footwear should be connected as one. Disconnected is not a good feeling.
Now, runners who run run run a lot may find it to work out well over long distances / many miles. I don’t imagine that being the case, but it may be.
Air has the benefit of not ever really losing the bounce - as foam can compress eventually and then it’s done - but air adds weight and variables such as squeaks - and height which can lead to some roll/slightly less stability (not calling the shoe unstable) -
And I personally don’t love that feeling.
I digress - tho I’m ready to work in Nike design and testing whenever they’re ready to have me :!

snippets: the bigger problem in the way is probably the instability in the shoe so you've got a really narrow pinch point at the mid foot of the shoe and when you look at these Max stack shoes that are built for daily training things like the Hocus skyex you know the glycerin Max they have really wide bases even something like the super Blast 2 has a much wider base than the Nike Pegasus premium and that's done to create a more stable ride when you've got a really big High stack of foam here so I do feel that this is an unstable shoe you can feel yourself rolling inwards a bit I'm a neutral Runner and you know it's fine for me I didn't have any real problems with it on the run but if you do pronate at all I would be certainly ster clear of this shoe, and my final dislike with the shoe is just those potential stability issues as well with this Triple Decker of a mid soole you're getting a lot of instability at the back of the shoe if you're a heel Striker this just all collapses so much yes it is a little bit on the soft side and that is quite a nice sensation when you're running but if you are a heel Striker I think you're really going to struggle with this one but in my opinion in my experience it has just felt a little bit unstable
