content: Absolutely amazing!!! But not for everyone Battery: Just received it today and charged it to full and since then have been using it non-stop atleast 9 hours now and only 2 bars went down. Until impressions of battery is excellent. Build: Excellent! Nothing else will describe it better. I also have a Marshall Willen and this is even better. The Willen excellent for travel and using it in the Airbnb or a hotel room. Even this although it's over 700g it's still worth carrying in your backpack. Sound: The sound quality is brilliant and sometimes it's just mesmerizing. Although the bass does gets lost over 80% volume but it's not totally bad. The sound is not that of a party speaker with a lot of bass, instead for a chill session. Like having some beers and wine with your 4-5 friends in the terrace or balcony. The sound is room filling and it's great for me. The sound is tuned for rock, classic rock, alternative and similar genre. It's also great for Indian oldies and you will love the output of in these kinda scenarios. For bass junkies and groovy party people, stay away! It's not meant for you and won't enjoy the sound output. It's also great for watching a movie in your iPad, the sound out is great with excellent voice and associated sound. Price: I got it for 13k will credit card and all bells and whistles of discount and it does justify its price for me. Over that around 15k I don't think it's worth it. Regret: Onky regret I have is that today itself the Marshall Emberton 3 got released for a couple of thousand more and 2 years warranty in Marshall.com in India. May be I could have taken a couple of days to order I could have the never one. But the sound quality makes me so happy, I don't feel like returning this Emberton2 Try listening to any song of the movie Rockstar and with A R Rehman's best creation and you will feel like hugging the speakers for its sound quality. Conclusion: If you can buy the newer version with better features and newer Bluetooth 5.3LE with very little battery consumption and better sound output and new Dynamic Sound optimisation. But if you want to save some money and feel like buying this and have the sound genres mentioned above, go for it. You will love it👍

content: I bought this excellent little portable speaker once and loved it so much I bought a second one. Which? consumer organisation research recommended it as one of their Best Buys and that's why I bought the first one, having assessed what I needed. Light and very portable - although I am not sure whether it might be easier at times to be able to hold it using a handle of some sort? Jury's out on that one, I'm waiting to see! So easy to get set up, charged up and linked to your phone. The sound quality is excellent and you download an app to your phone which enables you to tweak it so the bass is more prominent or less prominent, allowing you to focus more on a voice (whether singing or speaking - useful for devotees of an audiobook). One of the unexpected bonuses is that you can link a second speaker to the first one. In a smaller space (because the phone links to the speaker by bluetooth, so you can't have it too far away) you can have two speakers and either enjoy stereo in one room, or keep a speaker in different rooms and enjoy the sound throughout the entire (small) house, which is my preference when doing housework. This unexpected extra feature adds to the functionality of the speaker. For me, two of these speakers and my phone easily replace the sound systems I used to use. For a smaller home, I find this is ideal. It can still achieve an extremely loud volume but I like my neighbours so I haven't tested it to maximum. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Look out for some price variations, because this goes up and down with about £60 variance and it can make purchasing one of these incredible value for money. Highly recommended. Great sound quality. Long-lasting battery life. It looks well-made and sturdy. Easy to tuck away out of sight when you're not using this because it's so small (light enough to carry in one hand) but produces bigger and better sounds than you would expect.

Buying this speaker should actually count as an investment I will tell you why, the quality of sound it delevers is very clear, you can hear each and every instrument voices separately (top tier quality). Speaker can deliver a dynamic range of frequencies that makes it versatile for any environment or type of content you are playing. Company claims 30+ hrs of battery life under some conditions which is extra ordinary, I have used it for 20+ hrs on single charge and it still had power left to run for some more hours. The speaker is rugged and tough but very comfortable to hold (you can know from single sense of touch), no less build quality can expect from Marshall. Dual bluetooth pairing works fine and joystick at the top centre increases the functionality of the speaker. All together this speaker is worth buying.

Il suono è pulito, con bassi profondi ma non esagerati. Lo speaker Emberton II lo porta ovunque, anche fuori casa, grazie alla compattezza e alla durata della batteria. Dice che il suono è davvero forte per le dimensioni, e che l’effetto a 360° si sente bene anche all’aperto. Entrambi i prodotti hanno uno stile vintage fantastico, qualità costruttiva top e prestazioni che hanno superato le sue aspettative. Regalo azzeccatissimo per chi ama ascoltare musica con qualità vera, sia in cuffia che in libertà.

snippets: the biggest difference though is a feature called stack mode and this is pretty sweet so you've got your marshall emberton 2 and your friend also has a marshall emberton too you can bring them together stack them on top of one another to double your sound output basically you triple tap the button on the main one and double tap that bluetooth button on your second one and you bring them together and boom you're in stack mode they will sync together as many of these as you want stack them up like you're looking at a marshall amp and multiply that volume that audio output it's a really really neat feature that i love but it just depends on if you have multiple of these around if you're just buying one for yourself this may be a cool feature that you're never going to use but if any of your friends also buy these you guys can come together for a party stack them together and multiply that output really easily it's an awesome feature that i think is super unique and i'm very excited they built built it in to the new marshall emberton 2.

snippets: sound wise though not too much changed it sounds pretty darn similar to that first generation version i might be able to tell a difference but i can't tell if i'm just thinking there is because it's an updated device what is nice that you can connect this to the marshall app and control the eq there but we're going to come back to the app in just a few minutes, i really like the sound quality here i mean as soon as you turn this thing on and start playing music it sounds like a martial speaker there's that kind of iconic marshall sound that you pick up after listening to enough of these things and for some people like me it's a reason to choose these speakers over a lot of the other ones that are out there on the market i just love that kind of raw crisp rocky sound that comes out of this is it perfect is it you know super clean like a sono speaker no i wouldn't put it in there it is definitely a stylized sound that comes out of this thing and now it while it's better tuned for rock and instrumental and acoustic tracks it doesn't mean it's bad with anything else i mean i'm listening to pop and rap and r b and all this stuff and it all sounds good and you can even get into the app and adjust the eq to better tune it to the music that you're listening to but personally that marshall style is what i like here and there's some really neat stuff there's not too much bass it is more bass than the smaller willen speaker but there is good bass here but not a huge amount of bass listening to something like the world's smallest violin you can hear the timpani's just throughout this song and everything is clear but it seems to give a better emphasis on the vocals and even the mids and highs than just pushing out a whole bunch of bass it just didn't do it for me in terms of like shake your room base even with the volume all the way up but i appreciate that it's giving that importance to the instruments and the vocals more than anything else especially when you're listening to that world's smallest violin they have those really cool instrumental breaks and they're kind of changing instruments going from a xylophone to a guitar to actual vocals in these breaks as they're going through like the tiny symphony that they're singing about and it just brings that out so much and i i like it i like it a lot this thing sounds pretty darn awesome if you need more bass you're just going to have to go up to a bigger speaker because there's only so much bass you can do in tiny footprint for its size this sounds great with perfectly adequate base
