I was supposed to get SoundPeats Mini HS (cheaper) but online reviews seem to favor OnePlus Buds 3. I have a OnePlus 11 as a primary device so the Buds would work seamlessly, and I'm right. I find NC to be good to great (not my main reason for buying clothes otherwise, i could've gone Sony all the way). The sound quality is amazing too vs my Nord Buds 2. It's bassy which i really really like. I still prefer my WFXM3 overall in terms of bass but this one is better fitting. I collect earbuds and headphones but still not an audiophile level but i admire good sound and music.
Highly recommended. Plus i got it 1k off. Such a steal.

There is active noise cancelling on the earbuds and it works. Battery life is long as of now but will be to be determined in the future after many uses. The downside is that some touch features are not working, specifically the play/pause touch features. Single tapping the buds doesn't pause/play. Play only works if you double tap the buds when the track is paused. Double tapping the track when it's currently playing doesn't pause the track, but instead skips to the next track as it's intended purpose. So in simpler terms, you cannot tap the buds to play or pause, so you have to manually pause/play on your phone.

Sound is a good 7/10. The audio somehow gets a tad muffled with Noise Cancellation on, so just try and tweak it or turn if off when you're in your room and its an 8/10.
Controls 10/10. The only TWS with all types of controls available.
If I didn't own the Soundpeats Engine 4, this is easily a 9/10 but, that Engine 4 is just way better when it comes to sound clarity. Even better than my Sony WH-1000XM4.
