detailedReviews: detailedReviews 1: content: Having now used the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro for 24hrs, I am providing my initial thoughts on this product and will be sure to update if i find anything changes.
I have previously owned a few different iterations of Samsung Galaxy Buds and Buds Pros and have come from the Galaxy Buds2 Pro's which I have used for 2 years since they launched. I was initially very hesitant to see Samsung using a completely new design for them in the Buds3 Pro and was not sure about upgrading however I have to say I am truly glad I did.
These earphones have improved on all the features i have come to love previously. The ANC is much more powerful than before and truly blocks out most sounds and also has controls for how much noise you want to block out. I have found the adaptive sound mode the best for my personal use and keep the voice detect and siren detect on so the Buds switch automatically if i need to be alerted to something or someone starts talking to me. These buds also have a new voice command feature which you can use by simply saying basic commands without having to touch the Buds, i have found myself using this to quickly change the volume or play the next song but imagine it would be especially useful if working out.
The design has also changed this generation since they have an all new stem design, this helps dramatically improve the call quality of others being able to hear you thanks to the microphones being closer to your mouth. I was also initially concerned about switching from tapping on side of the previous generation to the new pinch/swipe controls found on the Buds3 Pro, however found myself quickly adjusting to this. Once i found exactly where and how to swipe/pinch i found this comtrol system much more intuitive and easier to use. The Buds3 Pro also features new blade lights on the side which you can turn on or off depending your preference.
Additionally the new design of the case looks so much more premium and uses a magnet to keep the lid closed and also also magnets to keep the buds in the case. This helps ensure even if you accidentally drop the case the Buds will stay secure in the case. Another welcome addition is a new pairing button on the bottom of the case meaning you can easily pair with any bluetooth device.
I would highly recommend these to both customers who are considering upgrading their existing wireless earphones and to those who are completely new to wireless earphones as the Buds3 Pro are super premium and easy to use.

title: Significant upgrade with powerful ANC and new design
detailedReviews 2: content: Connectivity – This is straightforward with a Samsung Phone; however, I cannot comment on how easy it is on other devices. However, I feel once you have the Galaxy Wear apps, and all relevant aspects downloaded for buds on another android device it would similarly. When using a Samsung phone, you just need to open the case, click connect and off you go! Easy! When using default settings, the earphone pauses the music/video pretty quickly then resumes when you put it back in your ear.
Functionality – When using as my daily driver, its pretty easy to forget they are in your ear. The ambient sound is great and clear, and the voice detection is relatively good apart from few occasions where I’ve said voice command to like ‘music stop’ or ‘next song’ and it hasn’t kicked in but thought I was talking so engages ambient sound for talking to someone. The noise-cancellation is effective but isn’t needed all the time as the sound isolation is pretty good for earbuds of these class (better in my ear than some others I’ve tested). The sound equaliser options are very varied and allows for decent amount of customisation, could be better though. Auto-switching to phone audio when earbuds are removed is nice touch, this along with auto-switch to ambient sound when sirens are detected. Note that the voice commands work well with any phone as they are tied to earbuds and not the phone and that there is a small issue if you grab the bottom of the stem during a call you may end the call (as I discovered during an interview).
Sound – The basic equaliser settings are pretty good but starts out on balanced when first paired with your phone, personally I’d recommend the dynamic setting for more full and accurate sound profile as ‘balanced’ profiles a flat sound profile, along with clear. However, the earbuds will automatically adjust the overall sound to your ear ‘fit’, but there is no detail on how this is achieved. The sound itself its clear and has had me thinking I’ve heard things outside of the music or podcasts, but it’s just been a sound coming from the earbuds. The adaptive noise-cancellation works well, and the adjustable active noise cancellation.
Overall, I’d recommend these earbuds in a heartbeat to anyone looking to upgrade their old earbuds. Definitely an upgrade from previous generations from Samsung and look forward to smaller improvements made with new software releases in the future.

title: Great functionality and sound customization options
detailedReviews 3: content: The pairing process is incredibly quick. Just moments after taking the Buds3 Pro out of the case, they were automatically connected to my Samsung S24 Ultra, ready for testing. Their lightweight design combined with an ergonomic shape makes them comfortable to wear. Even though I'm generally not a fan of earbuds with a stem, I found the Buds3 Pro quite pleasant to use.
The controls are somewhat unconventional. To pause or switch modes, you need to squeeze or hold the stem. I don’t mind this approach, though. Additionally, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers a control feature where pulling the stem adjusts settings, although it’s not the most convenient method, which is why I mostly control them through my smartphone. They provide clear audio, and I’ve made several voice calls using them, with the sound quality being well-managed by the device.
The active noise cancellation (ANC) feature operates in three modes: sound transparency, adaptive mode, and full noise cancellation. There are some features exclusive to Samsung devices that enhance the user experience. For instance, while recording video on my Samsung S24 Ultra, the earbuds' microphones can be used to capture higher-quality audio. Another Galaxy-exclusive feature is the AI translator. Lastly, regarding battery life, the Buds3 Pro lasts around 6 hours on a single charge. The case can recharge the earbuds fully about four times. You can charge the case using a USB Type-C cable or wirelessly, which is especially handy if you have a wireless charger in your car.

title: Quick pairing, comfortable fit, and clear audio
detailedReviews 4: content: The Galaxy Buds 3 are a fantastic upgrade—sleek in design, powerful in performance, and packed with smart features. The new stem-style look not only feels more modern but fits comfortably and securely, even during workouts.
The sound quality truly impressed me. Whether I was listening to podcasts, classical music, or bass-heavy tracks, the Buds 3 delivered clear highs, rich mids, and deep bass without distortion. The ANC is solid and blocks out most background noise, while the Ambient Mode feels natural and keeps me aware when needed.
Calls are clear too, thanks to multiple mics and intelligent noise reduction. I’ve taken calls outdoors, and the person on the other end could hear me perfectly. Battery life is great—over 5 hours with ANC on, and the case adds extra charges throughout the day.
Touch controls are replaced with intuitive pinch gestures, which work reliably and help avoid accidental taps. Fast pairing with my Galaxy phone and seamless switching make the whole experience feel premium.
Overall, the Galaxy Buds 3 strike the perfect balance between style, sound, and smart functionality. Easily one of the best earbuds I’ve used this year.

title: Sleek design, powerful sound, and smart features
detailedReviews 5: content: Have been testing the Galaxy Buds 3 for some weeks now - almost by mistake, as I'd originally planned to try the Buds 3 Pro. I'm so glad I got these instead though for reasons I'll explain later.
The Buds 3 connected seamlessly to my Galaxy Fold 6 using Samsung's proprietary Bluetooth codec and have provided an absolutely rock solid connection in my usage so far. They have also connected easily and reliably to another Android device I have using the AAC codec so should also work well with other devices.
Before moving on to the sound and usage specifics, the Galaxy Wear app provides useful settings options and well as as a number of prebuilt sound eqs and a 10 band equaliser for the user to generate their own custom one to tailor the buds to their sound preference.
As for the fit and sound, I have used a number of IEMs over the years including many of the popular wireless options each year, what I love about these is that they sit securely but not deeply into the ear which means you have a good awareness of your surroundings without having to resort to so called 'transparency modes' which just seem to attract more wind noise into the buds I've tried in the past. There is a noise cancelling option on these but I'm not convinced it does the job that many will expect compared to 'deep ear' IEMS with ANC options.
Whether you like to hear your surroundings or be enveloped in background silence will be personal preference but the advantage of the design of these is that they are very comfortable and do not provide ear fatigue during extended usage.
Controls work great - slide on the stalks for volume and presses for track skip and play /pause etc all function as expected.
Mic quality is very good from my experience also.
Finally, probably the most important part, sound quality. I'm actually blown away by these - they fit my sound preferences almost perfectly via the Balanced eq but absolute hit the spot with a couple of very minor in app eq tweaks. No overblown bass, but still enough tight and punchy bass for the music I listen to coupled with plenty of details in the mids and treble region without ever sounding harsh or artificial.
Overall, these are highly recommended and have comfortably exceeded my expectations.

title: Seamless connectivity and impressive sound quality
detailedReviews 6: content: Samsung's latest generation of Buds has adopted a completely new design profile and asthetics. Gone are the round buds that sat inside the ear cavity - Say Hello to the new gen bluetooth earpods.
Right from the time you unbox them, they provide a premium feel. They fit really well and you can customise the tips in 3 sizes as normal. Pairing with a Samsung phone was super easy and smooth.
The fit and feel is so much better than the Gen2 Buds Pro. They no longer fall out easily and the light strip on the edge is funky. Easily one of my favorite features.
The sound quality is truly one of the best out there and you cannot hide away from the fact that Samsung has spent a lot of time, fine tuning the software to get the audio, noise cancellation and features, absolutely perfect. Listening to hi-def music is a joy, with clear bass, mids and highs.
Being buds, they are never going to match the noise cancellation of over ear cps, but the Buds 3 pro make a valiant effort.
The most exciting aspect is going to be the AI enabled features that can support live translations. Still early days, but I am look forward to testing these across additional languages as they go live.
The Samsung Buds 3 pro is a definite recommendation from me. Whether you choose the shiny silver or the white (like me), you are buying into one of the best buds in the market today.

title: Premium feel, excellent sound, and AI features
detailedReviews 7: content: The earbuds have a super sleek design and the blade lights give them a fun, futuristic finish.
On top of being great design wise, the blade lights can also be used to find the buds if lost when it’s dark (e.g. at night) which is useful.
The buds are comfortable to wear and there is no strain on the ears after a couple hours use.
Gesture controls using the stems of the buds are easy to use.
The microphones of the buds offer great performance call quality wise. Voice comes out clear to callers even with a lot of background noise.
The sound performance of the buds is really impressive.
While listening to music, vocals have a lot of clarity and songs overall sound more energetic.
There are a lot of preset equalisers in the wearable app to tune the buds’ sound exactly to your particular taste.
Overall, the buds look and sound amazing and are a great companion to a Galaxy phone.
There are so many great features like live language translation (which surprisingly works very well) and siren detection so important sounds can be filtered through while listening to music.
The only improvements needed would be with a better battery life and ANC.

title: Futuristic design with great microphone and sound
detailedReviews 8: content: Bought these as a second set of earbuds yet became my main pair about 5 minutes after setting up. They're excellent all rounders. Fit and finish is really good. The case is a nice size, feels premium and doubles as a fidget toy if that's your thing. Earbuds are comfortable and seal well (subjective).
ANC is brilliant, really can't hear much of your surroundings. Transparency is equally as good, and the conversation detection means I rarely need to take them out of my ears, brilliant feature.
Can't comment on call quality yet but I'm sure they'll do the job well! Battery life seems good enough but it's easy enough to reverse wireless charge them off your phone for a quick boost should you ever need to!
Sound quality (most important bit!) is incredible for a non audio brand so to speak. Dare I say as good as, if not better than buds such as the high end brans of the world. They're crisp but have a lot of bass also. Quite a warm sound profile but not muted in any way. Really enjoying listening to music on them.
All in all, if you have an android phone, especially a Samsung and need a good sounding pair of buds with some good features, just buy them. The fit is perfect, stays in my ears as long as I take them out, the battery life is quite good, but the sound... the sound is just another level. Crystal clear, with amazing bass. The volume is perfect, it's def. louder than other earbuds I've tried...10000% recommended
I doubt you'll regret it!

title: Excellent all-rounders with brilliant ANC and sound
detailedReviews 9: content: Liked how buds3 changed every single thing I hated in buds 2 pro and made sound quality and latency better. I had to turn off touch controls on buds 2 pro because it was impossible to adjust it without triggering control. Hated the volume up & down feature (lab) because it was hard to trigger and was getting triggered unintentionally when chewing, the fitting wasn't that good. All these problems are gone now. Liked how i can control volume without pinching and other actions requires pinch so annoying unintentional touches are gone. However I didn't like few things, right bud's light shines more than left one. Its really noticeable when in dark. 2nd thing is synchronization between both buds. sometimes they feel little off. I never had this issue in buds 2 pro. It would be understandable if this happened when taking one bud out but this happens when i take the buds out of the case one by one. However these issues aren't that major so I never thought about returning or getting buds 3 pro replaced.

title: Improved sound and controls over previous models
detailedReviews 10: content: Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have progressed from earlier editions and have a more triangular bud, along with “stems”, which have blade lights, indicating battery life and connectivity power. The stems can be controlled by pinching or by gestures, allowing the user to change volume, stop/start music and answer phone calls.
The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are comfortable to wear and are supplied with three sets of ear tips for the best fit. They fit snugly and felt secure whilst wearing around the home and garden.
On opening the case to the Buds 3 Pro, they automatically connected to my Samsung phone, with no need to set up pairing.
The sound quality, even at a high volume, is excellent, with great noise cancelling features.
Battery life is solid, both in terms of the case and the Buds. After seven hours playing overnight, the battery was still ok.
These Galaxy Buds3 Pro are a step-up from the Buds2 and I look forward to making full use of the different features over the coming weeks

title: Comfortable fit, great sound, and noise cancelling
detailedReviews 11: content: Wow what a absolute experience, the bass and mid tones from the speakers are amazing, crystal clear audio. Samsung have additional features that we are still testing.
The noise cancelling is one of the of the features we use most or you can go down the more traditional routes of picking either Ambient Sound or active noise cancelling (ANC), or yet another feature they have is the “Adaptive” sound mode which constantly monitors the environment and automatically switches to the ambient mode when certain noises are detected. This feature will be handy rather than having just one ear bud in.
The battery life has been outstanding.
The case I feel could be of better material to give a more premium feel.
Pairing to my Samsung Flip 6 was a breeze, the earbuds updated after pairing, there is arrange of features available on the app.
Overall this is highly recommended, sleek design, exceptional audio and great battery life. Truly

title: Exceptional audio and outstanding battery life
detailedReviews 12: content: These ear buds are very comfortable in my ears unlike other ear buds. The sound is rich and sounds great. The 360 audio feature is impressive with head movement. When you take them out of the case for the first time the Wearable app detects them and sets up the pairing process. The supporting software is easy to use and shows a symbol for the ear buds so you can easily change the settings. I charged the case when I first got them and have not had to charge them again yet, so the battery life seems reasonably good. I also do not feel like they are going to fall out, although I would not run in them. They work perfectly with the Samsumg Galaxy S25 Ultra. You can apparently record video using the ear bud microphones as well to give a better 3D imersive sound. I have not tried this feature yet so I cannot comment on it, however I cannot wait to try it. I would highly recommend these ear buds.

title: Comfortable fit, great sound, and 360 audio
detailedReviews 13: content: I've had the buds pro 2 and the later the buds FE already. Straight away these offer the best sound by far. They beat the clarity of the pro 2s which I felt sounded good, but weren't that strong on bass. And then they beat the stronger bass of the buds FE, which then lacked the clarity. Absolute hands down better.
The box and packaging is as you would expect. Decent enough quality with 3 sizes of ear tips and a USB C cable. The new case looks good but is significantly larger than the older models although it's not so big as to be an issue. Battery life of the case seems good so far and the buds seem to last plenty long. I've done a 4 hour stint with plenty of life left so can't say exactly how long they will last but its more than enough for me. Finish is good no issues there. I'm 50/50 on the stalk design vs the old round ones. I will say that the new ones with the stalks are easier to hold and put in your ears though. And they are easier to use for gestures with the extra space. I did like the flush feel of the buds pro 2s as they would fit in my motorcycle helmet nicely. It could just be a case of getting used to them though as I've not had any problems.
For me though it's all about the sound quality and i really like these. They have a great sound stage with strong bass when you want it. The noise isolation seems slightly better than the pro 2s aswell.
Very happy

title: Best sound quality, improved comfort and fit
detailedReviews 14: content: I have used many earbuds, including the predecessors to these (the Galaxy Buds2 Pro), and their main 'white' competitor.
The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are a big improvement on the Buds2 Pro both in music sound quality and in using the microphone for calls particularly in noisier environments. In fact when making calls whilst walking down a busy road with lots of traffic noise the caller could only hear my voice and nothing else which was extremely good.
For me, they fit perfectly although I did change one of the earbud tips for the larger size to get a more comfortable fit. Battery life is excellent, I would say slightly better than the Buds 2 pro. They are easy to remove from the case and then put back in again, and also easy to place in your ears comfortably.
I own several Samsung products including Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 laptop. The Buds3 Pro auto switch between these devices a lot faster and more reliably than the Buds2 Pro did, so that is a big improvement too.
The two things I don't like about these buds are that I find wearing them for a long period of time causes a pressure-like buildup in my ears and makes them uncomfortable after an hour or so of wearing. I can take them out for a few minutes and then replace them and they are fine again but it's the only pair of earbuds that I have owned which have this problem. Also comparing these against their 'white' competitors, the sound is inferior, but not by much. It just sounds a little over artificially processed in the Buds 3 Pro.
Overall though if you own a Samsung phone, tablet or laptop, these are by far the best option on the market, and I would also say probably the market leader in terms of call quality in noisy environments.
Overall I am very happy and really enjoy using these buds and would highly recommend them.

title: Big improvement in sound and call quality
detailedReviews 15: content: Just recieved my Samsung Galaxy earbud 3's. Yay.
They look futuristic and well built. I went for the slick silver looking ones instead of the white ones. I thought from the images I had seen before purchaing that the white ones looked a little plasticy so I am happy I selected the grey ones.
My first thought when taking the earbuds out of the charging case was that it falls over due to the lid being open as it is top heavy when the earbuds have been removed.
The earbuds were very easy to pair to my android phone (it is not a samsung phone).
I put some music on and the sound is alot better than my old headphones (well they should be as these are a lot more expensive to my previous ones).
There is a lot of bass coming out of these little earbuds which i wasn't expecting but am happy with it.
I am not used to this new pinch and swipe touch sensative settings. I have to fiddle about with them to use it but I am sure I can work it out and it will become second nature sometime soon. I like that you can change the volume on the earbuds with a swipe action up or down. I still have not worked out the pinch setting yet and have tried looking at the instructions but it didn't quite explain it for my understanding.
Anyway the sound that comes out of these earbuds is much better than I was expecting as I am so used to the cheaper brands and never knew you could get such a decent sound out of speakers this small.
I found that the touch sensative buttons didn't work well if you didn't have the earbuds in your ears so was strugging to see how to use them at first but when they were in my ears it was alot easier.
Putting the earbuds back into the charger was easy enough and it felt like it was magnetic and pulled them into place. It looks easy to charge up the charger as it is just a USB C port.
Now I am wondering how long the earbuds will last on a single charge and how many full charges I can get out of the charger.
I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to others.

The sound quality is amazing and the new ambience filter can work well but does pick up the tv or people talking in the background which causes the spund to be lowered so you can hear them. The voice cancelling works really well. The lights has different modes which was unexpected (pulsate, steady or blink). The 360 audio is great for an immersive experience. The case fita nicely into pockets and can also double as a fidget toy. haven't found a fault with them and glad I purchased them and upgraded my ear buds. The buds were really easy to set up. title: Sleek design, amazing sound, and ANC
detailedReviews 17: content: Upon opening my new earbuds, I was astonished from the sleek design of the product. The clear casing to see the earbuds gave it a premium feel along with the silver finish. In terms of weight of the earbuds it is relatively light but I would say it is on par with most earbuds out there. I also love the colour coding to identify which is the left and right ear bud.
Wearing the earbuds I found it extremely comfortable to wear even though there isn't ear tips. It fitted perfectly on my ears. It paired with my device so quickly without any problems. When listening to music, I found the earbuds loud and I loved how I was able to change the settings of the bass on the earbud rather than through the app. The sounds were of the highest quality and I really felt immersed with the sounds.
I absolutely love the feature of being able to control the earbuds with gestures. Although it took some time to get used to the sensitivity, I loved how it worked seamlessly to control the volume and also to reject and accept calls through pinching and swiping. This is why I gave it 4 out 5 due to the adaptation to sensitivity.
I have yet to use the AI features as I didn't have a purpose at this current moment in time to use it.
All in all, I think this is a great product, with an extremely stylish and modern design with features that makes a life a lot easier without physically using my phone. They also provide an adequate level of noise cancellation. The battery life is also amazing as I managed to use it for a good couple of hours without needing to charge it.

title: Amazing sound quality and 360 surround feature
detailedReviews 19: content: The buds have fantastic sound considering the rather dated speaker technology most earphones use. But the fit of these buds is absolutely dreadful for my ears. Whilst I understand the ear canal shape differs from person to person, I find it unpleasant to say the least when an ear bud falls out for the 20th time in a day. The sound quality is good although the buds frequently require readjustment to be in suitable positions. If they get dislodged without falling down, you lose whatever base the buds give you. The 3 stars given is purely for the sound quality, but honestly the score is more a 2.5 out of 5. The buds have some useful aspects, but they are once again hampered by a poor design choice. By the sound of it, the pro version has better design so overall, I wouldn't suggest purchasing these ear buds.

title: Good sound quality, but dreadful fit
detailedReviews 20: content: My last earbuds were the Samsung Buds Pro 2 and I was extremely happy with their performance, so the bar was set quite high for these new earbuds.
After a few days of using these earbuds I can say that I'm very happy with their performance, how they sound and especially the quality of the calls with them.
The galaxy Earbuds 3 come in a different shape to the one that Samsung has us used to, and the new shape has it's benefits , especially when making phone calls. With the microphone closer to the mouth , these earbuds are able to detect the voice and separate it from environmental sounds much better than the previous versions. I've tried making phone calls while doing things around the house that would normally bother the person at the other end of the call and they didn't even realise I was doing them.
The sound quality is superb, music is clear and crisp, with a wonderful balance of high tomes and bass, I'm not an audiophile but I do require a certain level of quality and balance when listening to music, some other manufacturers crank up the bass to give you the impression that the sound quality is better than it is, but this is not the case, music through the headphones is crisp and as it's mean to be heard.
I do miss the silicone tips though because I feel like these earbuds may fall any minute, having said that, that has never happened, even when I have sweaty ears at the gym, but they would have helped with the sound isolation.
If this is the quality that the Galaxy Buds 3 delivers, I can't wait to test the Pro version of them, because these earbuds are very impressive for their price tag.

They tend to stay in my ears well most of the time but when they don't a quick adjustment and they are good. The biggest issue I have and why I gave 4/5 stars is the built in controls. Previously an airpod pro user, I was very familiar with tapping to control pause/play, next track, answering calls, etc. The "pinch" feature I feel is more awkward than difficult. It's to the point where I prefer to voice command my intention as I still cannot get the right "pinch" to control by desired command. Still, this was not enough for me to ignore all the positive and overall I'm very satisfied with the buds.

detailedReviews 22: content: I got these buds to replace my Galaxy Buds Plus and I am more than pleased. These are loud with no distortion and the highs are high and the lows are low. They have awesome bass that sound better than my Buds Plus. The Buds Plus still work and sound good as they did when I got them years ago. Samsung is the best electronics company there is in my opinion and I'll buy nothing less, it's only Samsung for me readers. These Galaxy Buds 3 are top of the line quality. Built tough so they can take some abuse and have awesome sound, sounds like your listening to a quality high watt 7.1 audio system. I can only imagine what the "Pro" version sound like. Very nice, great even, ear Buds. Thank you Samsung.

detailedReviews 23: content: It was a pleasant surprise opening the buds. It was a larger case than I expected but I prefer this. The case is sleek and the buds are great quality. I was worried they would not sit in my ear correctly but they are really comfortable and fit perfectly. The set up of the buds is so easy and the sound quality with minimal background noise is top grade. I bought these buds as a back up but now they are my go to. I wear them everywhere even when doing the cleaning. Most buds make my ears hurt but these seem to be made for my ears and I could wear for a.longer period without feeling discomfort. The sound quality for calls, music, audio books etc is A1.
The robust buds in a case pack a punch and I would recommend to all.

Samsung Galaxy buds 3 stay placed in your ears, they are dust and water resistant, they are more comfortable especially if youvwear your buds for a while, I am empresse with My Samsung Galaxy buds 3 battery life I can wear them all day with charging them back up. When you to charge them you can put the in case and they will be full charged within minutes I am impressed. They cost around 150$ you get a great set of earbuds that you can use for years to come. They fit comfortably in my ears and don’t fall out, even when I’m walking around or cleaning the house. The sound is really good—music and podcasts both sound clear and nice. Calls are easy too, and people say they can hear me well when I talk. One thing I was surprised about is the Galaxy AI feature in the Buds3. I didn’t know headphones could be this smart! The AI can help translate conversations if I’m talking to someone in a different language, and it even tells me helpful things, like reminders or notifications, without me looking at my phone. It’s like having a little helper in my ears.I also love that the Buds3 turn on and connect right away when I take them out of the case. The battery lasts a long time

detailedReviews 26: content: I was pleasantly surprised at just how good these are.
They are comfortable for long periods of time when using, and, also have a thumping powerful bass sound, that's not too intrusive, which is just the kind of sound I like.
The AMC (noise cancellation) is absolutely amazing on these. I was really taken aback at just how effective these earnings are at handling the surrounding background noises.
They only downside is there are slight blips when connected to Bluetooth, however this may be corrected with a firmware update.
The only other slight negative is the battery life is around 5 hours, which is less than the advertised time, however this was with ANC on, so it may be much longer with this feature turned off.
Comfort is great. The earpieces are light, and they have a little silicone fin that runs across the outside. It’s a much smaller version of the kind of anchor used in sports earphones to add some easy stability.
I've never heard of this feature "find my earphone", however it's very useful if you lose an earbud, they okay a tiny.. until you find them. Clever!
Overall I would recommend.
These are decent earbuds with a comfortable fit, and, some nice bass on them.

detailedReviews 27: content: The Samsung buds 3 is honestly the best product by far for when it comes to their comfort and sound quality. I have had these buds for about 4 months now and I really love the sound and how I can customize the bass on the galaxy wearable app. The noise cancelation is better than ever and it helps when you are on a exercise run or trying to meditate. My streaming experience is better than before when I can hear every aspect of sound the video/movie provides. I have more focus in school and a more focused mind now that I mention. The battery life is amazing since it gets me through a whole day of straight relaxation. I really love and enjoy having the buds 3 they are by far the best ear bud product ever.

detailedReviews 28: content: Absolutely loving the Galaxy Buds Pro 3! The sound quality is top-notch, and the new design is a game-changer. They’re super comfortable, which is a big win for me since the Pro 2s used to hurt my ears after a while. The new controls will take a bit of getting used to, but so far, so good. Overall, these are definitely my favourite buds yet!
Update, I have been using the buds now for a couple of weeks. They are more comfortable than the previous gen but still experiencing ear fatigue every once and a while. It really depends if I have them in the right position. They can also fall out easily when I eat or talk. Still a very decent upgrade from the Buds Pro 2s

detailedReviews 29: content: Great ear buds overall. The design and shape are clean. The sound is great. Connectivity is good with my galaxy s25. The controls are a bit tricky to get used to but after that it is fine. I think samsung could have tweaked the angle of the squeeze control to make it a little easier. The current design makes it a little difficult to use the control without needing to readjust the bud. If you like "open" style ear buds, these are probably some of the best on the market. I prefer open-style ear buds over the style that goes deep into the ear. Ignore the youtubers that gave these a bad review and try them for yourself.

title: Great sound and connectivity, tricky controls
detailedReviews 30: content: I have been trying out the Samsung galaxy buds 3. Loving the new futuristic stem/ blade design making easier to access the controls ie. Swipe up on the blade to control the volume, pinch take a bit learning but easy to master in a short time. Connecting and Setting was as easy as flipping the case open and it connected to my Samsung phone seamlessly. There is also a pairing button at the bottom of the case which I had to use to connect to my T.V.I find they fit perfectly and comfortable on my ear. I can wear these for a long-time without fatigue.
The sound quality is great listening to music and calls. Buds 3 have active noise cancelation however using these the did reduce the ambient noise but did not block it out completely.
The battery life is excellent. The Samsung galaxy buds cases can be charged by usb c cable and wirelessly. I went with the silver which looks cool. Clear cover able to see the buds in the case. The colour code makes easier to place the buds back in the charging case for charging.
The only thing that I am not happy with is the limited colour choices ‘why they don’t come in black’ (just nit picking)
I will 100% recommend these I have been blown away

detailedReviews 31: content: The earbuds arrived well packaged in a stylish Samsung box. The earbuds come secure in their charging case which is ergonic, stylish and good quality.
I opted for the white version to match my white Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphone. I immediately charged them up using the USB cable supplied. This was quick and painless. Once charged, I then proceeded to link them to my phone via Bluetooth. This was picked up quickly and I was ready to use them in 30 seconds. It was easy to personalise the settings to my personal preferences once connected.
The earbuds have been reimagined and are now a much better and comfortable fit. They fit my ears perfect and stayed in place evening while running and dancing.
I am really impressed with the sound quality and when listening to music it is crisp, clear and immersive. The Galaxy AI powered sound and boosted speakers provides a really enjoyable listening experience. It was convenient being able to control the volume just by swiping upside down on the earbud. This meant I could leave my phone safely in my pocket.
I love that I am able to sync them with my phone to use as a real time translator. I tried this out and I was so blown away. I could see the translation on my phone and simultaneously hear it in real time via the earbuds. This function will be perfect for travelling when I don't speak the language. A superb addition.
Overall, I am delighted with the earbuds and have really enjoyed using them. The quality is unrivalled and they are a great addition to the product range. Highly recommend.

detailedReviews 32: content: Inside the sturdy box the earbuds and case come in, there is also replacement size ear tips, different size wings, charging cable (both ends C) and quick use manual. These are a small earbud in comparison to other brands. Which has its good points as well as a worry that you'll lose them. Once deciding that I liked the wings on the buds I put the case on charge. Wings are the rubber around the middle of the bud. I found that they fit nicely into my ear and I actually wasn't aware of them being there. I've found some buds you feel the weight of them. I downloaded the Samsung app to my phone. Like all the apps for earbuds it shows the battery life of each earbud and the case. You're able to turn on/off the noise cancelling (ANC), change the touch controls, and my favourite feature, find my bud. I'm always putting a bud down when talking to others, so being able to look at the app and see a general.map and turn on the bleeps to detect the buds, is a great help. The only thing is the bleeps aren't very loud so don't lose them in a noisy place. The touch controls are not overly sensitive to touch and easy to use.
So far I know the charge on the earbuds last 5 hours. The sound quality is great. I personally use them to listen to audiobooks and have no issues with the sound quality.
So far I have found no reason not to recommend these earbuds.

detailedReviews 38: content: I just picked up the Samsung Galaxy Buds3, and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The sound quality is fantastic. It feels like Im getting the kind of audio you'd expect from much bigger, bulkier headphones.
What's even more surprising is the noise cancellation. These earbuds don’t block your ear canal, yet they do a great job of tuning out background noise. The quality of noise cancellation can heavily depend on how well you adjust the earbuds in your ear, but it can even be tuned in the Wear app settings to work when you use only one earbud :) It’s not perfect (you can’t expect perfection from this type of earbuds), but it’s better than I thought it would be.
I also tried out the Galaxy AI Interpreter feature, which is pretty cool. It does a good job with translations, though I wish it supported more languages - Ukrainian would be awesome!
All in all, the Galaxy Buds3 offer incredible sound and decent noise-cancelling performance in a sleek, comfy package.

title: Comfortable, great sound, but touch controls tricky
detailedReviews 41: content: I bought these as an alternative to the Jabra elite 7's i use as in ear headphones (use wh-1000's as an over ear headphone) thinking the non earcup design would be a nice alternative to feeling sealed in all the time. Looking to upgrade my jabra's in the next year so was thinking having the same interface with the option of the buds3 and buds3pro would be nice. I do not use the noise canceling features of my other headphones about 1/3 of the time so these were intended to be used in those scenarios. these looked similar to the fit of the wired apple headphones which i never minded. The noise canceling of the buds 3 i find to cause ringing in my ears and feeling like my ears are pressurizing like on an airplane. With noise canceling turned off i still get this feeling but lessened. The feeling goes away when i turn off the "adjust sound to fit" setting but that halves the perceived volume, which once cranked up to hear clearly, the sound is tinny and poor quality regarless of adjutments. They wont pair to multiple devices simultaneously which my jabra and sony headphones do without issue. Touch to adjust features are a bit hard to use due to the headphones kind of "perched" inside the ear which i expected, only so much can be done with a fit system like this which i dont mind and is why i bought these. I have had a couple instances of one earphone making a loud pop followed by a hum which subsided after a few seconds, never experienced this from even the cheapest headphones. I feel the sound quality from the old wired apple headphones was better, definently better features, non irritating noise canceling, better sound quality can be found with jabra or other manufacturers for the same price. I expected a better product from samsung.

title: Noise canceling causes ear pressure, poor sound quality
detailedReviews 42: content: I've previously had the Galaxy Buds FE. They were a good set of earbuds, but I wanted to see how the Buds3 Pro faired against them. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are better in quite a few ways.
Firstly, the sound quality out of the box is better. It's crisper and slightly punchier in the lower frequencies. Not only that, but unlike the Buds FE, you can change the equaliser to your liking rather than only having presets, which I did, and the audio quality is now much better. The planar drivers help with the sound as well compared to one driver. Also, while not available yet until One UI 6.1.1 is released, Samsung's proprietary codec (SCC) for the Buds3 Pro will be able to go up to 24 bits at 96kHz as opposed to only 48kHz, meaning the sound quality will be even better if you have a keen ear and use something like Tidal. They are also a comfortable fit once you find the correct size of ear tips.
The active noise-cancelling is also better. Being able to automatically adjust the noise-cancelling according to the environment can come in useful too, as well as the voice and siren detection (though I've turn siren detection off so as to not be deafened by them).
Setup was no different to the Galaxy Buds FE; it was still just as easy: just open the case while near to your Galaxy phone, and when the phone is unlocked, it will automatically detect the earbuds without you having to go into your Bluetooth settings.
Overall, I'm impressed with these earbuds. They are comfy, have good audio quality and ANC, and connect easily with no dropouts so far. I haven't tested the battery life, so I can't say much about it, but seven hours with ANC off isn't too bad; and even six with it turned on is more than acceptable.

title: Better sound quality and ANC than Buds FE
detailedReviews 43: content: I find the design of the Galaxy Buds3 to be far inferior to the Galaxy Buds2 for the following reasons:
First of all, the feel of the fit in the ear on the Buds3 is much worse. It doesn't feel as secure in my ear and I don't like the danging bit, which the Buds2 did not have. The Buds2 fit much more snugly and securely in my ear.
Second, related to the fit issue, the noise cancelling feature on the Buds3 does not work nearly as well as the noise cancelling on the Buds2. This is a HUGE downside for me as I really appreciate the noise cancelling feature and it's super ineffective on the Buds3. The Buds2 were also much better in this regard, and this feature is very important to me.
Third, the controls for pausing / next track / previous track worked SO MUCH BETTER on the Buds2, because with those I just tapped on the bud to activate them. Because the Buds3 require squeezing the dangling bit to use this feature, I feel like doing that repeatedly tends to somewhat dislodge them / adjust the fit, which again is far inferior to the way it worked with the Buds2 (which were not physically dislodged by being tapped). The tactile sensation of squeezing the dangling part (which has hard, triangular edges) also just doesn't feel good at all.
Also, although minor, I really liked that I could buy the Buds2 in lavender color, but only white and grey are options for the Buds2. This point alone wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me, but it's just another reason the Buds3 are worse than the Buds2.

title: Worse fit and ANC than Buds2
detailedReviews 44: content: The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are easy to see that Samsung has taken a major shift in their design. Now with the stalks, these buds offer a change of direction that we are use to.
The case, with the stalk design, offers a nice and secure way to store the buds. Previous iterations were easy to drop the buds where as now, the design locks them in place stronger so even dropping the case your buds should remain in-place. It has USB-C and wireless charging too.
The buds offer varying levels of ANC, from full ANC to passive mode, to adaptive. The latter I found really useful as it provides isolation to enjoy audio better but then allows external noises to come through that may be important. Think someone talking to you, or the doorbell ringing.
Audio sounds great, though I can only compare to the original Buds Pro. Across the board it sounds better, bass, mids and lows are all good quality to me.
The touch controls are now more natural too, though do take a few days to get use to it. It involves swiping or pinching the stalks on either side which is an improvement over older buds which require tapping 'somewhere' on the device and it was never intuitive. You can customize each side to do different things, like changing the ANC mode.
The introduction of lights seems, odd, I have yet to find them useful however if they are lost they do light up so they should be easier to find with the 'find my device' functionality in Smart Things. It would be useful if the colour bars would light up on a scale to display the battery levels at a glance, but you can find that information easily in the Galaxy Wearable app.
Another great addition to the Samsung lineup

title: Nice case, good sound, but blade lights odd
detailedReviews 45: content: I have had the Galaxy buds and the buds 2 pro, and this one is by far the best so far.
I love this new design as I find them a lot more comfortable to wear, especially when you are wearing them for several hours. The other versions were always quite large for my ears so caused pain. The buds3 pro I can wear for hours and not get any pain and they also don't keep falling out of my ears. So design wise, these are such a great improvement for me.
The noise cancellation is really good, and probably slightly better than the buds2 Pro.
I like the adaptive option as I find that one the most comfortable to use when in the office. It adapts from ancient and noise cancelling based on the noise around you.
I wear a hearing aid in one ear, so the customisation these buds have is excellent. In the accessibility settings you can adjust each individual buds based on your hearing in each ear and also do a hearing test so it can adjust the settings based on the results. This is amazing for me, as I can have one set to accommodate my loss of hearing in one ear.
The sound quality on these buds has been improved as well, there has definitely been an improvement when it comes to the bass. This makes a big difference when upgrading to these buds.
The controls now being on the blade, for me is a big improvement. As the previous versions would always come loose in my ear, it would have to keep touching them to push them back in, which would activate the controls. With these you can adjust how they sit in the ear without accidently pausing your music or skipping a song. Swiping up or down to control the volume is so easy to do. The squeeze control is fairly easy, but takes a little longer to get used to.
I have found the battery life to be really good, they are constantly in and out of my ears all day and I still have plenty of battery left and can get through a couple of days easily, if not more!
The blade lights are a good feature, mainly for if you misplace them or drop them on a plane etc, as when you use the app to find your buds the will make a noise and also light up, which will make them easier to spot.
You get 3 different ear tips to choose from, and I must say they seem a lot more substantial than the previous models and they clip on. So I think these will last longer than my previous ones.
All in all I am glad I got these as I prefer the design and fit, they are a lot more suitable for my ears. They are a decent upgrade overall.

This is the first time I've had a pair of tipped buds. This design allows the weight to be distributed outside of your ear making them oh so comfortable. I found with previous buds my ears canals would get tired/irritated from the weight but these new Samsung buds feel so light I dont get any discomform even when using for 4+ hours.
The charging case has a good quality hinge but I'm not sold on the plasticy/cheap silver looks, for a premium product it kind of lets it down there. There is a feature to find your buds if you lose them when in your ears but there is no feature to track down the case which is a shame.
The buds paired flawlessly to my S23 Ultra and when using Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos sources the music sounds super crisp. I did feel the default preset on the EQ was a bit weak so ending up boosting 2,3,3,2,2,4,4,5,5
The bud controls are pretty standard but my favourite feature was the built in voice controls/commands as these are directly from the galaxy wearables app rather than your music client/assistant which makes them super responsive and quick to use.
The ANC has improved a fair amount from previous versions and even in a busy office environment its able to blot out the noise and actual localised conversations.
I let the ear buds run for about 48 hours constantly playing to wear them in which seems to help, I have quite a varied music set from EDM, Symphonic Metal, experiment folk music and beyond. With the right tweaking the buds performed admirably.

detailedReviews 48: content: Now I love everything Samsung. I was thrilled when they announced the release of a new design for their Galaxy Buds. While it bears resemblance to its primary competitor, Samsung's superior brand reputation made me eager to embrace this product. That being said I wanted to love this product. to start off with the pros.
1. The sound quality was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The music had a crisp and clear sound, while the bass was deep and resonant.
2. The noise cancellation technology effectively immerses the user in their own private soundscape, while simultaneously providing callers with a clear and isolated audio signal. I would rate its effectiveness as 10 out of 10.
Cons:
1. Touch Controls: The touch controls were highly inconvenient. Previously, the touch controls on the buds were straightforward and easy to use. However, the new design requires squeezing the stem of the bud to change, pause, or answer calls. This can be challenging for individuals with small ears, chubby fingers, or long nails. Unfortunately, this was my experience.
2. Ear Fit: When the buds were initially placed in my ears, they were comfortable. However, during my runs and walks, they easily fell out of my ears. The touch controls further exacerbated this issue, making it difficult for the buds to stay in place.
Ultimately, I made the decision to return the Buds3. The primary reason for this action was that the earbuds consistently dislodged from my ears, causing them to fall out. Furthermore, the controls proved challenging for me to operate during routine daily use.

detailedReviews 49: content: Samsung sent my earbuds in a bigger box than my two phones arrived in the week eaelier. This I thought was a bit wasteful and could be something they should review.
Open the box itself the inital thought was "WOW". I really like the silver metal lool of the charge case.
Opening the case to reveal the buds themselves saw my excitement grow. The look, style and general premium look are a massive improvement on earlier generations from Samsung.
Now came the all important part, "Do they fit and feel comfortable?". In short - YES. These pro earbuds feel amazing and are very secure in my ear. I have used them on flights, open ferries across nordic harbours and not a budge or even slight feeling one was about to depart from my ear, never to be seen again.
The sound quality is amazing, I have tried as many genres of music and everything sounds crisp, clear and bassy when needed.
When paired with the latest Samsung Smartphone the buds come alive with Interpreter Mode. Allowing you to have translated conversations with the majority of major languages supported.
My only annoyance is the pinch control to pause music. This can be hit and miss and I miss the tap to pause option, but this minor inconvenience is nothing compared to the greatness these buds ooze.
100% recommended purchase.

Best Feature:Noise Cancelling
I bought this on the March 3 sale and got a decent discount. I am a Samsung lover, and I bought the buds as my final addition to my Samsung ecosystem. I currently have the Fold 5, Tab S9+, and the Watch 6. With the buds' addition, my planned ecosystem is complete!
My tip for future buyers: Buying earphones online without trying them on may be a bad idea, especially if they don't have silicone buds. I chose this one because I constantly clean my silicone buds, and they eventually tear. I have used earphones with silicone buds for a long time, and I wanted a change. While I love my purchase, my left earbud doesn't fit my left ear properly. I find myself adjusting it every minute or two because it slips off slowly. (Edit) a hack I discovered is to wear the earphones upside down on opposite ears. It looks hella goofy, but it works. 🤣
Nevertheless, the product's quality and performance are worth the money. The sound quality is almost the same as with silicone buds, but with slightly noticeable outside noise in busy environments. The features and controls meet your audio-playing needs, and you can adjust the settings to your liking. The noise-canceling feature was also a first for me, and I appreciate that it reduces noise even when not playing audio.

title: Good quality and performance, but fit issues
detailedReviews 51: content: This is a great pair of earbuds in terms of sound - the treble and bass are crisp and the music definitely benefits from be technology used. The active noise cancellation (ANC) is very effective and helps me focus on my work without distraction. The design is sharp and sleek, with a strong case and sturdy build.
A lot of the advertised features (checking fit, adjusting sound, troubleshooting) require the Buds app - but this isn’t available on my phone.
There are no support instructions included in the box so I’ve done some online research to bring myself up to speed. The gestures take a minute to master but they’re really handy and stop you having to pick up your phone to control your sound.
The buds fit my ears well, which is fortunate because they don’t come with additional bud heads in the box.
As much as the sound quality is good, the active noise cancellation (ANC) sometimes zones in and out as I use the earbuds, which sounds a tone every time it happens - it can be quite distracting.
Finally, the microphone quality is good for calls and voice notes - but I’ve had people asking me to repeat myself a couple of times.
I think these are a great set of earbuds but I think you need a Samsung phone to get the most from them.

title: Good sound, but ANC can be distracting
detailedReviews 52: content: These earbuds seem to be packed with features that I would love to use. I was an avid user of the previous generation of Samsung earbuds, (Galaxy Buds 2 Pro), so I was keen to upgrade to the latest enhancements in quality and features.
Unfortunately, the earbuds are very uncomfortable, and after hours of following Samsung's official advice for fitting the buds correctly, trying all the including eartips, following YouTube videos with advice and forums, there has been no solution to provide a fit in my ears that do not result in the Galaxy Buds3 Pro buds falling mostly out of my ears, or causing pain to wear.
This makes them completely unusable. Even though I ordered these through the Samsung online store, their customer support has told me directly that there is nothing they can do. I received these less than two weeks ago and spent my free time trying to make them work, but there is no solution and Samsung will not provide any option to return them or replace with the previous model. I simply wasted over $300 AUD for a painful experience in my ears.
I used to have trust in Samsung's dedication to the consumer, offering options when a product is not usable, but this has now changed. I will try my luck at selling these on eBay.

detailedReviews 53: content: Performance:So far so good
Quality:so far amazing
The delivery only took one day from Selangor i guess to Kelantan which is WOW. Seller is very friendly and responsive.
As a samsung buds user I guarantee the buds are Samsung original. One tip to figure their originality is by confirming whether they are connectable to your samsung Wearable or not, if you have a Samsung. So trust me, the buds from this shop are original. So if you're hesitant to buy from this shop, don't.
I was a buds Live user and if you would like to upgrade from Live to FE, highly recommended. The sound is clearer than Live, bass is better, and omg the noise cancelling is top notch. Live has so-so noise cancelling but FE—you would be 98% deaf. The rest 2% is you still can hear when someone talks to you. Even during calls, FE appears to be clearer.
Im both samsung and iphone user, the only downside of using samsung buds with an iphone is you can only tap on the buds to pause or play, and enable and disable the noise cancelling, and there's nothing else you can do cause you can't use Wearable. But, I tell you the sound quality doesn't completely drop on iphone, though it sounds more amazing on Samsung. One hack is just adjust the equaliser on your spotify or any other music player app. It sounds really good on apple music tho. The experience is almost the same as airpods. Im still not sure about their battery but im sure itll be as cool as Live. Long battery life!
Another tip, if you encounter a difficulty connecting your buds to your samsung, restart your phone and buds. Leave the buds inside the case and press on them for 5 seconds until the case's light blinks and take them out, and try connecting again. Worked for me.

title: Great sound and ANC, but issues with iPhone
detailedReviews 54: content: One month with these Galaxy Buds 3.... ugghh. Ouch. My ears have been sore all month from putting these earbuds back in my ears after falling out on the floor. Not to mention I'm getting a lot of exercise from the bending over and picking them up. Not sure whether that's a pro or a con. These earbuds are loaded with cool features.. the translation feature is worth its weight in gold... but they seem to be purpose built to catapult themselves out of your ears. I dropped them approximately 61 times a day. Give or take 10 or so. Very annoying. Most definitely the reason why I don't own Samsung headphones anymore. This is the very first product I've ever bought from Samsung that I was disappointed with. And it was utter disappointment. The only thing I have good to say about these things is they have very clear sound when they're actually in your ears and don't forget the cool translation feature. Other than that, these are junk. They are not loud enough. They fall out of your ears. Your ears will be sore at the end of the day and they will remain that way for the rest of your time with these earbuds. This is a fact that you cannot get around. I am so disappointed with these things because they have potential to be super awesome and even better than the best earbuds available today . Samsung just dropped the ball on these and I don't understand why.

detailedReviews 55: content: I have only recently received the Galaxy Buds 3, and I must say on initial use I am very impressed with how good they are. The set up of the buds was really easy especially to other samsung devices and the sound quality is fantastic. Music feels crystal clear, amazing bass with less distortion and minimal background noise interfering. You get the same quality with calls as you do with listening to music and podcasts. Crystal clear sound with the noise cancelling feature working its magic. They fit comfortably in my ears which having the sort of ears that in-ear buds don't seem to agree with is a blessing and they even sit sturdy during a workout. I found the battery life to be exceptional and when in constant use between music for working out, calls and catching up on podcasts I can go through most of my day without needing to recharge them. They are aesthetically pleasing, opting for the silver which is like gunmetal colour and the look is very futuristic. These for me are a great addition to my gadget collection and you definitely get what you pay for and more.

title: Impressive sound, comfortable fit, exceptional battery life
detailedReviews 56: content: I am going to rant about this horrible product. And samsungs stupid process to have them worked on when they are defective OUT THE BOX.
I'll try to keep it short.
Purchased the buds at the end of September from best buy, they worked fine out of the box with my minimal usage periods for about a week until I realize the case wouldn't charge. No big deal, swapped the charging cables multiple times, still no charge. Okay well the buds still had a decent charge on them so I'd use them here and there and one time I somehow managed to get the case to charge, I thought after I factory reset them it ironed out a software bug and all was good. Until about another week later when the same issue happened again, case won't charge. Well by that point it was the 15th day so bestbuy wouldn't take them back due to their return policy.
Now I have to try the warranty.
Samsung wont accept warranty claims without a technician verifying first.
BUT NO UBREAKIFIX PLACES AROUND ME WORK ON THE BUDS.
4 iterations of calling samsung later and I finally get them to mail off my buds for warranty claim.
One week later they tell me that my warranty is void due to evidence of water damage.
I barely used the things and yet somehow there's water damage on them? Of course no one at samsung is gonna believe that story.
But here I am 300 dollars deep into a product that I barely used, that hasn't worked since the moment I got them. And samsung wants me to pay an additional 170 to repair them.
Not happening. So after arguing with support for a minute they're mailing me back the broken buds.
But it is now my personal mission to find every possible product page for these earbuds and leave this one star review.
I'm going to constantly call in about this issue until one of two things happen: mail me out new buds, or fix the ones I have.
Not even asking for a refund. Every single device in my house is samsung smh.

detailedReviews 57: content: The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offer great sound quality and decent active noise cancellation, but that's all the positive aspects I can mention. Compared to my original Galaxy Buds, the Buds3 Pro are less comfortable to wear, especially when using them in bed. Additionally, while wearing the Buds3 Pro outdoors on a windy day, you can hear a lot of wind noise. This issue is even worse when active noise cancellation is turned on. Wind noise is significantly less noticeable on my original Galaxy Buds. Lastly, the control scheme is not ideal. You have to pinch the stem of the buds quite hard to control music, which sometimes causes the buds to move around in my ear, requiring a readjustment. The tapping control scheme on the original Galaxy Buds is much better in this regard. Also, it is very easy to accidentally swipe the stem and change the volume when putting on or taking off the buds, and there is no option to disable this without also disabling the gestures to play, pause, and skip music.

detailedReviews 58: content: Got the buds 3 pro after a long wait due to an issue with the buds ear rubbers breaking. Samsung stopped sales, rectified the issue and, so after waiting they finally arrived.
They were worth the wait!
The sound is better than anything I've ever got through ear buds.
You can hear every note clearly and it's the the best sound experience and are better than I had expected.
The buds are very easy to set up, to wear and to use.
The buds even show if they are fitted correctly in your ears.
The case is a great size, easy to use, charge and prevents incorrect placement for charging too.
Noise cancelling is fantastic, calls and notification sounds are really good too.
Controls on sides are easy to use and accidental knocks are prevented too.
They are a great shape and feel very comfortable in my ears for long periods of time without pain or discomfort.
The inner rubbers actually have a mesh inside them too, not just rubbers to fit.
I can't rate these enough and my only problem is fighting over them at home and who gets to use them.
My household are all Samsung users and have the latest phones, watches and now everyone wants a set of buds pro 3 too.
Highly recommend

detailedReviews 59: content: I picked up the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro when I upgraded to the Watch 7. I liked gettinga nice discount and wanted to the higher resolution they provided when used with my S23 Ultra.
Initially I was stuck waiting until my phone updated to One Ui 6.1.1. I got to use the Samsung codec but no UHQ. Nice but not great.
Once my phone updated and I could use UHQ these did take a step up in sound quality.
Over all I would say they offer a nice easy to use user experience when paired with a phone that unlocks UHQ. They also have a nice fit as compared to the old generations even though they are a stick design versus a bud design.
Sonically speaking they hit hard down low while still following the Harmon curve for the most part. The only down side is a bit of smoothing in the details, making them lose grit on things like guitar sounds.
They compete quite well with the heavy hitters like Sony and Bose while being more affordable and more prmless feature rich.

detailedReviews 60: content: Amazing sound quality and punchy bass. This earbud fits me perfectly, so thats great because rubber tipped buds never fit me. Only buy these ones if you have the right ear shape otherwise stick with the buds 3 pro (they have rubber tips). I love the design of these buds as they are small and light so they feel like they arent even there. They stay in the ear without falling out the entire day (even while doing physical activities), but this will vary depending on your ear shape, and like i said before only get this style bud if you know it fits your ear otherwise stick with rubber tipped ones. The passive noise cancelling is really good for a half-in-ear style buds. The case deisgn is very good both functionally and aesthetically. The battery life lasts for ages, i basically use my buds all day everyday and rarely need to charge them. One critique is when i first got the buds i struggled with the squeeze controls because i have never used squeeze control before but after a couple days i am used to it.

detailedReviews 61: content: Bought these new last week and have been using them every day. And every time it is awkward to put the buds back in the case!! It would be so much better if the case was designed to fit the buds in the exact position they are when you take them out of your ears, but instead you have to spin the buds around. And for someone who doesn't have very good fine motor skills, or are just clumsy, these are not ideal. The pinch function is also annoying - having to use two fingers instead of just one finger to tap or double tap for a function. The third annoying thing is that you have to remove BOTH buds for the content you're listening to to pause. When someone talks to you, you don't want the hassle of having to remove both buds! Content should pause when removing just one bud. Good sound, but even with ANC on I can still hear the gym's music playing in the background which is disappointing and distracting. I think these are very overpriced ($399 AUD) for what they are. I've used much better earbuds at half the cost.

detailedReviews 62: content: This is hands down the worst earbud design Samsung has ever come up with. Why in the world are you trying to copy a certain fruit company earpiece? Just stop. Samsung has always had better designs, but this is just pathetic. You guys dropped the ball big time with the Galaxy Buds3. The fit is horrible, the sound is subpar, and don’t even get me started on how uncomfortable they are.
I miss the old in-ear design! At least that stayed in my ears and gave decent sound isolation. This open, shallow design is trash. What were you thinking? It’s like you’re trying to copy a certain fruit company design, but you don’t have their sheep customer base to overlook a failure like this.
And seriously, giving these out for free as promotions? That’s a clear sign you know this product is a flop. No one in their right mind would buy this. You messed up big time with the Buds3. Get rid of this awful design and bring back the in-ear buds, or just don’t bother.

They sound utterly excellent, able to easily reproduce sounds at all frequencies, being fantastically punchy in the lows, and having no tinny effect in the highs.
The UHQ audio allowing 24 bit 94kHz sound ensures every bit of detail is retained from your tracks.
The buds themselves look amazing. The blade lighting adding a fantastic accent to the sleek, modern design and the case itself looks very premium and fits perfectly into a pocket.
The ANC is really effective too, easily besting my original Galaxy Buds Pro, completely silencing the sound of a full tower PC with 8 separate fans when sat next to it.

detailedReviews 65: content: Buds 3 Pro gave me a very good first impression, even though my buds 2 pro for me is more comfortable to wear.
Sound and sound cancelling is better on the new buds, i also feel that conversations are better with the new design.
However!
After almost one month of use I experience the same issues as described online. Broken eartips, even when handled correctly. Charging issues, seems like the connection between the earbuds itself and the connectors in the bottom of the case has issues.
I have been in contact with technical support regarding the ear tip. The assistance they can provide is to send the buds to their partner for repair. I need to drive 80 Km back and forth, and pay more in road tolls than the value of the tips. This is not sustainable.
Especially not when they very well know this is a quality issue. Samsung has different approach in different countries.
Now I also got the charging issues, then I need to send it to repair anyway.
Being a loyal Samsung customer for more than 20 years, I will need to reconsider. I like vendors that makes it easy for me. It cost more to recruit a new customer, than it takes to keep one.
I will await to see how my repair is handled before making my mind up.

detailedReviews 66: content: I bought these last year and my experience with them has been varied.
The good:
The sound is excellent, with deep full bass
These are also very comfortable for my ears; feather light and no discomofrt at all.
The bad:
The sound cuts off sporadically and momentarily, to the extent that it becomes annoying. I get the impression that the bluetooth connection is feeble; while sitting motionless, watching Prime Video, the sound will cut off and back on repeatedly, then remain on for a while. Of course, it cuts at key moments in the dialogue. While walking around the house, the sound gets blocked in some spots; I have a pair of JBL earbuds which do *not* do this.
Battery life is *very* disappointing. I get 3 hours of use, with ANC and other snazzy features turned off. Volume is set to anywhere from 65% to 80%, depending on sound source.
All told, I would not recommend these for the 'bad' reasons above, not to mention the lofty price.

detailedReviews 67: content: The Galaxy Buds3 Pro feel premium and look stylish from first glance. The set up was very easy across my Samsung Eco-system.
From first use I knew they would be a huge upgrade from my older model buds. The sound was clear and crisp with very strong ANC. The voice detection worked well so if I started talking while listening to music I could hear myself and the other person clearly. Voice control during phone calls was also very good, making it easy to hear myself.
I have found the buds to be very comfortable when wearing them for long periods - 4 hrs plus.
My only bug bear was how you change the silicone buds as they need to "click" out of the main body. I was worried about tearing the silicone, thankfully this wasn't the case and I won't need to change them frequently.
Overall the look and feel is great. They are comfortable and look great. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for an upgrade.

title: High-quality sound, ANC, and AI features
detailedReviews 69: content: I previously had the bud 2's and although I liked them,I couldn't get them to stay in my ears especially when bending down (few close calls when picking up after my dog) and the touch sensitively could be set off by my hair at times.
Both these issues have been resolved. They fit in to my ears well and feel nice and secure even when moving about. The "buttons" took a bit of getting used to but noe find easy and haven't accidentally adjusted anything when brushed against.
The noise cancelling is great though I do find it a little more sensitive than the 2's as a have a piercing in right ear that pushes against the bud and stops it working (not an issue I had before)
The sound it clear great for audiobooks and music is rich and I'm sure for someone more inclined adjustments in settings even better.
Charging is quick, charge lasts well listening most of the day with no issues. Case keeps then more secure than previous which is great knowing if lid comes open there not easily falling out.

title: Resolved fit and touch sensitivity issues
detailedReviews 70: content: I was quite surprised with the features and the build quality of the buds and the charging case when they arrived.
The charging case is pocketable and will fit easily into any jeans pocket or bag. I believe there is a magnet or at least a strong spring in the hinge that keeps the lid closed and avoids a situation where the lid opens accidentally. As the opening of the lid activates the connection with your smartphone (i use an S23), this often overlooked minutia helps to avoid unneeded battery drain.
In regards to audio quality i absolutely love these buds! They have really improved the quality of the calls I make and aside from standing in strong winds, people can easily hear and understand me.
In addition, for the price, the ambient noise settings and the Active noise cancelling are top notch. When i want to immerse myself in my music or audio books i can switch the ANC on and shut the noise out, then when i need to keep an ear out for deliveries or avoid getting hit when walking to the shops the ambient noise can be turned on to allow me to hear the rest of the world.
The settings app on the phone is quite intuitive and easy to use in my opinion with settings to allow you to quickly switch between ANC and ambient with a tap of the button. The use of touch sensitive buttons is not as big a problem as i though it would be, with the only accidental activations being when i brushed up against them with my palm when touching my head. they do not get any false activations when wearing a hoodie or a beanie etc. with the only weird thing being that the auto ANC turns off when a hoodie is worn instead of dropping the levels. it appears to switch to ambient instead.
Overall i highly recommend these earphones to anyone looking for quality earphones that are easy to put on and take off and carry around.

detailedReviews 71: content: Buds
These are my first Samsung wireless buds, having used a different brand for the last few years, but as I have a new Samsung Mobile, I thought that pairing with these would be a good idea.
The first thing that I notice is just how small the case is, its vey compact, so brilliant to slip into your pocket , you hardly know that they are there. The buds themselves are nice and small as well, and the fit nicely into my ears, these have the stem that you can click to start / stop playback and also adjust the volume which works really well.
Using the Samsung wearable app on the phone allows you to change further setting as needed and you can see at a glance the battery level of the not only the buds but also the case as well. I’ve used then quite a lot over the last week and have only charged the case once.
These are the first of these type of buds I’ve used, they don’t have a foam or silicon end piece, so they don’t form a tight seal in the ear, this means that even though they do have Active Noise Cancellations you can still hear some background noise.
I’ve worn them at the gym and whilst hiking and I’m very pleased to report that they stayed firmly in my ears the full time and I never felt that they would fall out.
Sound quality is great, I listen to rock music and I was very impressed with the sound, it’s loud and powerful and crystal clear. And I like the way can adjust the equalizer setting in the app, you can turn up the bass to the max if you want to.
Overall I would say that these are a good pair of earbuds, only let down buy the noise cancellation – would have been good if they didn’t let in so much background noise.
I would definitely recommend these, for the price they are vey good.

Best Feature:unique interphase and ANC option
Product Quality:10/10
I've been using this for a month already. Using the ANC option works really well even inside noisy malls. Siguro parang small background noise lang sa likod and can't fully block it because of it's shape but I don't mind. I prefer this shape din sa ears ko since it doesn't hurt. I've tried - to each, his own. So it really depends sa earshape and preference. I also have a conch piercing na di ko tinatanggal, and di tumatama at all - 10/10. Sound quality is super rich, i believe you can also adjust this to your liking with Galaxy Wear app. Overall, I love using it, don't expect lang na it will last for more than 8 hours, need na icharge by then then all good naman. Mic quality also great, di sabog. I guess when using teams lang sa laptop, biglang sabog yung sound? Other than that, no complains 😊 super love it. Best used with a samsung device hehe.

title: Great ANC and sound, but battery life is limited
detailedReviews 73: content: I really wanted to like these earbuds but it's been a frustrating experience since I got them. I wrote a review previously but I don't think it ever saved so this is an update to that review. I originally received my first set of earbuds back in August shortly after they were released. I immediately had an issue where the left bud would lose its charge much more quickly than the right earbud. After speaking with customer service, I was able to have them sent in for repair. However, the repair didn't fix them, so I had to send them for repair a second time. For a few weeks things were fine. Now i am having an issue where the left ear bud will not always charge when fully seated in the case. I have to wiggle it around until it finds the position it likes. It's extremely disappointing, they've never been dropped or immersed in water and of course this happens outside the 2 week window for covered repair. I'm extremely disappointed.

detailedReviews 74: content: The head phones are amazing. The quality is perfect. I love the slide and click function and using the Galaxy AI with translator is really cool. My only issue with the headphones are its comfortability. The headphones are not as secure as the previous generations, like the bean shaped galaxy buds pro. With accessories that model was able to stay in my ear and I'd forget I had them on. Unfortunately the pros most likely will not fit and I have had issues with buds not fitting in my ears. There some other accessories that help with stability but the case does not provide space for them. The battery life is also lacking. I have to charge the case more often then my previous headphones Overall the buds give a concert like quality in music.

title: Amazing sound, but comfort and battery lacking
detailedReviews 75: content: I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3 last Friday and used them for 8 hours the next day. However, I found it necessary to return them because I didn’t notice a significant improvement compared to my old Samsung earbuds from 2019. At a price point of $250, I was expecting more in terms of quality and features. If the new model doesn’t offer substantial advancements over the older version, which is also more affordable, I believe it makes sense to stick with what I already have.
While the ambient sound feature is an interesting addition, I found it didn’t enhance my experience. Additionally, the earbuds slipped out of my ears and were uncomfortable to wear. I ultimately chose to exchange them for the Galaxy Buds Pro 2, which I found to be a better fit for my needs. I hope my feedback can contribute to future improvements in product design and comfort.

detailedReviews 76: content: I only got it for a few days & 2 things I hate about it. 1) It's lacking aerodynamics. Sharp edges do well for grip & sleek appearances. Issue is that it catch a breeze all too easily (a slow walking pace is enough to generate an irritating background swooshing sound). This leads to 2) at its highest noise-cancelling setting, I'd say that at most it blocks out at most 85% of surrounding sounds. Not great when you want to jam to music & don't want to hear the gentle gossip of someone across the room. To drown out that, you've got to increase the volume which only hurts your ears more. Overall, pretty nice design & decent sound quality. I've found cheaper less fancy noise-cancelling products that do a better job than this, so I wouldn't exactly say it was worth the buck. I only got this as a part of a promotion deal for my new phone.

detailedReviews 77: content: The Buds 3 have exceeded my expectations for what can you expect and get for the price.
Buds feel very elegant and have some nice weight to them. I found the color coded design a great idea to easily identify which bud is which, this is definitely something that makes these stand out. The case feels really good quality and the top part being see through makes it look very elegant and high street. I Really like that the inside part of the bud is a hard plastic which will be much easier to keep clean from any wax rather then usual mesh which is found in most Buds.
Performance wise the music quality is really good, the buds have a 360 sound option and also background noise cancellation. There is a bunch of settings which you can adjust yourself to your liking which is a great addition. The microphone works well, I was coming through clear and had no problem speaking in public space due to the noise cancellation feature.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact that these do not feel stable in my ears and I can feel them falling out. This could be very much my personal issue and the shape of my ears but not having any rubber on the buds makes then slip out of my ears so I will need to invest in a little case.
Overall I am really happy and I have uses these all day for my work meetings and calls and I had no issues. Setup is extremely user friendly and easy, as soon as you open the buds they connect to your phone and everything is setup for you in the background. Great product, well done Samsung

detailedReviews 78: content: Glitchy. Sound cuts out for several seconds at a time multiple times every single time I use them. Not sure if it's caused by the noise canceling feature or maybe in ear detection. They don't fit snuggly so you're forced to use the noise canceling unless you are in a completely silent environment. Noise canceling is useless in noisy environments. It frequently, randomly emits the tone that indicates I have placed them in my ear. Would not recommend.
Update: incredibly condescending response from 'Kelvin' was unhelpful and completely failed to address the issues I'm having. I spent good money on these earbuds and they've been mostly an annoyance. Jabra makes great earbuds.

detailedReviews 79: content: I have owned quite a few earbuds throughout the years from many different brands but not many open ear ones. I really prefer the in ear so I get the most noise reduction as possible. But the problem with those earbuds is eventually you get ear fatigue and have to take them out. The Buds 3 though has given me, almost, the best of both worlds. It doesn't block out all the outside noise, and at times, I need that. But I will give up a little outside noise for comfort. These buds are way more comfortable and I have been able to wear them for a long duration. Call, audio and touch features are great as you would expect from Samsung. Only real gripe is how they are held in the case is not my favorite. Took some time getting use to. Other than that, I'm loving them.

I do work out run on the trail and use it in the fitness center. The buds will be wet or gets a layer of my sweat. When I insert back into the case, the case light indicator keep blinking with red color and also message pops up on the phone states that clean the buds and re-insert in the box. I takes about 4 to 5 hours fix this issue. I never had this issue in the past for my old buds. I am about return the set to Samsung with in the eligible date of return, they did not accept it and stated that this items has to go through repair process. The entire experience is pretty bad. detailedReviews 82: content: I like that Samsung has introduced semi-open earbuds for those that prefer them over the ones that go fully in the canal. They have a good, full sound and can be tweaked to your liking using the app which remains no matter what device you use it with. When I opened and tried them my Samsung phone detected them immediately even when bluetooth was off, however they didn't have multipoint switching if your other device is not Samsung, which might be a bit of a bother. The touch controls are also pretty good once you get used to them
That said, I think they are bit pricey, especially compared to previous models of Samsung Buds while not offering anything too different (besides being semi-open). They also only come in a very limited colour range, white or silver, and would have loved to have a pair in black which is one of the most common and appealing colours.

I upgraded from my FE's i bought for 80$ and these new ones if they drop from any height they make a screeching wind tunnel like sound that can only be fixed by fully resetting the device. the app is really finicky and makes me download a seperate one to run through my same app for my FE's. the toggle for volume control is very hard to get used to and sometimes just doesn't register my fingers. the neck stretch reminders are really nice but they are extremely confusing to calibrate so kind of pointless. detailedReviews 84: content: I can't comment on sound quality because I cannot enjoy these long enough to tell. Even if I'm sitting perfectly still and not trying to clean or any other activities I would use earbuds for, these fall out or come loose enough and trigger the sensor to think I took them out. I can only listen to maybe 5minutes if an audio book at a time. I've read the guides. I've read all the guides, but the design is just terrible. They fall right out. I miss the wing tips. They were fool proof and comfortable. And the "pinch" controls might be worse than then falling out. The way you have to grab the stem to 'click' them back on after they fall out and pause audio is so aggressive. My ears feel bruised. I don't even want to wear them anymore. What was so wrong with the tap controls? They were so nice. I have never been this disappointed in a Samsung product. What happened here?

Noise cancelling is also good
Battery life im happy with and it charges fast
Good notice of battery low and sensitive controls (controls need some getting use to )
Case it self could be a bit more rigid, as i end up scraping it when i put it in the pocket with something metal. But that just cosmetics

It really is good sound quality. But the whole shape from the in ear to the actual stem. They made the stem triangle and I feel like they thought it would be easier for people to grab onto, but because of the sloping angle is so hard to get a grip on them. I try wearing them multiple times as but after three minutes the inside of my ear hurt so much because they are so big. Mine also didn't come with rubber tips so they just kept falling out. I'm switching over from the Galaxy Live buds which I loved. I have small ears and these sit in the cradle of my ear well. Admittedly they are more comfortable with a silicone ear cover, but you can't leave the ear cover on and put them back in the charging case or they won't charge. There can't be any obstruction between the earbud and the case. I don't really like that, I 'm also not a fan of the fact that they look more like air pods. I liked it better when the galaxy products were more distinctive. Taking the ear cover off every time I need to charge them. Overall, the earbuds last a long while after being charged. It didn't disappoint me because the features are super amazing we got the two mics for an imersive (ANC) and for ambient mode too. One feature that i also love about it is that it's super lightweight on the ear when you wear it like if feels like it's not even there, but not entirely not there like you can still feel that there's something in there but like you get the picture! especially to those people out there who had tried this earbuds it's super lightweight 🤧 i highly recomend this earbuds because of it's amazing features and and you can feel that the build is super high quality with it's reasonable price. I mean it's not that expensive for me tbh, idk 'bout the others. Speaking of! the performance was great, i haven't really encountered some bugs or anything in particular, it works really well with Galaxy devices with Galaxy Wearables. Well anyways i guess that's it! Highly recomend this to people who wanted to try or buy galaxy buds for the first time or upgrade from previous models if you don't want the expensive one in the Galaxy Buds 2023 Line up but still had this high quality build, features, and elegant look despite being super lightweight when being wore. detailedReviews 91: content: The previous Galaxy Buds FE go deep into the ear canal, which can be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. But with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, the ear tips fit snugly in your ears, allowing you to wear them for long periods of time. I liked the long battery life of the Buds FE, but they can start to feel uncomfortable to wear long before the battery runs out.
What I like about the Buds 3 Pro is that the sound quality is outstanding, and you can hear nuances and tones that you didn't hear when listening to the same music previously.
Compared to the previous iterations, the case of the Buds 3 Pro makes it much more dexterous to take the earphones out, but not so much to put them back in, because the triangular stem is tricky to handle. I usually try to hold the back of the earphones at the base of the stem to put them back in the case.

Also, it's very uncomfortable to press the button because it doesn't feel comfortable when pressed, it pops out of the ear. Quality: Sound quality is above average but weak bass with acceptable mid sound quality. Microphone is crisp and clear. Touch sensitive for switching between ANC, Off-Mode, and Ambient sound effects.
I bought this during the Shopee 1.1 Sale (1st January 2024) with discounts, reduced to RM187 per item (RM30 platform discount and RM30 off voucher).
Shipment was fast. It was appropriately packaged with a plastic bubble wrap.
Distribution by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (see photos). This is a lower grade class item imported from South Korea which was made in Vietnam.
I expect the price will be discounted further onwards in 2024 festive Shopee sales. So hopefully other seller can sell at lower price than this seller.
Seller's location is in Cheras known as "Ikon Connaught". The owner is potentially a Mandarin speaking Malaysian seller with Mandarin speaking employees.
There is a defect on this discounted item. The defect is on the magnetic charging case with one of them a bit loose and not sturdy. Due to the defect, the case does not charge the left earbud.
I contacted the Asian seller via Shopee to get a new replacement - but there were zero replies. No phone number available or provided by the seller.
The seller does not to entertain refund/replacement order defective purchases, especially from a non-Mandarin speaking Malaysians. This is extremely disappointing to me because the seller did not provide me with an acceptable level of customer service.

I wish I could give a good review but can't do it. I use and know the galaxy wear app I've read and seen all the information these just do not fit my ear and they just won't without an attachment and I'm not sure how significant that would be in helping .

title: Do not fit, major sound issues, no bass
detailedReviews 96: content: I received them as part of a bundle deal with my S24+. I have to say it is one of the worst fitting earbuds. The buds do not sit well in my ear and fall down even when simply walking. I enjoyed my Buds 2 pro even more. The buds 2 worked fine even when cycling. The worst part is that there is no way to adjust the fit. Its a shame that I cant enjoy the sound or other features since the buds just fall off.
My recommendation to anyone considering buying this is dont unless you have tried them on and are happy with the fit. Even more disappointed by Samsung's customer service. I offered to pay extra to upgrade to the Buds 3 pro but they refused.

title: Worst fitting earbuds, fall out easily
detailedReviews 97: content: So for a first time style of this product my review is based on all the other samsung earbuds I have purchased over the years. The case. Its hard to put the earbuds in unless you are looking at it. would have been nice to have a speaker on the case for find my buds. The earbuds. The fit is fine, as I was looking for something for work that I could hear my surrounding's without a silicone tip. Having a Samsung device makes pairing instant. No UWB would be nice for finding buds. The sound is very nice no complaints. However they are very slippery, and findinding the spot to change tracks is difficult. I will keep these and hope Samsung will pay attention to the comments and the next generation will be better

detailedReviews 98: content: In the interest of providing an accurate assessment, it is important to note that my experience is based on the discounted price I obtained the earbuds for.
Previously, I utilized the Sony MX3 headphones, which I hold in high regard as one of the finest ANC headphones available. I must acknowledge that the earbuds pleasantly exceeded my expectations, particularly in terms of sound quality. They offer a reasonable level of comfort, and the battery life is satisfactory.
However, it is necessary to address certain negative aspects:
The active noise cancellation feature is inadequate; I would even venture to say it is severely lacking (especially when compared to the MX3).
Regrettably, the earplugs became damaged, and Samsung does not provide replacements (or if they do, they are exceedingly difficult to locate).
Furthermore, certain updates have resulted in diminished usability, necessitating the anticipation of subsequent patches to rectify these issues.

detailedReviews 99: content: These are the worst set of earbuds I've owned because of the build quality. 1st I've have to have them repaired because no one could hear me. 2nd I have had to reset them multiple times to get them to work right. 3rd they stopped charging so I sent them in again and the told me it would cause $177 to repair the cradle because of water damage. The cradle alone sells for $110 at Samsung. BTW I have never had these things near water. I asked what type of water damage and they said "moisture." These are $250. You're telling me they can't handle moisture. I'll be investing my $177 in a non Samsung product. Unfortunately I hate admit I got 2 pairs and they both have issue.

detailedReviews 100: content: Audio quality is fantastic. Excellent transparency mode and great call quality. But sadly the 'pro' factor is just not there.
There is no true multipoint with these earbuds and no true high res codec support outside of the Samsung ecosystem.
Without true multipoint I just cant recommend these at all.
It really makes no sense especially considering that you can download the galaxy buds app on a windows device yet cant be connected to multi devices at once. It really makes no sense - there is no need for the ecosystem lock in - Just make high quality devices with unrestricted 'core' features and people will still buy Samsung products!
