content: GORILLA MIND but with low dosage this pre-workout is the closest you can come to efficacy, the thing is it's a pre-workout so personally, I have stopped caring much about the taste but the taste is okay-ish. coming to the dosage you'll have to double scoop if you wanna get the best benefit but that means taking 400mg caffeine and I hate that high caffeine in my body 200-300 is the most one should take if you don't want to hit the grave young. they should probably increase the amount of glycine, also add some ALPHA GPC while decreasing caffeine otherwise this is a near-perfect pre 2k can buy. pretty much an Indian gorilla mind they literally also have the gorilla on the packaging to show where the formula was inspired from I guess
