content: I love this foundation!!! I have combination skin that leans mostly dry and usually have visible pores and some break outs. I cannot tolerate matte foundation at all. This Dewy + Smooth is the BEST for me, outperforms even the expensive brands I've tried. It looks perfectly even and skinlike with powder and setting spray, and lays down nicely even on my most difficult areas like my very dry nose and forehead. Literally no other foundation or concealer looks nice on my nose! If you have normal/dry skin, try this asap!! My only complaints are the application and the shade range. This NEEDS a pump, even if sold separately that would make this soo much nicer to use. Also, the shade range is kinda limited. It could use at least 10 more shades to really fit everyone. If Maybelline could add these things, this would be THE perfect foundation.

content: I was so excited to receive the Maybelline fit me dewy + smooth foundation because I’ve always enjoyed other Maybelline foundations, especially the Dream cushion. At first I was skeptical at the color of this foundation (nude beige), because when swatched it seemed to be a bit too light for my skin tone, but after applying and contouring it was workable. I would definitely hold off on this shade until I rid off my tan in the winter , when it would be absolutely perfect. The foundation itself lives up to its claim of being dewy and smooth, before I even tried it on my face I put a bit on my hand and it completely smoothed it out, like it had primer built into it. It claims that it “hydrates and smoothed skin texture” and gives a “natural luminous finish,” which I think it definitely lives up to its name. I enjoy a more natural finish so this was perfect in comparison to their matte variation of this product. I find that a little bit of this goes a really long way, but I definitely wish they had a pump on the bottle. It’s hard to control how much comes out and it makes everything so much messier. That’s part of the reason I took off 1 Star. Another reason is that the staying power isn’t as long as I need it to be. This product doesn’t claim to be long lasting, so it’s not necessarily the product’s “fault" though.

The foundation is liquid. It can quickly leak out of the hole, you need to be careful. Accordingly, the lid gets dirty quickly, but this is not critical 😉 There is practically no smell, you can smell the smell of alcohol.

I doubt that little amount is going to be much protection from the sun... I purchased the wrong shade for me. This color has a yellowish undertone, and I'm more cool tone. I add a little white or blue makeup pigment to get a better match. That's my fault because I purchased the shade online and made the wrong shade guess,but I can make it work no problem. My biggest complaint is the bottle pours out fast and I end up wasting a lot. I wish it had an applicator or pump. Overall, it is a nice foundation choice that doesn't break me out or dry out my skin. I do recommend you giving it a try.

Its a full coverage foundation for literally only $8. Ive tried a ton of different ones and this one does not leave my face feeling cakey or heavy. It feels very lightweight and breathable. I usually apply my makeup with a beauty blender and dab foundation onto my face with a slightly damp blender. If i have more uneven skin tone in one area i’ll just put a few extra drops of foundation in that area and go over it again but even doing another layer doesnt make me feel heavy at all!! Its not waterproof but it does a pretty good job holding up in heat thats for sure. And just a side key. Make sure to moisturize before foundation!! If you use too heavy of a moisturizer the foundation will definitely break up or melt off quicker so its important to use a light or matte finish moisturizer 🫡✨. But yeah i highly recommend this foundation if youre on your search for a good everyday breathable full coverage buildable foundation that wont leave you cakey!! It doesnt have much of a smell to it at all which is a huge relief since highly fragranced foundations can be very harmful to your skin barrier. But its super easy to use and overall amazing. Its fungal acne safe as well in case you were wondering… and also non-comedogenic… can it get any better

I originally bought it because I read that some were saying it was a dupe for the Lancome Teint Idole, which I don't have a shade in but love, and it certainly is close. It makes the skin look airbrushed and I found that there was almost no oxidation. Shade wise, I find that these run much less orange and red than drugstore foundations typically do. Even the shades labeled as "warm" (like Warm Coconut) don't pull orange on me like with other brands and are actually quite neutral and sometimes olive, which I like. Especially for the price, this is definitely a keeper. The packaging however leaves a lot to be desired. I like that it comes in a sturdy glass bottle, but not having a pump is inexcusable to me as it makes the whole process of using the foundation much messier, less hygienic, and wasteful, not to mention you can't measure how much you're using consistently. I ended up buying a separate pump bottle specifically for this, but I don't think I should have to do that. It's not like there aren't other foundations at this price point with pumps. Overall, I still recommend but be ready pour it out or buy a separate pump.

content: This foundation is so so good. I have been repeatedly buying it for years, despite having a full foundation collection and many high-end foundations. Naturally I have extremely oily skin, but I am taking Accutane right now and it has dried out significantly. I've enjoyed this foundation no matter what state my skin is at. It is not flat matte or clinging on any dry spots. It is a pretty runny consistency making it so easy to spread and blend. I will say I struggle to find an exact shade match. This is not really unusual for me but I would buy two and mix the colours together and it would come out great. Its no problem because the price is incredible and I often find it on sale. My favourite way right now to use this foundation is to use one shade of this and one shade of the Maybelline skin tint and mix them together. It gives me such a beautiful finish with great coverage that still looks incredibly natural. I would love if they could package with a pump or even sell a pump to fit separately!

content: I am not sure if you are like me but as I am getting older fine lines are definitely becoming more noticeable. Finding a foundation that doesn't settle into cracks can be challenging. Luckily I was given the opportunity to try @maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation. I received shade 115 Ivory and this ended up being a tad too dark. However it is easy to blend and I was able to work with it. ✔️What I like about this matte foundation is it blurs away fine lines, redness and pores. ✔️It has a thin liquid consistency and doesn't feel cakey or heavy.The foundation has a smooth light to medium coverage with a natural shine free finish and remains that way for hours. ✔️It feels very light and comfortable without emphasizing my wrinkles. Even though it doesn't leave my combination skin dry I prep my skin beforehand by exfoliating and moisturizing. ℹ️This foundation is offered in shades that range from fair porcelain to expresso so everyone should be able to find their match. Overall I am very pleased with the finish, I only wish the bottle had a pump because it pours out easily but other than that I highly recommend.

content: I had run out of the last foundation I had that worked well, but they had since changed their fprmula and I was breaking out like crazy any time I wore foundation. Cue the intense googling, article scouring, friend-interrogating process of trying to find something new that would work with my finicky, oily skin. Multiple sources RAVED about this product and I'll admit, I was really skepticle. But, for under $10, it was worth a shot. Choosing a color online was ridiculously hard, but I gave my best guesstimate based on other Maybelline products I've used and chose 120 Classic Ivory. The Pros: Good coverage, buildable if you use a sponge, and not cakey or powdery. I can't feel it on my face once it has dried. If I'm in a temp-controlled environment and resist touching my face it wears pretty well. I can also blend other products on top of it pretty well. The best is that my skin is finally happier! I do need to be sure to wash it off, but if I forget to for one day I'm not guaranteed a breakout. Cons: If you're used to a thick formula, this may seem a little watery, but it does build coverage well. It doesn't hold up very well to sweat/water, so you may want to use a setting spray if you're going to be without AC, working out, or in high humidity/the weather calls for rain. It isn't a "long wear" formula; for most people under "normal" conditions it'll be fine, but if you have a habit of touching your face, if you have puppies licking you, or if you fall asleep on a pile of fresh laundry out of the dryer (totally hypothetical), you'll need to touch up (and rewash said hypothetical laundry). For me, the color was just a smidge on the yellow side. I might try 122 next...
