5. No Headphones 🎧 jack. But it's no requirement for me.

items 5: content: Bought M36 5G (Velvet Black, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB Storage) for Rs 17.5K. Read previous reviews on this mobile phone before buying. My requirement was good storage space, longer software support, service center availability in India with descent price. This phone was satisfying requirement, so short listed it. I have used for a week now and giving my review:
Pros:
1) Next 6 OS upgrade of support. I don't think any other company in India guarantees such prolonged support.
2) Unlike many other Chinese brands, Samsung has good coverage of support centers across India.
3) Camera quality is good. Display glass is also of good quality.
4) Price was one of the lowest in this category.
5) May be due to high RAM size I selected, APPs function very smooth and fast.
Cons:
1) Battery is just OK. Heavy use can drain it. My use is moderate, so this as of now is not a big issue for me.
2) Phone is thick and comparatively heavy in weight. Camera notch is also too big.
3) Though UI is OK, now a days we get much better ones. Hopefully Samsung upgrades it.
4) Processor is bit older. So this phone is not good for Video gaming.
Overall- If your use is not heavy, looking for long duration support phone, do not mind if its bit thick and getting at descent price range then go for it.
Note- I read previous comments like defective pieces, hardware issues etc. I have not faced these issues with my mobile.

Its Performance , Battery, Display Quality All are Very Good . Sometimes Heat (On heavy use ) , Battery Drain on Multitasking (But get Charge Very fast ).
Not Durable , Glass Quality is Bad , Display Durability is Bad . So I thought this is the best phone . But *15 days after purchase i dropped this phone from my right pocket of my pant( I am 5'7" ) Approximate 0.5 -1 meter drop. All the Informations, 2 METER DROP RESISTANCE , GROILLA GLASS was not any Real its just marketing . It got crack in the screen glass but display was not affected so i replaced it with new glass but just after 5 hours after glass replacement the display got off/crashed and now i will have to replace the full combo which will cost 5000/- from center and 1500/- local .
