items 2: content: These were a Christmas gift for my husband. He's typically a 10. 5 all day, but these ran a little snug, so I'm happy we also ordered the 11, which was a perfect fit!
I also want to give kudos to the customer service team for simply being awesome! Helpful from start to finish when I had some questions. I sadly have low expectations for customer service these days and these folks went above and beyond to provide top-notch service and quick responses! Awesome shoes, awesome people = win win in my book!!

I am usually a 9 1/2 - 10, so I ordered a 10 and a 10 1/2. The 10 1/2 was perfect. It is comfortable, but I would have loved a tad more cushioning. Never can have TOO much.
