1. Face ID not working
2. Camara not working
3. Most of the functions that relate to the camera did not work
And there were so many other issues. I took the phone to an APPLE repair shop and was told that the phone was not serviceable. They suggested that the phone had at one time gotten wet and could not be repaired. Now I am out $155 I paid for a useless IPhone XR. I wish you had a lower rating than a "1". Minus 10 would have been my rating for this phone. I feel like I was cheated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Firstly i bought the item seeing it was like new phone. But when it arrived it had 76% battery life with sign showing need to replace the battery.
I tried contacting walmart customer support had to wait almost 2 weeks and multiple calls to get their support as the seller wasn’t replying.
Its a scam

detailedReviews 3: content: This was my grand daughter’s first phone. She was so excited about it and it never worked. First she could not use the speaker phone portion, a couple days later the whole phone shut down.
Could not return to Walmart. Had to pack up and return to seller in California. Still waiting on refund. I would never purchase from this seller again.

I touch everything on the top half of the screen, and nothing happens. Therefore, this phone is unusable. I am so disappointed that I paid $150 for a phone that I can not use. But it freezes non stop and takes forever to load anything. Not to mention the call clarity is terrible ! it echoes and you cuts out non stop. Im returning , i do not recommend this seller. I would give no stars if i could, to me its about Priciple. Stay away !

detailedReviews 8: content: The iPhone X I ordered came very quickly, which was great; however it was incredibly glitchy, constantly roaming through playing iTunes, and randomly opening apps as it pleases. The power button didn’t work at all and it would completely lock me out from doing anything, leaving me staring at a black screen, while frantically trying to stop timers etc during work. 😳 Certainly wouldn’t recommend going through OzMobiles again, $100 over the price of other sellers with a inferior product, clearly it hadn’t been tested to check that what was sold matched the description of advertising. Advertised ‘near new conditions’ the product had many working faults, and the phone was scuffed and clearly nowhere near ‘new’. I’m awaiting full refund.. was also stunned that they sent it ‘on’ as when I returned it through post I was told it was extremely dangerous to send powered on..it took ages to explain that that was one of the many faults, it can’t be turned off.
Needless to say it was disappointing at best.

detailedReviews 9: content: Upon receiving what I thought was supposed to be a FULLY OPERATIONAL device without any major issues. There were two major problems I have with my device. upon receiving the device, for how much money I paid, I was expecting at least a new screen on the phone. NOPE! The screen came with many small cracks already on the screen. And the charging port has a short in it!! depending on the angle I hold the charging cord it'll keep charging and uncharging over and over. I'm afraid to exchange it out in fear of getting something even WORSE! Fixing the screen on an iPhone X costs almost just as much as buying another refurbished iPhone X.
