content: PRODUCT per se is EXCELLENT- KUDOS TO MANUFACTURER LG. THEIR SERVICE IS ALSO TOP NOTCH. PURCHASING EXPERIENCE RUINED by appalling & disgusting services rendered by Amazon Product was delivered by Amazon within specified time. No issues on this part of the deal. But no coordination whatsoever from Amazon for installation & product demonstration by LG. Amazon keeps sent false & misleading information about installation date & time & ultimately even after speaking to their Customer service over 8 times they fail to give any date & time appointment when they keep stating that their normal time is 2 working days after product delivery. AMAZON HAS THE WORST NON- EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE- AVOID SPEAKING TO THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE ALL UTTERLY USELESS HAVING NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS & HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DO ANY MANUAL INTERVENTION TO RESOLVE ISSUES CREATED BY THEMFROM INCEPTION BUT KEEP ADMITTING THEIR FAULT VERBALLY( REFUSING TO PUT IN WRITING) EVEN AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL Ultimately we as customers resolved the issue promptly by calling LG directly & getting installation done the same day, which Amazon was supposed to do in the first instance as per order terms placed with them. SO MUCH FOR AMAZON's so called systems & processes which are nothing but bureaucratic paperwork totally non customer friendly. They JUST COULDN'T CARE LESS & truly believe customers are beggars and even talking to their management people brings no succour nor support, forget about any problem resolution. FOR anyone wishing to purchase high value appliances from Amazon our advice is DON'T- forget them. BOTTOM LINE-Go to one of the retail chains in your town-purchase the product of your liking & call the product manufacturer directly to fix your installation appointment. To maintain your sanity stay away from Amazon for such purchases- they are only fit to provide cheaper low value goods.

snippets: everyone this is Santosh and we bought this new LG side-by-side refrigerator today so it came home around few hours back the demo and installation is done the model number is LG b257 dbm3 which is all uh gloss black glass refrigerator there is this toughened glass in the front and uh and then if you go to the back side of the fridge it's all flat there are no obstructions as such uh let me show you the fridge one more time so this is the uh the overall look of the fridge and it's really looking classy in the all black design and uh if you see uh the right side of the fridge is your refrigerator and the left side is the freezer and the special thing about this fridge is that this is the new 655 liter convertible model in LG which has been released 15 days back into the market and uh if you see uh so this is your typical refrigerator section which has a four shelves with this bottle holder or wine rack and the good thing here is that we have this hygiene fresh filter which has some three layer filter back side of it which will eliminate or mix up the other orders in the fridge if you have any meat and diary products the order will not mix up and you have two vegetable boxes uh with fresh Stone where they can retain the freshness of the vegetables for a long period of time and uh if you see the left side compartment this is all new convertible so this is the new model which is not there in Amazon or Flipkart at present again these have four different shells and if you see uh the the breadth and width of the the compartment is uh each compartment is very good the space is tremendous it's 6.5 liter all 100 of the fridge is usable as we have this convertible option now so if you see uh so this is the new uh thank you section where you can control the fridge from this panel and now I've set the both fridge and freezer into three degrees Centigrade which is a regular refrigerator temperature and you have the different options like fridge and you want to do the convertible thing to your freezer you can long press it and it will change the freezer into the regular refrigerator and you can use the Wi-Fi option to use your think you app in your mobile to control the fridge and then you have Express cool and express freeze for both the freezer and refrigerator to get them immediately uh super cool and you have the lock function as well and if you come to the the other sections of the fridge like this door compartments the good thing is that they are really wide which are very good and uh even the the right side also you have a separate tray available to put things like eggs or anything you can put that into that "separate tray and thus the overall space in the fridge is "tremendous if you see um the the fridge is entirely usable there is nothing like freezer section also so because I converted the freezer into regular refrigerator "and also the LEDs they were really bright and if you see there is this Gore cooling plus which can cool your things on the doors pretty easily and also the same is available on the the freezer as well and "this one has two different fans inverter fans working separately and if you see each compartment has the winds this one also got a different wind so it will keep the fridge cool evenly in all the compartments so that the freshness of the food remains "good for the longer period of times and coming to this ice maker which is a nice touch because we don't have this ice maker occupying your freezer space or refrigerator space instead of that they provided this in the door itself which can be opened from here I think it can fit 15 ice cubes and you can flip them using this knob and you can collect them in this tray and you also have this sensor where whenever the fridge got any "functional issues it can detect and we can it can send the signal to the LG customer care or whatever and let me show you the fridge inside of this fridge one more time and let me close the fridge so we bought this for "around 82k from Reliance Digital Saras City Mall kondapur Hyderabad and while considering the other side by side we also saw the Samsung convertible and hair both of them were also convertible 655 liters but the build quality the the thread of the door like it's like Volkswagen car and "the build itself the fridge the back side of the body and everything is I felt it's more premium and robust than the Samsung and the higher when you compare the quality and I can say "it's definitely a better model now it has the convertible option as well previously LG models don't have the convertible in the 650 violator space but now they release 15 days back which is a good thing and I immediately bought this fridge today "I hope "I covered all of the questions or of the features of this fridge in this review and if you have any further questions let me know in the comments I'll try to answer them cheers guys bye-bye
