detailedReviews 3: content: Watch looked nice but came without a crown. I contacted customer service and they offered refund or sending a replacement crown. I asked for a replacement crown and about 4 days later it had not been sent, and it looked like this would require me going to a repair shop to have it installed and spending money, so I asked for a refund. They said they couldn't replace the item because there were no more in stock but, when I sent it back, The Fossil website still listed the item in stock, and I could have just bought from them. To save the customer service hassle, though, and more possible shipping delays, I bought a replacement from Amazon.
