The headband also opens from just one end, using a single continuous band instead of two independent extenders. It seems like a cost-cutting decision, and unfortunately, it affects comfort—especially with the fit feeling uneven on one side during use.
Sound quality is decent, not exceptional. For the price point, I expected a bit more clarity and depth in the audio performance.
The packaging was another letdown. It arrived in a very slim cardboard box with a plastic container inside, which didn’t feel very premium. However, one pleasant surprise was the cloth cover included in the box—that was a thoughtful touch.

detailedReviews 2: content: Uploading this review after using it for more than a month. It's sounds good but I have noticed the base is not that puchu as it says "true Bass". I mean its okay but not so Bassy. The trebles are nice but sometimes when you listen music with decent bass and crispy treble you will notice it does not define the label it comes with. But it's good for average listener who does not care about each and every layer of music. It's sounds good everything is fine. You can buy it. Also one thinh I want to mention it's cushioning specially on head area it's not good you will uncomfortable after some time. It's just has a tube like thing there's no Cushion in it.

What i don't like is the alert tone for low battery which starts when battery is down to 20%. It's a continuous beeps with interval of i think 3-4 mins. So, we can't use the product even when 20% battery is still there which means less battery time. Give one alert when it's down to 20% and start continuous alert when it's down to 10 or 5%.

I wish there were more colours to choose from, because it comes in just 2 colours black and beige

4 stars for design and made in India product. 1 minus for sound quality. Keep it up there is lot of scope to improve.

As a customer I am demanding from the company that first the brand packaging video record should be given in which my product name and serial number/model number is visible. The date and time should also be visible in the video. The customer is already telling the company not to send the video of any other person. The company never informed the customer about any kind of video recording before the unboxing time. The customer is never responsible for the damaged item. But after receiving the delivery item, the customer was shocked to know that the customer is demanding to replace the item. No wrong information has been shared by the customer to the company. When the information about the damaged item was given to the customer service, then the company has rejected the customer's complaint problem. When the damaged item has reached the customer by the company, then it is the responsibility of the company only to provide a second correct item to the customer and solve the customer's problem. If the customer's problem is not solved, then the customer will have to take the help of consumer court. I hope that the company will provide a solution to this problem of the customer as soon as possible.
