Also the hair in telogen phase will inevitably always fall, nothing can essentially stop it. Additionally, if they did figure out this tech, why not patent it? Even hair giants as loreal and uniliver dont have this tech as far as im aware. Only extra hair fall that can be prevented is hair breakage, which is in itself hard to pinpoint and work on it, hair breaks off at multiple length.
