Best serum ever got Earlier I used salicylic acid serum and kojic acid serum for my acne prone skin, dark spots for more than 6 month But salicylic acid made my skin worst with acne and dark spots I was very tensed and order loreal paris serum Within 15 days it faded my dark spots and acne after so many years got chance to touch my smooth face , touchwood to my face . detailedReviews 2: content: Reviewing after using it for 4 months i knew nothing about skin care at that time this product was hyped up so I gave it a try. I have normal skin. The serum is a bit thicker than most of the serums. Doesn't show results in 2 weeks like it claims but i saw some difference after a month, my skin was glowing and hyperpigmentation was fading. After 4 months i stopped using it for a week or 2. And within a week the skin started looking dull to see the results longer one have to keep applying it without any breaks. The moment you gonna stop using it you will go back to the initial stage of your skin. If you can commit to this product without skipping a single day it's a great serum and definitely gives result.

At first I was hesitant to use this serum as it's just my second time buying any serum and I have a sensitive skin so everything doesn't suits me but, this serum was actually good. It didn't caused any kind of redness or irritation on skin. My skin was really dull before and vitamin c also didn't worked for me sor I wanted to try glycolic acid once and it actually came out to be a good decision to buy this one. The consistency of the serum is good and it is easy to apply.

However, had an issue with the delivery of one items, I was really sad to see how they responded to their regular customer and their issues. Customer service is horrible. I feel the products and prices are what makes the app worth using. Otherwise, I have never experienced such a negative customer service from a top website. Really saddened, now I'll think 10 times before before ordering.

They show you the cheapest price of a product and once ordered, they don't ship it for 7-8 days and cancel the order automatically. The only customer support they got is an incompetent AI which only has pre-loaded set of 3-4 answers which keep on repeating. Go for this app if you want to debit money from your account and then received back as refund after 10 days. Other than this, this app is of no use.
