Since I got the Hershey's Cocoa 100% unsweetened cacao, I decided to go ahead and just try it. I was thrilled with how the cake turned out, it was so good, and the Hershey's cocoa was so easy to use.
The packaging is perfect. The large opening makes it easy to measure out spoons or cups, and the lid is a close seal, keeping it fresh, although that won't be an issue, we used it all pretty quick.
A quick search online will yield thousands of recipes for cocoa powder, making it a great staple, and the Hersheys cocoa powder produces the best flavor of cocoa we have used. My daughter is super picky about her chocolate milk and doesn't like to use chocolate syrups. I begged her to try making it with the Hershey's cocoa and a little powder sugar, and it has become her new favorite.
I have never been someone that keeps cocoa powder on hand, I just purchased it as needed, but that has changed because we have found so many uses for it, and we love the flavor the powder has.

When packages say to grease and flour your cake pans, for chocolate cake I don’t use flour, I use this. I no longer get that whitish outer layer, that the flour gave my cakes. I personally don’t like jar frosting, but my kids do. She they sometimes ask for it on their birthday cakes. I’ll usually add some of this whipped in, to cut the sweetness.
