It is no longer a hassle to deal with thick, chunky shakes. The drink is now like chocolate milk, but healthier.
The taste? To be frank, it is amazing. If you are a fan of chocolate, then you will enjoy this. You feel like you are drinking Hersheyâs syrup, but in protein form. Instead of the typical chalky taste associated with protein powder, you are treated to something smooth and sweet. The best part? With just one scoop, you get 24g of protein, 5.5g of BCAAs, and 4g of glutamine, all in a tiny scoop of 32g. Now that is a lot of goodness in a little scoop!
For optimal results, combine this with skim milk and add one spoonful of peanut butter. Once blended, it tastes like a peanut butter shake, which makes for an amazing post-workout treat.
Of course it has drawbacks like every other product on the market. One thing Iâve specifically noted is that there are times when a few chunks may not melt into beverages, though it isnât a deal-breaker for me. The bits that donât dissolve can be ingested without any significant changes to the well throughout the process. The taste was something I required a handful of days to get used to, but not bad once youâre accustomed to it.
Itâs also a huge amount of servings for the price so itâs super worth it but the container is large so youâll have to make space for it. The packaging is also very attractive I like the red and black it matches my fitness vibe.
