Hooking them up to my phone with Bluetooth was simple! Just hold down the button on the back of the case while your phone is searching for a device. What I wasn't expecting was that upon hooking them up to my phone with Bluetooth, without even being on a call yet, the noise cancellation was activated.. I never realized how loud the world was before I had these. But they didn't make everything so silent that you are not completely aware of your surroundings, thanks to transparency mode which you can easily switch in or out of. It's useful when I'm walking through a busy city street or while I'm at home with my kids so that I can hear any nearby conversations, traffic noises, announcements, or people speaking to you, without having to constantly take the earbuds out! I don't feel isolated from my environment this way. Needless to say, the audio quality while in call, or listening to music is flawless. It's been a while since I've been able to actually hear the other caller or music with such clarity, and the caller could hear me perfectly too thanks to the personalized spatial audio and volume adjustments that really tailored the experience to my preferences. I love how immersed I feel in my music and podcasts. The comfortable silicone tips also help keep the AirPods securely in my ears while doing chores at home or during workouts. I will admit that at first I wasn't sure if they would actually stay in my ear the whole time without slipping out, because regardless of which size tip I put in (they include 3 different sized silicone tips), it just felt like it wasn't going to hold, but to my surprise it held quite well without me having to constantly push it back in. As for the battery life, I can get up to 6 hours of use with the noise cancellation feature on, versus the 4.5 hours of the previous model. And the MagSafe charging case extends that to a total of 24 hours, so I rarely have to worry about running out of battery. As a frequent earbud user, the upgrades in these 2nd generation AirPods Pro have been nothing short of amazing! The noise cancellation, transparency, and audio customization features make them a pleasure to use in all the settings of my busy life. Please don't hesitate to consider getting a refurbished product from Bestbuy! The Geek Squad certified refurbished condition ensures that you're getting a high quality product at a better value. And they arrived in excellent condition too! Overall, I'd highly recommend these earbuds to anyone that's in the market for a premium wireless audio experience. Less

detailedReviews 2: content: I bought these for the hearing aid function. I'm old (74) and wear hearing aids, and I'll tell you, nothing makes you feel your age like wearing hearing aids. It's stupid but true. I thought that if I could wear Air Pods instead and still get the hearing boost I needed, I wouldn't feel so old (as long as I could ignore the failing eyesight, my knees, and all the other aches and pains). So the big question for me was, "Can these Air Pods function well enough as hearing aids?"Short answer: Yes, with one big caveat that I'll get to, as I get to everything these days, in my own sweet time. Before you bother to read any further, you should know that you need an iPhone and that it has to be running IOS 18.1 or better (newer). If you're old, you probably have an old iPhone if you have one at all, and you probably are running an old IOS, and your old phone might not even be able to upgrade to IOS 18.1, and you might not even know what an IOS is. If any one of these things is true, forget ordering online and go to an Apple store where some kid can get you set up even if it costs you an arm and a leg.If you're still with me and can order online, here's how the process goes. You start with a hearing test that determines how the Air Pods will adjust the sound. Then there are lots of very confusing options you can set to determine how much ambient sound gets through and how much background noise is filtered out. You can change these settings at any time if you ever figure them out.One thing I really liked was that music sounds very good through them, much better than through my $2000 hearing aids, which frankly, sound like crap musically. Music makes walking the dog much more enjoyable, and here's the cool thing: When I'm walking the dog, listening to music, and I run into a neighbor, I just start talking and the Air Pods mute the music so I can have a conversation. After a few seconds of quiet, the music comes back automatically. Now comes that caveat: The charge in the Air Pods only lasts about six hours. That won't get you through a workday if you're unfortunate enough to still be working and not rolling in those big Social Security bucks like I am. So they aren't going to totally replace your regular hearing aids if you're out and about for long stretches of time. There are a couple of scary things I want to mention.1. The listing calls these Air Pod Pro 2, but nothing on the box calls them that. They're just called Air Pod Pro with a little line somewhere that says, "2nd generation." Okay, same thing, don't worry about it.2. A number of one-star reviews here talk about getting used, returned, refurbished, or just wrong Air Pods. I worried about that but I guess I lucked out because my Air Pod Pro 2's were brand new and were the right thing. In short: If you exist in that sweet spot where these things work for you, they can be a positive addition to your hearing loss survival kit. Order and hope for the best. Less

MY SURROUNDINGS GOT LOUDER, WHAT.This feature is GREAT (just make sure you switch it off if you’re alone in a safe place and enjoy loudly singing to yourself… the music *will* turn down if it hears you….especially if you’re as tone deaf as I am and it assumes you must be shouting at something and are definitely not singing…..”Transparent mode and adaptive listening are both life savors when you’re a woman or other vulnerable person and enjoy using headphones on walks or in public places. Sometimes, if my child is in the car asleep or something; I can even use transparency to listen to music in my headphones while driving. Ensures I can hear all of the sounds around me, but no one else can hear my music or podcasts. Also obsessed with the noise cancellation feature!! Not only is it a superb listening experience music-wise (especially while vacuuming or washing dishes).. but theres also an option to add background noise (rain/white noise/etc) which is amazing for studying, esp if you have crippling ADHD like I doThey never fall out of my ears, unless I’m being especially reckless.I love that the ear cushion snaps on instead of the normal stretch-on that tend to fall off.I had no idea these had m4 technology until I couldn’t find them one day and used the ‘find my’ app to play the sound, when to my surprise an arrow popped up on my phone (iPhone 12) and BROUGHT ME RIGHT TO THEM (at the bottom of my hamper 😅)I even convinced my dad to buy a pair after telling him about the hearing aid features. A lot cheaper than traditional hearing aids.No issues with this seller. Shipped quickly, everything included as expected, works great (as described lol). Would happily purchase from them again. If you’re nervous about an online seller, I don’t blame you— but no need with this one. And if you’re deciding between other models versus the pro; just go for these. Not too dramatic of a price difference, %26 the features (adaptive listening, conversational awareness, background sounds, hearing aid accessibility, head nod controls, so many more) coupled with the stability of the snap on cushions, %26 magnetic charge capability make them well worth it. I also like how well they pair with my iPhone. The AirPods are recognized the moment they leave the case. The sound quality is very good too, way above average if you ask me. On the phone I can hear the other person clearly and they say the same about my audio as well. I’ve been searching for great quality earbuds that don’t necessarily break the bank for a while, and I can say these seem to tick my boxes. I would definitely recommend the AirPods Pro 2 as an all-round product if you are in the market for in-ear speakers with great audio in and out, that have a very good noise cancellation feature, and they don’t come out your ears easily. I bought a protective case that comes with a couple cleaning brushes to keep everything clean and to help with the life of the product. Less

But then I purchased the new Apple Vision Pro VR headset. After doing some research, I found out that only the latest USB-C AirPods Pro supports lossless audio with the Vision Pro. It’s fine, since I’ll give my other 2 pairs of AirPods Pro to my children. Other than the USB-C port on the charging case and the lossless audio support with the Vision Pro, I can’t tell any difference between the sound quality between these and my previous pair. These are still the best wireless earphones I have ever used, so I don’t have any complaints. The noise cancellation is amazing. I’m not really sure what Apple could do to make these better, unless they can figure out a way to increase the battery life without making them larger. The AirPods Pro go on sale frequently, so if you’re an Apple fan and you don’t already own a pair of these (Whether or not you own a Vision Pro), I recommend grabbing them the next time they are on sale. When used in hearing aid mode, the rechargeable batteries last about six hours. So if you want to wear them as hearing aids most of the time, you will need to take every opportunity to recharge, eg, when you're having a shower. I would have awarded these a five-star rating if they could only go 12 or 18 hours without a boost. And, as with all Apple products, these work seamlessly and effortlessly as long as you stay within the Apple universe. If you want to use them with other manufacturer's devices, I would guess not so much.Even so, I predict these will do for audiology something akin to what SpecSavers did to optometry or Chemist Warehouse did to your local pharmacy. For better or worse, they are true disruptors. Less

Another great feature is that I can easily switch to transparency mode whenever I enter class, so I can allow that noise to re-enter and listen to my teacher. I love these features because honestly, they’ve made my life calmer and less noisy. People complain about the hallway noise, but I don’t because of how great these airpods are.The battery life is way better than the 1st generation. Being able to go a whole school day without needing to charge them again, even surprised me how long they lasted. I can watch a full 3-hour movie without needing to pause it due to battery life. Personally, I love the fact that they’ve increased the battery life. I don't wanna constantly have to put my AirPods away because the battery is low, but even if I did, the AirPod case itself charges the AirPods within minutes, so it’ll always be a win-win.If I ever forget where I put my AirPods in their entirety I can simply check the Find My app, with the 2nd Generation finding my AirPods has become much more efficient. I am able to locate where they are and with the case having its built-in speaker I never have to worry. The 1st generation doesn’t have the built-in speaker in the case, so this is a big feature. This madeThese are immaculately comfortable and have a perfect fit. I can wear my AirPods for hours without any discomfort. They feel so good that sometimes I forget I have them in my ears. I love the entirely comfortability. Plus, the ear tips range in sizes from extra small, small, medium, and large. No issues with those whatsoever. The AirPods stem itself has its own features with just the swipe of a finger you can lower or increase volume. This feature lets me lower my music and increase it without even having to pull out my phone. I can press and hold to switch between noise cancellation and transparency mode or even for Siri. I love the fact that they added this it allows for more fluent use the not needing to constantly pull out my phone makes it a lot easier. They are also very user-friendly the simplicity and the ability to use them are rather easy. Ages can surely get as low as 9 years old and as high as 60+ which is good given they have a hearing aid feature. Plus, they connect to your phone as soon as you put the AirPod in your ear. No need to worry about going on Bluetooth to connect. The AirPod Pros 2nd Generation are much more innovative. They thrive in their overall capabilities. Compared to the 1st Generations they are definitely an upgrade and I would recommend them. I feel like they have upgraded the 2nd generations significantly as shown above. The price for them are justified and isn’t an entire issue but it’s worth the money even with the longevity the AirPods have, personally, I’ve had mine for 2 years now and they still work beautifully. I would give them a 5/5. Less

Conversation awareness is another great feature that automatically lowers the volume of what you are listening to if you begin conversing with someone. Once you finish, it raises the volume back to the prior level. Of course, there is a slight delay, particularly if the conversation is started by the other person, but it is a great feature overall. The only real challenge I have noticed so far is the size of the Airpods. They are quite compact with a very short stem. This will require some getting used to since the touch controls reside on the stems. Of course, you can use Siri to work around using the touch controls if you prefer. The additional ability to answer or not answer calls by nodding or shaking your head is a really nice feature if you are in a situation when you don't want to speak out loud. My only complaints are they can be a little difficult to take out of the magsafe case, particularly if you have big fingers. Additionally, the battery life could be longer, especially when using active noise cancelling. While the 6 hour life with ANC on is good, it would be great if you could get 9 hours to cover an entire work day without needing to put them back in the charging case. All in all, the Apple Airpods Pro 2 is a great product that I would highly recommend. Being able to grab them while they were on sale at Best Buy was just the icing on the cake. Less

detailedReviews 12: content: CEX sells the AirPods Pro 2 at the cheapest price anywhere and has fast delivery, the problem lies with the AirPods themselves. The AirPods deliver good sound with decent bass and is relatively good at lowering the volume of background noise. However the noise never really goes unless it’s already distant and quiet. For example, if someone flushes the toilet in another room, you will hear it. But if someone is talking quietly enough in another room, you likely won’t. The AirPods fit comfortably in the ear and are not likely to fall out if you get the correct sized silicone tip. The microphone quality is okay however is glitchy when first connecting to calls for about two minutes. I’m not sure if this is specific to Snapchat however so this mightn’t be an issue for ... I’m not sure if this is specific to Snapchat however so this mightn’t be an issue for some people. The battery is disappointing for the price at around 5 hours with all features on but the AirPods make up for this with quick charging times. I would recommend the AirPods Pro 2 to a first time buyer of AirPods as you are already spending a bit of money anyway, in contrast, if you are looking to upgrade or are in need of new AirPods I would suggest potentially going down a generation or two. Overall the AirPods are a good product with above average features and an above average price tag. The service and delivery from CEX was excellent and I would buy from them again. Less

Set up as hearing aids, they do virtually everything a hearing impaired person needs. There is a setting called transparency which lets her hear the outside world when streaming which apparently has a software bug that keeps turning it off but that's not the big problem because it can be fixed in software if Apple ever cares enough about this years old problem. The BIG problem ? It's the poor battery life. About three hours when streaming. When not streaming they almost last the day. She wants to use them as her primary hearing aids anyhow. With talk of the next generation of these coming out later this year we will move up to them where improvements in technology will hopefully help extend the life of a hopefully bigger battery. They are both easy and complicated to use. Complicated because of the tremendous number of features they have so there's much to remember, and easy because of the control system which you (again) must learn. Or simply stick them in ears to stream. Less

I can get a few hours out of the Airpods themselves as well. Nose Cancellation upgrades are really nice, as well as the Find My options. My main reason for giving this a 4* review is because Apple has yet to make their airpod mic's actually sound good. But if you're a gamer like me: I LOVE the sound and bass qualities, depth quality is good too. REALLY makes you feel surrounded, especially with spatial audio. If you want a good mic while on calls, airpods are definitely not the best option out there. However, if you already have a dedicated mic (gamers) you will really enjoy these while gaming for the sound! The XS size eartips rarely fall out of my ears. The XS size slightly made my ears hurt while wearing them, not sure if its just me but otherwise I would mostly recommend this product for sound quality and features. But if you have 1st gen Airpod Pros and are looking for a major mic improvement, you wont find that in Airpods Pro 2! <3 Less

Kaya tbh feeling ko nagsayang ako ng pera. Don't get me wrong. These are good, but if you compare sa ibang earbuds, hindi malayo ang sound quality, ung tipong mapapawow ka and masasabing tama lang yung price sa quality. Ang advantage lang talaga is it belongs to the ecosystem I mainly use which is apple, hence, better and faster connectivity at walang lag when I use it with my phone or ipad when I record videos or sounds unlike when I use the galaxy buds. All in all a good product, but again, overhyped. If you think airpods will suit your lifestyle or usage style, or bet mo lang tlga airpods at kayang kaya mo naman bilhin then go for it. Pero if not, then save yourself a few bucks and go for the more affordable galaxy earbuds. These cost 11k, if may voucher pwdeng 10k. Galaxy buds are around 6-7k and may vouchers din. Or if you think you don't need spatial audio but really prefer airpods talaga, you can also go for the airpods 3. Hope this review helps. Right out of the box, with the stock tips, they just fit easily, without me having to twist and turn and adjust the angle of them, or keep my head perfectly level and not talk or chew while wearing them so that they don't fall out.Sound quality wise, testing with lossless FLAC/ALAC audio file playback, I think I still prefer the sound of the Sony's on LDAC slightly (a bit more crispness on the high end). However, when connecting them via AAC (the only option on iOS really), I'd say they are pretty evenly matched. I don't think sound quality difference will be that big of a deciding factor for anyone, if they compare these two, they're both pretty great for bluetooth audio,I didn't think I'd care for the Spatial Audio stuff at all, and I don't really like it much for music personally, but its pretty cool watching surround sound shows/movies on my Apple devices and actually hearing 3D audio placement. The noise cancelling on both this and the Sonys are pretty great - both do an amazing job of removing constant background noises and a decent job of cutting down the volume of other noises. I feel like the AirPods seem a bit more effective overall though because of the fact that the fit is so much more secure in my ears. One of the biggest difference I've noticed between the two is that the audio passthrough modes are very different. With Apples transparency mode, it really does almost sound like you're not even wearing them at all - I love being able to listen to music while still hearing around me naturally. With Sony's, it just feels like someone is mixing in a recording of ambient noise into the song you're listening to, very harsh and artificial and hissy in comparison, so I never used that feature.Battery life has been respectable, I rarely every find myself using the buds until they die, and the case only needs charges once a week or so, even with my pretty frequent usage.Last but not least, by far my favorite feature of these earbuds that no one really talks about is the physical mute option! When on calls, you can just single squeeze the right buds stem to mute/unmute you, and it makes the noises to let you know which state you toggled. I can't express how much easier this makes my workdays, and I never want to be on a call without them. Plus, the transparency mode makes me feel less deaf when I'm talking on the phone with both buds in, so I don't feel the need to always take one bud out when I'm on the phone, like with the Sony's. The only reason I held back the 5th star is because they hurt to sleep with or just completely fall out and then you have to find where the earbud went. Outside of that (which they were never really intended for I guess), they’re perfect! Great sound, long lasting, small enough case to bring anywhere. If you don’t have a pair, you should jump on it! By that I mean they will randomly stop working and I’ll have to take them out of my ears, return BOTH of them to the case, then take them out again to get them to reconnect. Sometimes I’ll even have to press that little button on the back of the case to get this to happen. You’d think with this happening so much that I’m using an off-brand product, but no…I’m using 2 Apple products that ironically don’t work well together. Joy!-Poor Siri integration. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Like I’ll get a phone call and she’s like “would you like to answer?” and I’ll say “answer” in like 10 different ways, even screaming ANSWER, and she won’t answer the call. Thanks Siri you lazy bum. Having a completely hands-free phone experience was one of the main reasons I bought these buds, but it only works when it feels like it.- Strange and inconsistent charging. I can’t tell you how many times it has just decided that it’s not going to charge ONE earbud. I charge it all night, wake up, and one earbud is completely dead while the case and the other bud are at 100%. And the worst part is I can’t figure out WHY. The uncharged bud seems to have been seated correctly and there’s no debris blocking the contacts, but I guess it just didn’t feel like charging that night. So when I plug them in at night I’m always wondering what results I’ll get in the morning!- Volume control by stroking the stem sucks. It has to be done in an extremely specific way that I haven’t mastered even a year in. It’s like with the way the buds naturally sit in your ear you almost have to reach between the stem and your head to control the volume which is just so terrible. The good:-Sound seems good. Not that I care…I’ve never been an audiophile or anything.-Noise cancellation is great. Can turn even loud noises into dull ones.- Comfortable. I’ve NEVER been wearing these and felt like I needed to take them out because they are hurting my ears.In closing…very disappointed. I figured by gen 2 all the kinks would be worked out, but far from it. These buds are just one issue after another. I won’t be buying AirPods ever again after this horrible experience, and you shouldn’t either! Less

The sound clarity is the best I've heard. I like the in ear fitting and they come with 4 sizes to ensure you can obtain the correct fit. The AirPods have good battery life and the air pod case provides charging on the move. The case itself is very small and easy to carry with you wherever you go. The case can be charged simultaneously with the AirPods via USB-C (cable provided) or through a MagSafe charger. The AirPods provide controls on the stems which are easy to use. Another feat that is simple to achieve. The AirPods provide selectable noise cancelling and two other modes namely adaptive audio and transparency mode. They can be used as a hearing aid. A hearing aid test can be performed using the AirPods and a link to an apple hearing test routine via your iPhone. It works very well and matched quite closely to my own actual hearing test results.I was fortunate to purchase these AirPods when they were price discounted. Even at the full price they are a worthy product. Less

Really nice for talking too, I wish the “pause” for conversation was a little longer but maybe that’s an adjustment I can make and just haven’t yet. Easy to charge with a usb-c or wireless charger. I love Apple and there products, I just hate that they create and release new products every year. When you buy a macbook from them the create a newer more powerful version and release it the very next year. I was annoyed by that but hey... its business, so I get it. Also they do allow trade-ins so I guess that is pretty cool but lets be real for a min, Apple products are unmatched. If you do any music or film, you already know what time it is. If you are wondering if you should get these airpods, the answer is yes or just wait until the new Airpod Pro 3 earbuds are released. Overall, super happy with my purchase!!! Several nights, instead of turning on the TV, I've used my AirPods and MacBook to watch shows and avoid waking my wife.We both use them at the gymn and have sized them so there is no danger of losing them. Follow the setup/fitting procedures and you won't have a problem. It's also easy to adjust between completely filtering all noise to having the ability to hear conversations. Charging is fast. The sound is incredible. You will hear musical instruments in familiar songs that you've never heard before. So bottom line, if you're older, and like us reluctant to purchase these, buy them. The hearing test will cost more than AirPods and these have so many features. Really glad we bought these. Less

This is pretty much the same thing that an audiologist will do. It uses that to calibrate the phones to your hearing. What amazes me most is that these function similarly to an "in-ear" monitor like the ones that performing musicians use. Since the plug essentially occludes the ear canal, you get about 20+ dB of sound reduction right off. You can set the buds to 3 different sound management settings. Not only do you get a reduction of the sound levels to below the danger zone, the buds will set the eQ of what the band is playing so you get an enhanced image based on your baseline audiogram. This is a major enhancement over any other passive hearing protection. I did replace the stock bud tips in favor of a memory foam tip which is comfortable and improves the function. Less

I use them at the gym, to make phone calls, at work, pretty much anywhere I can get away with it! The sound quality on them are unmatched and I didn’t even realize little earbuds could have so much bass, but these do in a way that will leave you mesmerized! Being able to control the volume with the buds and all the new technology that’s packed in these are a good selling point compared to the AirPod Pros 1st gen. You can even use them to replace your hearing aids! I would recommend these earbuds to anyone who has a iPhone, the money to blow on them, and anyone who likes quality. With that being said, I’m excited to see what Apple has in store for the next set of earbuds! Less

When I returned this, the associate from our local BB store said I should’ve been given a price match. It’s just a frustrating experience overall. Who knows, maybe the online chat customer service rep wasn’t knowledgeable at all and still needed some extra training. What I miss is the multipoint, which is useful so I can hear my music in my personal phone and be able to answer business calls. All in all, I recommend them if you get them at a good prices as I did, $249 USD is a little on the expensive side. detailedReviews 57: content: I've had the AirPods Pro 2 for quite a while now and they are super convenient as an iPhone and iPad owner. You can easily switch between both devices instantly. That to me is their stand out feature. The noise cancelling is great too, managing to block out noises effectively. I use these to sleep in too to block out any unwanted noise. Perhaps could be a little more effective when travelling on a plane, but I'm comparing this to over ear cans so maybe a little unfair. I feel a bit underwhelmed by the sound, there is nothing bad about them, they're very clear but just lack the punch I like from deeper bass. I have also found the case can easy scratch and has become full of swirl marks like a car going through a car wash. Finally, sometimes I have found the right ... It is not perfect, by any stretch, but for the sheer convenience and form factor of airpods, the fact that that level of noise cancellation at all is seriously impressive.Aside from that though, there’s the new added touch features on the stem, like swiping up and down to raise and lower the volume, a feature I figured I would never use, but have come to find that I actually walk away from my phone and need to lower audio much more frequently than I thought, especially when using the new adaptive transparency mode.I think this is probably the biggest feature for me, the regular transparency mode on the originals (still available on the pro 2’s) was fantastic, but the adaptive mode actively attenuates loud noises around you while attempting to boost things you might wanna be hearing, like a direct conversation. The tech for this isn’t all the way there; the speed at which the noise cancellation kicks in is noticeably slower than you’d like it to be, but maybe the next gen of the pros, especially with Apples new AI tech, we’ll start to see a real breakthrough in the adaptive audio. Despite this, I find myself walking around in adaptive mode pretty constantly in my day to day life.Ultimately, we’re pretty close to the point where , I’d imagine, a 3rd gen of the pros will be released, so I’d wait for now to see if the feature set for those is worth splurging on the New Product Pricing for, otherwise, if it bumps the price down on these even more, you might not even need anything else. I guess it does this to communicate battery level. The problem is this causes bluetooth interference (stuttering) when I try to listen to music in my car. It's maddening. I tried putting the case inside a metal box, as a faraday cage. Didn't work. Maybe the problem is my car is a 2010 with an old version of bluetooth. So now I am forced to connect to my car with a cable to listen to music/podcasts when I have my AirPods with me. Less

For the first time in over 20 years I heard an owl hoot from the woods behind my home. The hoot was in perfect fidelity and the spatial audio told me the exact location of the owl. The sound quality was perfect. As I procededed I heard a car coming down the street. Again the spaceial audio gave me the car's location relative to myself. I heard the auto from over a block away, giving me a warning or the cars approch. The spatial audio pinpoints sounds no mater where they are. This is a great safety feature when I go on walks.Next I heard my next door neighbor call me. I turned and had a conversation with him. The conversation boost focus used the active noise cancellation to zoom in on his voice. Again, for the first time in over 20 years I carried on a conversation with someone where I could understand and comprehend everything said. At this time I realized my isolation was over.Later that afternoon I took a walk. A flock of geese flew over me. Another lost sound from years past. The fidelity was amazing and I knew exactly where to look to see the geese.Still on the walk I turned my iphone to my personnel Apple Music channel. Listening to the music I found that I could still hear all the surrounding sounds. As I passed an old friend on the road I stopped to talk. The conversation boost and adaptive audio slowly lowered the volume of the music I was listening to and shifted the spacial focus to the conversation. After I said goodbye to my music slowly returned. At the same time the 360 degree background magically returned. I was surounded by my world again. My isolation dissappeared again. On Dec 1st I woke up and got ready to go to church. One of the first things I did put the AirPods in. I could hear the news and weather on my TV. Another discovery of the past in full fidelity. My wife plays the Organ at Church. Before the service she started playing the organ. The music was perfect. Then it happened. I could hear the rustling of the page as she turned the sheet music. It is Dec 6th now and I've discovered lost sound after lost sound all week. I know I will discover many more sounds of my past as I begin my new journey, no longer isolated from the world. I purchase a second set of Airpods Pro 2. The batteries need to be recharged in their case after about 5.5 hours use, 50 minutes charge time, so I don't have to re-enter audio isolation, I just put in the spare. The case has it's own rechargeable magsafe battery that has enough charge to recharge the AirPods thirty hours. Buyer beware when opting for open box to try to save a few dollars because you probably aren’t getting what you paid for. Just an example of BB caring more about money than customers. I’m so disappointed!!! Less

Sound is much better and, for mild-moderate hearing loss, these work really well in a lot of circumstances. The case has an internal battery that charges the Pods when they are stored. I find that greatly extends the usable batter life of the Pods. The sound cancelation feature is a big bonus. Speaking will temporarily turn on the hearing aid function and turn that off. Fixed Spatial Audio (think Dolby Atmos) is definitely worth turning on for a “wider” soundstage. It comes with several rubber tips for different ear sizes, and you can do a fit test through your iPhone (the standard ones were a good fit for me).And because of these tips, I do believe they stay in your ear better than the standard AirPods. I’ve only dropped an AirPod twice in probably close to a year of having them while on the go.Connectivity is excellent, and relatively seamless. I’ve connected it to my iPhone, MacOS, Nintendo Switch seamlessly. The only issue I had was connecting it to Windows 10, but a quick Windows update fixed that. That says more about my rapidly aging computer and how much I use it, more than it says about the AirPods though.I do love the sound quality, especially with the Spatial Audio on. I’ve never been one to follow trends, and always have been a “budget audiophile”, trying to find the best sounding headphones (usually under $100) for the price. While these definitely aren’t “budget”, the sound, wireless connectivity, ease of use, and portability combined, definitely justify the price. Less

With wind there’s a little howling but it’s wind what can you do, from the short time I’ve had them it works great. There’s also a conversation mode which lets you try and talk to people even with noise cancellation on, it takes a second to kick in but once it works it’s pretty great, nearly muting the music so you don’t have to pause it. also there’s transparency mode which lets pretty much anything and everything in as clear as it can be, if you focus on your voice when speaking you can tell there’s a little weirdness but you really have to know what your listening for because overall it’s as if you’ve took them out your ears that’s how clear they are. There’s adaptive mode aswell which I’ve looked at but I need to get a better understanding on what it does best to recommend it.Aswell as all these great features the case also has a few, it can be found using iPhones find my as it has a chip in it to locate it down to its exact location, and if you can’t do that for any reason there’s a sound option as the case has speakers, so if you activate the sound it’ll cherp so you can try and locate it from the sound. Theres also an added lanyard hole if you’d like to use it although I don’t think I’ll have any use for it.Overall these things are well worth the price and I’d definitely recommend these if you like in ear wireless earbuds, although if not there’s always other options elsewhere! I feel like these Airpods have opened a new door to me that has joy, love, color, rhythm and life behind it that had faded for me a long time ago.I can't suggest you to get a pair, it is probably not a good idea if you don't have the time to lose yourself for hours everyday in a self indulgent joy ride of ecstasy that takes what used to background music and turns it in to a spiritual invitation for you soul to share to spirit of those that have created this magic! I’m very disappointed that it is not readily shown that the policy is 15 days for Apple products like that and I was told it’s even less of a return policy for the actual iPhone This should be something it’s much clearer to be seen as organized as they are for me to order it online and pick it up finding all my receipts and information on the Target app so I give this a one star very disappointed now because I couldn’t return it in less than in 30 days. I’m trying to have my credit one American Express return them a refund me due to having $208 worth of AirPods that I purchased and aren’t even good now after less than 30 days, sad face. Less

I LOVE the Adaptive Audio mode and conversation awareness features - and although it's weird to talk about when it comes to headphones, a volume control slider.Pros:- Adaptive Audio, Conversation Awareness- More bass than first generation- A serious revamp to Noise Cancellation- USB-C Charging Case (also MagSafe, Apple Watch charger compatible)- Hands-free approach to read or dismiss notifications read by SiriCons:- Battery life suffers when Adaptive Audio, Conversation Awareness are enabled- There seems to be some issues where audio and connection seems to cut out or get disturbed at random times- Conversation awareness seems to overcompensate a lot
