snippets: I would say avoid it. I have used two bottles of this one made for dry skin and one for oily skin. There's literally no difference between the two. Even the ingredients are 99% same with two being different from the 'made for oily' one. Because both were insufficient for my dry skin i gave it to my sister she completely used it up to the last drop. It worked for her. She has oily skin too and struggles with adolescent acne. She used these even in winters. No problem she suffered. She enjoyed it as it's expensive too. I still have the empty bottle. It has fragrance, not very strong but not mild either. Has a gel like texture. None of them shall work for dry skin. Although, it didn't cause any issue to us, i am stating to ignore it because first it's price point, its priced too much for what you shall be achieving, second is fragrance and it may irritate your skin due to this reason as you said yours is acne prone.
