detailedReviews 2: content: To start, I have tried a lot of sleep aid products... and I really do mean a LOT. My sleeping issues have been chromic for most of my adult life. Though tempted, I have stayed away from going down the prescription sleep aid route; habit forming along with added addiction issues. None have really worked, at least not for any length of time. Those that contain diphenhydramine have been the most effective, but only for short periods of time, then I need to break away for a while before I can effectively use them again. Lately there have been a lot of reports that long term use of diphenhydramine is linked to dementia, which is a major concern for me as I am definitely into my later years.
Anyway, I came upon these and they really seem to help me fall asleep. I had my doubts after my long list of failures (they take up a substantial portion of my medication shelf), but I have really found these gummies to be effective. For anyone else who has gone down the rabbit hole of sleep remedies I can definitely recommend these gummies as something you should at least try. Others have sworn by other remedies and told me to try them, but for me they simply didn't work and maybe these wont work for everyone. But for someone who has seemingly tried them all... this one has really helped me.

I’m not as big of a fan of the taste and texture of the adult version for the kids; however, they do work just as well but are a bit stronger. These are a great option for anyone that struggles with pills as the taste is pleasant. They work rather well as long as you give them a chance. I find taking them and lying down in bed and reading a book has been the most effective way to use these.
I find that if I try and watch TV after taking these, I have a little bit harder time falling asleep versus reading my book. All that said, I would give these a try if you were looking for a melatonin supplement.
