snippets: Spider-Man Jordan Ones glow in the dark so I just got these in from the early release on Nike and I had to try them out to see if they really do glow in the dark because I'm planning to wear these to see the new Spider-Man movie when it comes out and I had to see if my shoes were going to be too bright for the theater so checking these out they're designed with Spider-Man's colors in mind and from far away they look like a classic Chicago Jordan one but when you get up close you start to notice a ton of interesting details like the shoe is made of a bunch of different materials like patent leather and this 3D looking material but when you look at the outsole it doesn't seem like it would glow in the dark since it just looks pretty normal so I wanted to try using my camera flashlight to see if that would charge them up since that works on some of Nike's other glow-in-the-dark shoes but after trying that out it just wasn't working so I was starting to think maybe they just don't glow in the dark but I wanted to try one more thing to see if natural sunlight could do the trick so taking them outside I let them sit for just a minute then took them back inside and they actually do glow in the dark

snippets: the main body or all of the overlays that you see like all of the black stuff that you you see all over the shoe those are actually neoprene panels which is really weird but this stuff is super comfortable on foot so if you have not worn neoprene before or maybe haven't you just didn't know something like the air harachi the runner and the b-ball version The Air Jordan 7 The Air Jordan 6 the Air Jordan 8 all of their internal booty sleeves are very neoprene-like it's just really comfortable on foot now the rest of the material that you see especially these patches is actually made out of a TPU based rip stop so you got rip stop on there which is really lightweight that's the stuff that they make parachutes out of and then they coated it in TPU so that it stays stronger and everything so it's more of a like a utilitarian approach, one of the other cool things that they did on here was actually the lining it looks like it's perforated but it's kind of dimpled and it feels like memory foam and that next to all of the neoprene like I wish that I could wear these because they feel like they're hella comfortable
