detailedReviews 2: content: I will start this review with this: this isn’t my first Apple Watch. Not even my second. It is my third. The series 3, then the series 5. Now, finally, the 46mm series 10. I honestly wanted to give this watch a 3 star review. Just slightly above average. Just at 60% instead of the 80% I decided on. The reason I got this watch, isn’t even a reason I can use this watch for because of some stupid legal crap between Apple and whomever owns the patent they allegedly used for the blood oxygen app. The reason I upgraded my watch after 3 1/2 years and the feature is no longer available. Apple makes billions every year, I think they can fairly pay the patent holder to use the tech they built in to their watch, seeing that there are those of us that found ourselves in need of that very feature for our own safety.
Not much separates this watch from the five as far as health features go. I did benefit upgrading to the 46mm from the 44. I have a big wrist and big fingers. Typing on the 44 was a pain. Playing around with apps on there was frustrating. When I can’t dictate a text response because I’m in an area where I don’t want to be heard, elevator/restroom/movie/bad date, typing it out was terrible on the tiny keyboard. It’s amazing what 2mm more provides. Bigger keyboard for better typing. The communication between the watch and the phone is faster and when I go out of range of my phone, my Titanium case cellular watch automatically connects to the network quickly. Unlike on the series 5, which I had to constantly turn the watch off and back on to realize the phone was nowhere nearby, the series 10 was on the cellular network almost immediately. Also, I can select playing audio without having to only rely on linked speakers or AirPods. The apps I have that can allow me to browse the web on my watch seem to work better. I also noticed that the series 10 took the current watch OS. The series 5 didn’t.
Those are what earned that extra star. But I really hope someone takes advantage of that oxygen sensor, since the app is still there I know the tech is still in the phone.

Apple have made it very simple to access and use.
Battery life fantastic day and a half before a notification to charge it. The charging is 30min. I bought the vinyl strap, with silver watch.
So after saying I'd not buy an Apple Watch again, I did, and living happily with the S10 and absolutely no regrets.
Bought from JL as it was a better price by far than anywhere else.
Purchased AppleCare+*^ once I had the watch set up.

It works perfectly, and I adore the new jet black color. I got a cover and a wristband off of Amazon. I love that I can change the wristband to match different outfits and moods.
I’ve had a series 7 and a series 9 Apple Watch, and this is my favorite, however I do miss the blood oxygen feature my series 9 had… but I can easily live without it.
The battery has a little to be desired, but I still can go a whole day with one charge. The fact that I have the always on display does drain the battery faster, which is my own fault that I like it better that way.
I highly recommend this Apple Watch.

The battery life is the biggest improvement, on low power mode and even with daily 1 hour lifting workouts I can get about 3 days off of one full charge. The dictation is improved, the sleek black colorway looks so much better than the slate, and there is no distinction where the screen ends and the bezel begins. My only suggestion is that if you are a male and lift weights, get the large band. Even at the most open setting, my arms were ready to pop the band off. I was able to use my large Nike band from my old Series 5, which has made this watch perfect . The Nike band in black is the best band Apple offers at the moment.

The bezzle takes a second to get used to i.e. what it does and how to access settings etc, however, the overall device is one I cannot be without and it is light enough that I don't notice it when I sleep. Two downsides, however, are the battery time compared to Samsung (1 days vs 3 days) and the fact that the step count can only be included on the watch face if a separate complication is downloaded. Since purchasing the watch 2 months ago, I have gotten used to both "issues" and can say that I will recommend the watch going forward.

The band is nice too but slightly short when slipping over my hands but fits my wrist perfectly. The display is almost exactly as big as my old series 6 or fools me it is. As with all Apple Watches, I have to charge it up every other day. I do turn it off every night too. Some day they’ll invent a battery that lasts weeks or months or a year like my old non-smart watches used to do but that day is not today. My main use is time, fitness tracking and getting message alerts I can check quickly. I always have in it silent hepatic mode so only I know when a message comes in. Oh, I did set it up as a car key which is wild.

With the amount of features and updates that have come out since, I decided it was time to upgrade to the new one and it has been fantastic! The battery lasts for the whole day and night, and charges in about an hour. The features like fitness tracking works great, but could do better about recommending to “end workout” for exercises like the bike just because your arms aren’t moving. The color is super cute, even though the band is slightly lighter than the older versions. It’s quite expensive for a watch but, considering the life span that it has, I think it’s definitely worth it!

I have no screen protector or case and it’s been surviving a fair few bumps to the watchface no problem. I think I’d have to take a hit that would bruise my arm in order to damage this watch.
The battery life is great. Charging it while I’m in the shower and while I’m driving to work or at a desk is more that enough to keep this thing above 70% almost all of the time.
My one complaint is that, as a flashlight, it’s not that bright, but, given where I work, it still has plenty of utility as an “always available” flashlight being on my wrist. Always being able to use “find my” is also super nice.

Tested for over 1 month before reviewing. 4/5 because the watch had a small scratch on the screen upon unboxing (see photos). Otherwise everything is working fine. Sleep apnea detection doesn't work in the PH but I should've checked before purchasing. Other features like ECG, heart rate, and sleep monitoring all working perfectly. Workout detection also works, and it syncs perfectly with my workout app (Strong). Battery life is good too. I can go a full day without charging. Paired fine with my iPhone 15 Pro. Definitely an upgrade from my Apple Watch SE 2. Packaged well and shipped quickly.

The second one the battery was fine one day and the next it wouldn’t hold a charge, then the touchscreen stopped responding. After the first watch I bought Apple care, they did the diagnostic and agreed to send a replacement. Two weeks later I still don’t have the replacement. After four phone calls I was finally told that it’s out of stock and they will send a replacement when they get more in.
Their attitude is basically too bad and there is nothing you can do about it.
They need to change their branding to “Apple I don’t Care”. Customer service is dead

I am very satisfied with this. I used to have a Fitbit, but it didn't integrate as well, and since it was bought by Google,I've had problems. This works much better. I had been considering a Garmin, but when this went on sale for £100 off, it seemed inevitable.

The only thing I would like to see is better support from third-party apps. For example, I have four transit apps for train and bus travel on my phone that aren't supported on the Apple Watch. Some fun watch faces are available as standard.
Have not worked out the alarm clock system yet and it seems to run independently of my iPhone.
Battery life is not quite as good as the Samsung, but as it seems to be more feature heavy, this is within acceptable limits. Easy to charge whilst getting ready for work.

The refurbished they showed me that “I ordered” at the store was the wrong color and band completely. Long story short on the situation, I was able to return it for store credit and buy the one I wanted same day. I wouldn’t have been able to get it if I had to wait for the refund to the bank. Huge shout out to the best buy team at the Mayfair location in Milwaukee, WI and the Brookfield outlet location nearby! They fixed everything, answered my first timer questions so great, and I wouldnt have ended up with this beautiful easy to use watch without them!! I am a little slower with tech but this 10 has taken me so much less time to figure out how to use properly than usual. I did compare it to the refurbished 9 I almost just took home, but the 10 is thinner and for the same price I got a brand new upgraded bigger face watch. Warning for ordering online though - do not do it with refurbished products! Its not the store’s fault, they cant see what they were sent or its labeled wrong. Always buy refurbished in store!

I was quite excited to give and considering the price of this I think I was expecting more from it.
I found that to get the watch how I wanted I'd have to download so many different third-party apps and it was getting rather confusing.
There seemed to be so many different guides to read just to get the watch set up and the more I was reading, the more complicated it sounded and I was just getting overwhelmed by it all.
When doing the research for the watch, I wasn't aware of all the guides I'd need to read.
I didn't want to be going into all these different apps just to check different stats just to get what I wanted from it.
To be honest, if keeping the watch I would've found it more time-consuming than it needed to be because I didn't know what app I needed for what and yes I probably could've taken the time to learn this but then that's using a lot more memory on my phone.
I just wanted a simple smart watch that could be set up quickly, without having to go into third-party apps to see different stats.
Also one thing I didn't check ahead as I didn't realise it would be an issue, but apparently the battery life would only last up to 18 hours or 36 hours on low power mode.
I'm not sure whats involved in the low power mode but I feel I would've spent more time charging the watch than required.
So obviously everyone wants different things from their watch, but I have to admit this watch wasn't for me.

The slightly larger case - 42mm (against 41mm on the 9) is not noticeable at all due to the slimmer profile. The gold colour is a soft gold and looks very elegant. The Milanese loop fits small to medium sized wrists. Since purchasing this watch a few weeks ago there have been regular software updates that add even more functionality and security. It is easy to add the Apple Wallet app so that card payments can be made by a couple of taps on the watch and waving it over contactless card readers.
Apple Watch Series 10 requires iOS 18 so Apple iPhones that currently are on iOS 17 will be able to update to iOS 18.
Although the watch offers cellular connectivity it is not necessary to have an eSIM contract provided the paired Apple iPhone is close by so that the watch can connect via the iPhone's Wi-Fi connection or the iPhone's 4G/5G SIM card.
Setting up the watch is achieved by pairing it with an Apple iPhone using the Watch app that is already installed on the iPhone.
More than one watch can be paired and required apps and multiple watch faces can be selected for the watch display.
For health and fitness tracking there are so many options available and together with all the other apps make this a very versatile watch. Yes, it is expensive but the build quality and with all the apps available together with the regular software updates that Apple offers, I think it's worth it.

All of the functions of the Series 10 Apple Watch integrate perfectly with an iPhone including answering phone calls. It has never lost connection with the phone. Also, many of the apps you use on your iPhone link to or have a version on the watch.
The 42mm case is almost exactly the same size as my previous fitness tracker. The sport loop uses a hook-and-eye fastening system that makes it infinitely adjustable. However, the band is always fastened to the watch as a loop so it can be a bit tight when slipping it over your hand. Folks with larger hands might want to opt for the 44mm version for the longer band.
Everything you have heard about battery life is correct. You get something around 2 days of use if you disable the always on display before you have to charge the battery. That said, you can recharge the battery to 80% in around 30 minutes. Charge it during the time it takes you to get ready in the morning and it will be ready to go. Even tracking hikes with GPS mapping has not caused the watch to run out of charge.
Finally, there is a good selection of watch faces available from Apple. In addition to the time, most of the faces display several bits of information you want to see, like current temperature, and they can be customized from a menu of options.

This was an impulse purchase purely due to Black Friday pricing and my small bank of discount coupons that I had accrued over time. Honestly, I didn't NEED a new Apple Watch. I don't even use all of the fancy health features and what not because I'm a sedentary person. I am just a practical person who appreciates tangible upgraded features. For me, it is the larger and thinner watch face, but mostly the fact that the watch face stays on all the time. I can't tell you how many times I would get aggravated with my SE model when I didn't flick my wrist just right for it to illuminate just so I could check the time. I really enjoy being able to just look down at my wrist and see the time like what a normal watch provides. Another noticeable difference is speed. Obviously the Series 10 has an upgraded processor over the original SE, and it really shows when swapping from the messages app to the email app, etc. and I no longer experience "skipping" when scrolling on the face. Battery life is far superior over the SE model. With the SE, I'd get a low battery alarm by 8 or 9pm after wearing it all day. With the Series 10, I haven't seen it drop below 50% after wearing it all day. That is quite an impressive difference. Overall, this a great watch, especially knowing that it's the latest and greatest.

Despite having the Series 7 most recently, my few months with this watch have comforted me and soothes my initial concern with this purchase. I’m a frugal guy and I genuinely recommend this watch to all Apple Watch SE users and those using the models that came out before the ninth generation watch. Love the new embedded features like the “double tap” to end a call ability my new watch is compatible with. Seamless use between my iPhone, watch, and my airpods. One honest critique is that the brightness of the watch appears to be equal to my series 7 watch i had prior as opposed to being a step-up from it. Nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase and Im sure this will be my watch for years to come

The GPS + Cellular is the real freedom here — I can leave my phone behind for runs or errands and still get calls, texts, and music. Works exactly as it should.
If you’re on an older model, this is a big step up — thinner, lighter, bigger screen. If you’re on Series 9, it’s not a revolution but the comfort and fast charging might still tempt you.
Only gripe? Battery life still doesn’t come close to some Garmin beasts, but that’s the Apple tradeoff.
Overall, I’d absolutely recommend the Series 10 if you’re deep in the Apple ecosystem and want the best watch they’ve made so far. Four stars from me — worth it.

First off, the charging speed is definitely faster, it’s a great improvement, especially for someone who's always on the go (or at least pretending to be).
But, here’s the catch.. If you’re an early adopter like me, finding a good case, you'll be stuck with verty basic ones until more case makers join the party. The options are... sparse, to say the least.
Now, let’s talk watch faces. I learned a little too late that Apple doesn’t allow third-party watch faces. Yep, you're stuck with their preset ones. So if you're dreaming of something more creative or personal, like maybe a watch face that’s a pizza slice slowly eaten as the day progresses, or a Casio style looking watch face, you’re out of luck. Apple has locked that door, and it’s a bit frustrating. Just a heads-up to anyone jumping into the Apple Watch world: Apple does not currently allow developers to come up with third party watch faces.
Oh, and speaking of limitations—music! You can listen to music on the watch, but here's the thing: Apple Music only. If you’re like me and prefer Spotify, it won't work. Why would they limit that feature? Makes no sense to me. It would also be a nice plus if you could watch YouTube videos on it, I mean, the technology is there!
On the bright side, it still looks sleek, and I love using the sports mode to track my calories during workouts. Whether it’s actually accurate? Who knows! But it makes me feel better about all the post-workout snacks.
All in all, the Apple Watch 10 has some nice perks, but there are still those little things I wish Apple would tweak. Like, come on Apple, let me set it up from my Mac already!

The gold screams elegant, higher quality, and just overall excellence. The band compliments the watch incredibly and the screen display is much brighter and beautiful. If you’re having trouble deciding on arm band sizes like I did, do your research. If you have a thin wrist like me, the small medium fits perfectly with the end of the band falling at the bottom of your wrist. Getting the medium large will have the band end at the side of the wrist. Which is also doable, yet you get two different looks. Definitely recommend. Don’t sleep on this watch. And yes you can use it without the cellular option if you’re going based on looks alone.

Since I was traveling a long distance the next day I was very stressed out and wanted the watch for my trip for many reasons but was forced to wait til I got back home. While on my trip my phone stopped working thanks to the AT&T agent I saw before returning the watch to Best Buy. I had to switch service carriers to Verizon because I needed a phone while traveling and there were no AT&T stores or Apple Stores where I was. I needed a phone so people could get ahold of me and I could use the maps so I knew how to get where I was going. At the same time I switched my phone carrier to Verizon, I bought the same Apple watch from Verizon that I retuned to Best Buy. just not the unlocked version and it has worked great since I bought it. It even connected to my iPhone 15 pro max. I like all the features of the watch. I would not buy an unlocked version again but would suggest buying the version through whatever mobile phone service provider you are using. Positive aspects of watch: It is convenient to not have to take your phone outside when you can just wear the watch and still get text messages, emails, calls etc. The battery has a much longer life than previous models. I have been able to wear it for almost 2 days before having to charge it. Display is clear. Volume could be louder but it’s ok. Just don’t buy unlocked version as it may not connect to your phone.

So I purchased the 42 mm and it fits like a glove! ~~ The set up time took no time at all! I just have to delete my old series 4 watch from my IPhone then pair my NEW series 10 with my IPhone it was a snap!
Now then with all that said ~ here goes! I need to go ta the Apple Store and have the tech reverse the face of the watch to have the speakers facing toward the wrist NOT my elbow! No big deal! I’ll just trike over: 6 miles and then back home! ~ I don’t like the extra stripes for they are to short for my wrist and hard to handle! No big deal, for I will just not use them! Now my Biggest complaint is that I now need to get a different / new plug that will accommodate the new electrical charging cord, this was not mentioned in the presentation! This plug should be included with the package! If not for this, I would have given: 5 stars!

I also found the display brightness a bit higher comparing with series 7, which is definitely a plus in sunny Virginia. It also seems that speaker sounds louder, and sound quality is definitely better.
In short words everything about series 10 Apple watch looks like a step forward. No any complains so far. In general, the quality of the product appears to be on the same high mark as everything Apple. Highly recommended!

I'm certainly not going to get the Ultra watch seeing my wife's series 10. My Fenix 8 Amoled is still undisputed even if it cant help me find my iphone or talk to siri (not that I need it). I prefer the 2-3 week battery life anyday over the 1-day on the Apple watch or maybe 2-3 day on the ultra.
350fr for just a fancy screen stuck to your wrist which needs to be charged often is not a selling point for most I suppose. Unless you are a die-hard apple fan.

Overall, I could have just paid to change the battery and kept the series 7, but the upgrades I've described are very nice and I decided even though not revolutionary, they are worth it instead of paying for a new battery. If you want to save money, upgrade the battery on your series 7 because it's still a lovely watch and the new upgrades although nice are not huge. If you want to invest and fancy some small but nice upgrades and a new battery, get the series 10. If you don't have an Apple watch at all then I would say just get the series 10.

After a bit of time, I settled on a watch face that I use almost exclusively (the lunar face with digital time and seconds that light up around the circle). I think finding a watch face you like is particularly important.
Being able to look at the time without having to look at my phone is great, as is the ability to check how many seconds have passed in a given minute.
I appreciate being able to look at my watch from an angle, though I don’t know any different since the Series 10 is my first Apple watch. I can read the time even if my watch is almost flat against my vision.
It’s worth getting a protective case for your watch. I liked my watch so much that I got my mom one; we both had cases. The cases were cracked around the same time and easily replaced with new cases. Much better than a watch repair.
Texts and the heart rate monitor are my most used features. It’s also great at showing the time

In conventional wrist watches, 38 to 40mm are considered standard mens sizes and above 45mm is considered ginormous. The last couple years the trend has been towards smaller sizes.
Other than the size, it's an Apple watch. No suprises. I personally would not buy it except for the health monitoring features. The Snoopy dial/face is kind of cool, but the others are a bit disappointing. Most of the analog ones lack hour markers, which makes the time extremely hard to read on a square watch face.
It was never hard taking my phone out of my pocket, so I do not consider the notifications and alerts to be any kind win relative to having another device to charge daily.
Typically good Apple quality, of course.

It’s a basic watch. The only reason I purchased watch was due to previous watch breaking. I was trying to hold out for Apple to come out with something that lasts through at least a weekend on regular mode!
I am not a racer, but workout 5x a week and mainly monitor mileage. A good wrist band makes a difference in wrist comfort.

I'll reconsider my purchases from here on out.

The pairing rarely ever drops, so if you have an iPhone, this is the watch for you. If you have bigger arms or hands, you may want the 46.
The workout settings are near perfect- usually within 0.02 miles of the treadmill indoors and the stats for outside are excellent. The build quality is good, the sport loop is surprisingly comfortable. It is very light and I often forget it is on my wrist. I can take and answer messages and calls with ease.
The only issue I've had so far is the screen durability. I would recommend putting a screen protector on to prevent scratches, which can easily happen.

The screen is great and easy to read outdoors. The new thinness over the previous model is noticeable but also the cause of one of my annoyances. The new model is flatter so it sits lower on your wrist. This causes the crown to be easily press when you flex your wrist which can activate Siri, or worse yet cancel a wake-up alarm.
My only other disappointment is with the always displayed second hand. This only works on one the two newest watch faces, not the dozens of carryover ones. That was the reason I justified upgrading but that is on me for not researching more.

My previous Apple Watches would constantly stop during my workouts as I started to sweat - extremely annoying. I also tend to have an issue with the readings in general since I have tattoos where the watch rests. Either the larger size helped in improving the readings on tattoos or this one reads differently than the series 7. I’m no expert, so I’m not sure which it is. Either way, I’m glad I made the upgrade!

When I open the sealed it just peeled off as it seemed to have been repasted previously. Ideally it should get torn off. Apple sealing the boxes is not trustworthy anymore this paper seal comes off as if someone has repasted the same with glue. Even small manufacturers like Motorola or Vivo have very strong factory seals with hologram. You get the know whether the new product was reopened earlier by seller or reseller, resealed again. See images below with this post. Watch in paper envelope had thumb stain. Didn’t give brand new product feel. Although warranty for full 1 year received when I activated the device. Faulty packaging.

I am so upset that they are refusing to resolve this issue and not taking it serious. It is no way best buy inverstigate this issue in just a couple hours, It just does not make any sense i spent over $460 and my money is just gone and best buy refuse to help. I recommend not buying any products and getting it ship. Just try avoid the hassle.

When the used Apple Watch arrived, it was full of fingerprints and the underside was dirty. The worst part is the blue bands. There are skin cells or sweat marks leftover from the previous owner. For an item listed as in excellent condition, I expected a cleaned piece. Evidently BestBuy staff could not be bothered to at least wipe the watch down with a cloth and some rubbing alcohol before packaging it back up to resale. I won't be purchasing open box again from BestBuy.

This new one is 1mm bigger than the old. One thing I really like is that the glass seems to have a magnifying effect, so the text appears much larger on this screen even though the screen isn't that much bigger than my old watch. I like the Apple band. This has a lot of apps to pair with your phone easily. The only thing I keep sending them feedback to improve is the workout app. It is not as good as FitBit or Microsoft Band at detecting workout activity. Those other brands have much better battery life (5 days) than Apple too, but this Apple watch battery lasts 2 days where my old Apple watch was 1 day. You can get this as a good addition to your Apple stuff. It works well that way.

I drove 30 miles to the nearest Best Buy that Sunday but they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. They checked other stores - no luck. They said I’d have to order it online. I ordered it and my husband was supposed to be home 3-17-25 so he could sign for it, but he had to go work out of state. I rescheduled the delivery for CVS but it wasn’t there. I found the UPS driver on the road and he found my watch in the back of his truck. All of that was why I drove to Best Buy - to avoid chasing down a UPS driver on the road. The watch is great. I would’ve rather purchased at the store and had it a week earlier.

Apple Watch is always worth it if you don’t have one and use an Apple interface as everything flows easily but if you already have a reasonably recent model replace the battery as there isn’t that much difference in my experience

I don’t particularly like the fact that it leaves marks on my wrist and itches, but it may just be because i use it all the time, otherwise i would rate the comfort 5 stars. Switching between the wrists instead of having just on my left has been my solution for this.
Right wrist for sleep monitoring and left for everything else.
Cant speak much on durability, because again, 1 month of use.
Overall, good purchase for Me.

The screen glass still scratches pretty easily (I got a huge gouge in the glass after brushing against a brick wall) so a screen protector or case might be necessary for people using this in an active setting, but overall the shiny jet black color hasn't really seen any scratches over the past few months of use so far!
Happy that all of my older bands still fit as well. Battery lasts over a day if I use it simply as a watch, but if I track any activity like hiking or biking it drops much quicker.

They refused to replace it and instead offered to sell me a new charger. I don’t think it’s stop much to ask that your accessories work when you purchase them, refurbished or not.

I purchased Apple watch Series 10 September 19, 2024. Received it September 25, 2024. Sent my watch out for trade in September 26, 2024. It has been delivered to their factory and I STILL HAVE NO CREDIT APPLIED. Way over a month and still waiting. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they keep routing me to the trade in email... which I have emailed multiple times with no response back. Pretty sad that no one can give me any solid information on this and hopefully my watch has not been stolen or destroyed. This is unbelievable and I sure as hell will never use this program again.

detailedReviews 105: content: I bought this watch for my wife for Christmas. When she tried to pair it up with her iPhone 8Plus, we discovered our old iPhones are too old to work with it. We were planning on getting new phones anyway, so mid-January we both got iPhone 16 Pro Max's. Watch paired up perfectly with that new phone, and she says she really likes it. I really don't know much about it. One complaint is that the watch band looks "pink" online, but it's actually more of a "purple" or "grape" color in reality. Her favorite color is pink, so she's probably going to replace the watch band at some point, but she's been wearing the watch since she got it paired up with the new phone, and she seems very happy with it.

detailedReviews 106: content: As I had changed to an Apple eco system from Android, the Apple Watch Series 10, was a natural progression that helps with connecting to my iPhone. Love how it works with my CGM (continuous glucose monitor) and gives me the alerts of low (and high) blood glucose levels. More intuitive than my Samsung Galaxy watch previously. Some fun watch faces are available as standard.
Have not worked out the alarm clock system yet and it seems to run independently of my iPhone.
Battery life is not quite as good as the Samsung, but as it seems to be more feature heavy, this is within acceptable limits. Easy to charge whilst getting ready for work.

Bestbuy offered me 190 for my previous watch. then Bestbuy never gave me the trade information like the shipping label which i need in order to send the old watch back. So one person on the bestbuy chat told they would get back with within a few days , and look into the system error that was preventing me from getting a label .Yesterday Bestbuy told me to go to the store and get issue resolved. so today at the store, they were going offer me $130 rather than the $190 agreed too. so i have to go back on Friday to see i get the full $190. so right now i am not even sure if i going to keep this new watch. I have trading in befoew ith Samsung, and Apple without any problems! I would avoid Bestbuy at all costs when it comes to trades in
