Well, I don't know how the modern Classics fit compared to my old Classics, but these Bayabands are SO much smaller than my old Classics. They are the same size (8), but the new pair is much shorter and much narrower - I will include a photo. Crocs are meant to fit your feet a certain way.... very loosely. It's part of the magic of Crocs. You should be able to put your foot in, and the inside will not touch your foot on the sides or the back or the front, yet it stays on your foot when you walk thanks to the strap. Basically, it should feel like it's too big. It's not. It's supposed to be like walking barefoot without a confining shoe, except that you're walking on a comfy cloud of funky rubber stuff. Oh wait, there's the other problem. My old Crocs were amazingly(!) comfortable when I bought them... like walking on a plush, bouncy cloud. After 13 years, they have certainly flattened some, but are still very comfortable. In fact, they are more comfortable than the brand new ones, which mostly just feel like a regular shoe, not a plush, bouncy cloud. Either the material isn't the same, or they're not using enough of it for the bottoms. Which wouldn't surprise me, given how much they've cut down the rest of the shoe. Since these are too small, I'm going to try to exchange them for the next size up and hope for the best. I have a feeling that even the next size up sadly won't fit like my old ones.

Have held up nicely and I was excited to buy more of the same as well as different styles. I ordered 3 pairs and when they arrived. The sizing was so off on all of them. WIDE and long, so none of them fit me. I ended up returning all of them. I should have believed the other reviews stating the sizing was so far off on the new Crocs. Would have saved me time driving 25 miles to the nearest store to o return them!

I wish I had tried them on when I first bought them, but who tries on Crocs? To say lesson learned is an understatement. I ordered my regular size, and these are shorter and narrower than the other Crocs I've purchased. I even tried placing the straps in "sport mode" for a better fit, but it was negative. Such a shame. I love the color, and they go great with my scrubs.

I'm going to try stretching them in the sunporch again and see if I can get them stretched big enough to wear comfortably all day! The way I came up with this solution was that I left a pair of fuzz lined Classic Clogs out on the hot sunporch all summer, and when I went to wear them in the fall they were too tight! So I knew that the heat had the ability to shrink the Crosslite foam, and I assumed it could also allow the Crosslite to stretch! 😉 Less

I did see that some people had similar issues. I wish it were more consistent. I haven't had issue with the other types and this one is cute. I was told I cannot make an exchange, which is frustrating. Not sure I will be buying crocs again based on the lack of customer service and misleading description.
