snippets: But, the cameras to me have just been a consistently good experience overall., But, what you do get this year with this with this phone is the camera control button., And this has been a really, really good button for me for one reason, and that's opening the camera., I've set mine to a double tap to open the camera, and I use this constantly just about every day., Once you open it up, uh, however, I do not use this button for anything else., In fact, the camera controls functionality is actually quite frustrating because I accidentally tap this and I don't want to use any of those features., I don't really like it., I hope Apple improves upon this feature in the future and perhaps maybe moves the location of where the button actually is to make it a little bit more natural, especially if you're taking photos like I do in portrait., As I mentioned before, performance has been absolutely fantastic., So, no real issues there., It did take a pretty big dip when running the iOS 26 betas early on, but now that I'm running the latest beta, that should be pretty close to what we'll see in the final release here in the next month., Uh performance has been greatly improved., I also really enjoy iOS 26 and the new liquid glass design as well as all of the new features that you get with it, but it runs really well on the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
