snippets: moving to the upper we have a very comfortable update here in the engineered knit it's a lot softer of material and it's more breathable as well the fit between last year and this year both seem to be very similar both are true to size although I will say that I feel like the fit on the DV8 Nitro 3 is just a bit more snug so if you are the type of person that sometimes bumps up to the next half size I'm going to recommend for you guys to bump up half a size on this one especially if you're going using this shoe for more of your long runs in those instances when you're in the shoe for a couple of hours and your foot swells a a little bit more you're going to be thankful for a little bit of extra room

snippets: The stability though isn't quite there the midfoot is very very narrow so those that need any midfoot stability you're going to fall right off the edge I was able to use this for some longer efforts uh up to 10 mies which is longer for me right now and I did find myself fatigue You by them but if you got neutral mechanics this shoe is going to work well for you you're not going to run into problems but if you have some stability needs this is probably not going to be the best shoe for you
