The chair has a two level lean back angle. The first level is default for few degrees. It's okay.4. Second level is switched using the lever below on right hand side by pulling it right side. It leans back further more and useful if you desire to rest.I really appreciate the customer support by CELLBELL.While assembling the chair, one out of the four groves had thread malfunction for screwing in. Quality of the thread was not really good, plastic thread for screwing is used on top of the grove just to add additional support.I reached the live chat as mentioned by CELLBELL. They responded quickly. Gave me a complementary service ticket. I was also reached out by customer support and they ensured that I received installation support.Thank you Pinky ji for kind support and reaching out until the issue is resolved. I appreciate it very much.

The seat is quite wide and also pretty comfortable to sweat for a long stretch. Back rest also gives good lumber support...Overall classy and comfortable chair at an affordable price.

Recently I purchased three more chairs.These chairs are made to last long which is it's durability and it helps the person to sit long because of its ergonomic design. Happy with the product. Moreover,it's easy to assemble as well. Wheels should more sturdy as it is the base. I would say that wheels which they use is not suitable for heavy weight person.If the wheel section is improved then surely it will be the no.1 in this business.

detailedReviews 5: content: We are on the lookout for a comfortable study chair for my daughter for sometime and on visiting few furniture showrooms didn’t convinced mainly on the prices being quoted. Similar looking chairs were quoted at much lower price in cellbell. But due to the plethora of options available and were doubting about whether we can assemble the chair ourselves.But on reading good reviews on Celbell chair taken the plunge and booked a chair. Surprisingly the chair was received well packaged in a box. Happy to see the instructions sheet neatly tucked in a envelope. Assembling was quite easy and could able to fix within 10 minutes. The chair is value for money and looks sturdy enough. Seating is comfortable with good back support. I recommend this chair.

detailedReviews 6: content: What I like about the product is this easy assembling of the chair and hydraulic Lever system. Are use it for my day today work from home activity.Although the assembling was quick as per the guide I observed a degree of tilt To the right hand side. When I work for long hours I experienced a little discomfort due to the tilt. To really take advantage of The ergonomic back support I need to sit really upright and occupy the complete seat. Probably because of the the size of the seat often I occupy about 75% of the seat and hence there is a gap between my Back and the back support of the chair And hence leading to discomfort and back pain. Overall it’s a great chair in this budget. Thanks

If the heavy ones lean back too badly,The back rust is likely to crack. Similarly, some one sit in this chair and "perform exercise"It's definitely going to hurt. The benefits of a chair priced at 10K or 20Kwill never come from a 4K priced one, for sure.
