detailedReviews: detailedReviews 1: content: Ottimo robot per pulire i pavimenti, molto valido per diversi aspetti: potenza di aspirazione, mappatura, gestione tramite App, sistema di navigazione. Ha un'ottima durata della batteria e varie possibilità di regolazione, oltre a un bel design e a un'attenzione particolare agli utenti con problemi di allergia alla polvere. Ho già avuto un apparecchio simile, con potenza inferiore, ma non c'è possibilità di paragone con questo, che non va controllato mentre lavora e rispetta mobili e oggetti.
Innanzitutto, questo robot è dotato di istruzioni chiare, dettagliate e illustrate per metterlo all'opera subito ed è molto più semplice da gestire di quanto potrebbe sembrare. L'accoppiamento con il WI-FI di casa (solo 2.4 GHz) è immediato e non ho riscontrato problemi.
Primo utilizzo - Dopo aver aperto la confezione con il pacco in orizzontale, troverete un cartonato con stampata sopra la procedura da seguire per collegare subito il robot. La prima cosa da fare è scaricare l'App sul telefono, usando il QRcode. Sappiate che questo robot parla, appena l'attiverete inizierà a parlare in inglese, ma potrete selezionare la lingua italiana o altra, oppure silenziarlo.
La base di ricarica è dotata di un tappetino di plastica semi trasparente, da installare se avete bisogno di proteggere pavimenti delicati (parquet) dall'umidità che potrebbe rimanere sotto al robot quando si usa la funzione lavaggio.
Tra l'altro, la base del robot può essere spostata da una presa elettrica a un'altra senza problemi, se cambiate idea sulla posizione.
Gestione tramite App - L'applicazione è ben fatta, funziona bene e risponde immediatamente. C'è un aggiornamento del firmware disponibile, che potete provare a scaricare. È necessario registrarsi e consentire l'accesso al bluetooth del telefono e al Wi-Fi di casa.
Tramite App potete scegliere se usare le funzioni: aspira, lava, aspira e lava contemporaneamente, aspira e poi lava (doppio passaggio). Potete programmare la pulizia per 2 settimane, impostare un tipo di pulizia diversa per ogni stanza, controllare lo stato degli accessori e leggere le istruzioni pratiche per l'uso e la manutenzione periodica di ogni pezzo, senza dover consultare ogni volta il manuale. C'è anche la funzione asciugatura del contenitore della polvere, per renderlo subito utilizzabile dopo averlo svuotato e lavato.
Dalle impostazioni si possono attivare il blocco bambini, la modalità scale, l'opzione alta quota per le case in alta montagna, l'opzione presenza di animali e il “non disturbare”, che attenuerà tutti i rumori.
Navigazione – È ottima. Il robot arriva vicinissimo agli ostacoli senza urtarli, non sbatte contro i mobili e non ha mai incertezze sul percorso. Quando finisce di pulire non gira a vuoto, torna alla base velocemente e non ha bisogno di orientarsi per cercarla. Riesce a salire sopra i tappeti con spessore massimo di 7mm e volendo può pulirli.
Mappatura - Si possono salvare fino a 4 mappe, coprendo anche case su più livelli. È importante che il robot rilevi tutto lo spazio da pulire, per poi creare le piantine delle stanze, quindi questo è un passaggio a cui prestare attenzione. Basterà farlo bene la prima volta e spostare qualsiasi oggetto o pezzo di arredamento mobile, per consentire una mappatura precisa. Durante le pulizie, il robot è in grado di rilevare piccoli spazi vuoti che nella mappa non risultano, ma li aggiungerà e aggiornerà il percorso. Questa è una funzione comodissima, che mi è piaciuta molto. Potete anche scegliere tra il pulire una o più stanze oppure un'area specifica, selezionandola sulla piantina e regolando l'ampiezza. Non c'è l'opzione per pulire solo il perimetro delle stanze.
Aspirazione - I 7800 Pa di potenza si sentono, aspira molto bene polvere, briciole e piccoli residui solidi, riesce ad arrivare molto vicino ai bordi degli ostacoli e le uniche parti da ripassare a mano sono gli angoli, come succede con quasi tutti i robot di questo tipo. Il serbatoio dove viene raccolta la polvere è capiente e c'è un sistema che la compatta alla fine di ogni ciclo di pulizia, così da recuperare spazio. Si vuota con facilità e si possono far passare molti giorni prima dello svuotamento, secondo il livello di sporco dei pavimenti. È possibile anche agganciare dei sacchetti per raccogliere e poi rimuovere la polvere senza toccarla, un'opzione molto utile per gli allergici.
La spazzola a rullo è ottima, non ho mai trovato grovigli di capelli o masse di pelo animale incastrate. Chi ha capelli lunghi, o cani e gatti che spelano continuamente, sarà felice.
Non lasciate i cavi a terra, perché il robot riconosce ostacoli alti più di 1 cm e salendo sui cavi sottili perderà le spazzole laterali.
Lavaggio - Lava abbastanza bene. Non aspettatevi una pulizia con sfregamento, perché usa i panni applicando una leggera pressione ed è adatto per lavaggi superficiali. Non rimuove bene macchie incrostate, ma per esempio toglie quelle del caffè asciutto. Bagna i pavimenti senza eccessi, con i panni ch...

detailedReviews 4: content: まず真っ先に驚き、今も一番気に入ってるのが静音性です。コードレスクリーナーより静かで、家の中の音の出る家電で本商品以上に静かな物は電動歯ブラシくらいだと思います。私も掃除機の甲高い高周波音にはストレスが溜まるタイプですが、これくらいなら気になりません。ちなみに強運転にすると掃除機らしい高周波音が出るので、基本的にはフルパワーを使っていないということだと思います。ロボット掃除機と言うだけあって、まるで思考を持っているような動きに感服しました。人にぶつかりそうになるとピタッと止まってくれますし、基本壁や家具は避けてくれて、ぶつかる時も探り探りぶつかることがほとんどです。幅が本体ギリギリの椅子の間でも柱を軸として回り込むように掃除してくれます(稀に抜け出せずに引っかかっていることもあります)アプリに関しても使い勝手が良く便利です。掃除対象にする部屋を毎回簡単に選ぶことが出来るので融通が効きますし、リアルタイム&記録として掃除したルートを確認することが出来ます。エリア清掃は複数のエリアを選択できると良かったかなと思います(各部屋の椅子が邪魔で掃除できなかったエリアだけを指定して再度掃除してもらいたいです。恐らく対応していないはずなので自分でコードレスクリーナーで掃除しています)メインブラシの形状がセールスポイントのひとつですが、2週間ほど使ってみて本当に一本も毛が絡みません。サイドブラシもあらゆるゴミをキャッチして壁際や隅にも埃が残りません。たまに弾き飛ばしてしまいますが。ダストボックスは下面が丸ごと開くので捨てやすいです。廉価モデルなので自動収集機能のベースは付属しませんが、最大7週間ゴミ捨て不要ならそれで十分じゃないかと個人的には思います(何ヶ月も同じゴミを家の中に留めておきたくありません)モップはほんの少ししっとりするだけなので必要最小限の水分を使っているようです(アプリからもっと水分が多いモードにすることも可能です)。擦る力が強いのかフローリングに拭き跡がつくので最初は傷じゃないかと驚きましたが、雑巾で拭くと消えたので傷というわけでは無いようです。ここからはその他の(主にネガティブ面で)気になった点について列挙していきます。・使い捨てダストボックスが3個入りで2880円。個人的には高いかなと思います。前述の通り樹脂製ダストボックスの使い勝手が良いですしそちらを使おうと思います。・説明書が簡素過ぎる。例えばモップは毎回掃除しろと書いているが、どう手入れして良いかわからない。また、日本に上陸したばかりだからかヘルプやよくある質問等もあまり充実していない。ホームページよりアプリの方が充実しているが、翻訳がやや怪しい文章も。・ケーブル類を障害物と認識してくれず先端を吸い込んだり絡まってしまう。掃除機本体もかなり重いのでケーブルを踏むのも良くないと思いますし、説明書に書いている通り掃除前に必ず撤去した方がいいと思います。・カーペットに潜り込むことがある。公式ストアにカーペット用の両面テープが売られているので対策前提だと思います。・段差センサーが上手く機能しない?初回のマッピングの際何度やり直しても玄関に落下してしまいました。その後アプリから進入禁止エリアに指定したので困っていませんが。・水タンクを排水しようとしても、構造上ある程度の水量が残ってしまいなかなか乾かない(一週間以上乾きませんでした)たまにしかモップをかけないので困っています。・バッテリー交換不可。これが最大の不満点です。ここまでの他の不満点に関しては、それを補って余りある素晴らしい製品なので星を減らすつもりはありませんでしたが、この一点において星を減らしましたし、次回は他社製品を選ばざるを得ません。バッテリー交換出来ないということはバッテリーが劣化した際はメーカー修理になるかと思います。交換用バッテリーを自分で取り寄せて取り替えれば済む他社に比べて大なり小なり高額になってしまうはずです。この一点だけが心から残念ですが、もしも修理費用が安価と判明すれば星を増やしたいと思います。

Mit 7800Pa ist der Freo X Plus im Segment der Roboter ohne Absaugstation eines der momentan potentesten Modell am Markt und verfügt wie sein großer Bruder Freo X Ultra über die selbe Rollbürste, die verfangen und umwickeln von langen Haaren effektiv verhindert.
Neben einer 800ml großen Staubkammer stehen dem Freo X Plus auch die ebenfalls von X Ultra bekannten Einwegbeutel mit 1 Liter Fassungsvermögen zur Verfügung. Hier entscheidet der eigene Geschmack, für Allergiker sind die Einwegbeutel aber definitiv eine extrem gute Lösung.
Die App liegt natürlich in deutscher Sprache vor und erfordert das obligatorische Erstellen eines Benutzerkontos, die Einrichtung geht leicht von der Hand und sollte keinen vor eine Herausforderung stellen.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl, die Performance ist bei dem für uns wichtigen Punkt des Saugens als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Über die App, welche sich nach kurzer Einarbeitung gut bedienen lässt, kann ich ebenfalls nichts Schlechtes berichten.
Alles in allem kann ich den Freo X Plus jedem empfehlen, der einen zuverlässigen Roboter mit dem Schwerpunkt des Saugens sucht.

メンテナンスが楽なものがほしい、精度ほどほどで良いので平日の掃除をラクしたい(掃除機は別に持っており、そちらで週末徹底掃除する)、拭き掃除は重視しない、ステーションの威圧感がないほうが嬉しい
というのが希望でした。
ロボット掃除機のバッテリーはどんな機種でも寿命はかわらずせいぜい3年?と某家電量販店でいわれていたのもあり
あまり高いお金をかける必要も感じなくなっていました。
こちらの機種は、私の希望もコスパもほとんど叶えてくれています。
まずメンテナンスについて。ペットがいて、カーペットの多い自宅ですが、本当にブラシに毛やら髪の毛やら絡みません!これ本当に感動しています。

結局この手入れに時間がかかり、トータルでみると時短とは…?と虚無になっていました。
が、こちらは本当にからまない!最高です。
また、備品の交換というメンテナンスにおいても
ゴミパックやモップが使い捨てor繰り返し使えるものをユーザーが選べるのがとても良いです。
ゴミパックなど使い捨てはまぁまぁいい値段するので、私は繰り返しつかえるものを使っています。
掃除の精度について。
こちらはぶっちゃけそんなに素晴らしくはないです。笑
吸引も静かなモードや普通程度だと、結構吸い残しがでます。なので私は最強で毎回動かしています。(コードありの掃除機よりは静かです)それでもちらほら吸い残しがありますし、カーペットの下にゴミ押し込んでない?って時もありますが、まぁご愛嬌です。なんてったって4万円未満ですから。
平日の掃除機かけが憂鬱でしたが、こちらに気軽に任せることができ
常に床がきれいで気持ちよく生活できます。
気になればまたスマホで動かせばいいですし。
ゴロゴロ掃除きを出す必要がなくなり、掃除のあいだ自分はご飯を食べたりできるのが本当に革命です。
ステーションはないので、部屋に存在感があまりでずすっきりです。
ただロボット掃除機自体の占有面積は変わらないので省スペースにはならないかな?
あと気になることとしては
アプリの使い勝手がイマイチ(部屋の分割を探すのがとくに大変でした…)
だったことです。
一度わかれば以降は平気ですが…
もう少し薄くなればもっといいなーと思います。
ステーションなしのこのモデルも後継機出していってほしいです。
また後継機でたら、また買いたい!

I was shocked at how easy it was to set up (the mapping is so straightforward, just make sure you can see all the floor space you want it to cover). I have hard floors and some rugs and it cleans them well and I love coming downstairs in the morning to see them clean, it’s like a fairy did the housework overnight. There are multiple cleaning options ie vacuum or mop, vacuum and mop, etc, four different suction strengths and you can set it to do 1 or 2 cycles.
I love the base station being small which makes it easier to find a home for it, and it is super easy to empty, refill and keep clean, plus changing the mop head couldn’t be easier to remove/put back on. You can set it to avoid zones in the rooms, you can split the rooms and set it to work differently in those areas.
I have given it 4 stars as we have had a couple of teething problems with it ie losing itself but remapping it seems to fix those issues. Overall I am very happy with it and would recommend you buy it if you mainly have hard floors.

detailedReviews 71: content: はじめに掃除機の裏にブラシ(左右で色が違っててわかりやすい)を取り付けて中のスポンジを抜いて充電器に取り付けたら準備完了!(普通のお掃除だけなら)床磨きをしたい場合は中の水入れ(取り出し簡単)を抜いてから水を入れます。モップは付属で、使い捨て2枚と洗って使い回せるのが1枚ついてますが、はじめからセットされてるのは使い捨てでない方がついてます。ダストBOXははじめ固くてなかなか抜けなかったんですが、グッと引っ張ると抜けました。ただそこに注意書き?があってそのダストBOXは臨時に使う用で普段は使い捨て紙パックを使うよう推奨されてました。そしてダストBOXを使った場合その後はフィルターを取り替えするようにも書かれてありました。とりあえずネットで調べてみたらフィルターは1つ千円以上で使い捨ての紙パックはネットで売ってなかった…。(色々みたけど公式でも売ってなかった…)近くのホームセンターにはそもそもロボット掃除機の紙パックが売ってなく、付属のダストBOXを使ったらフィルター代が気になるお値段だな…と。機能としては音も普通の掃除機位の音で何かあれば声でお知らせしてくれて(フタが閉まってないです、とか掃除する扉を開けてくださいとか)とても賢く動いてくれて問題なく良かったと思いますが、継続して使っていくにはコスパがかかりそうです…。(ちなみに裏に取り付けたブラシも消耗品なので1つ千円はかかります。2つで2千円)たまの取り替えの付属は良いけどゴミ箱のフィルターはゴミが詰まってもいけないから変えないといけないし、紙パックら売ってないしで結局あまり動いてないです…。後日Narwal様より連絡頂き、ダストボックスはボタンを押すと簡単に開くこと、ダストボックスはNarwal Freo X Plus ロボット掃除機使い捨てダストボックスで検索するとちゃんとネットで買えるということを教えて頂きました。少々お高いですが時短と日々の家事が楽ちんになるための費用と思えば割にあいそうです。使い捨てダストボックスを購入したら早速使ってみようと思いました。

I was shocked at how easy it was to set up (the mapping is so straightforward, just make sure you can see all the floor space you want it to cover). I have hard floors and some rugs and it cleans them well and I love coming downstairs in the morning to see them clean, it’s like a fairy did the housework overnight. There are multiple cleaning options ie vacuum or mop, vacuum and mop, etc, four different suction strengths and you can set it to do 1 or 2 cycles.
I love the base station being small which makes it easier to find a home for it, and it is super easy to empty, refill and keep clean, plus changing the mop head couldn’t be easier to remove/put back on. You can set it to avoid zones in the rooms, you can split the rooms and set it to work differently in those areas.
I have given it 4 stars as we have had a couple of teething problems with it ie losing itself but remapping it seems to fix those issues. Overall I am very happy with it and would recommend you buy it if you mainly have hard floors.

I've upgraded from one where I needed to unstable hair from the brush after every use. I've been using the Narwal every day for a couple of weeks now - and there has been no tangling at all - brilliant! Suction is OK - it is supposedly much stronger than the vac I updated from, but I can't honestly see much difference. The mop function is good - it works as an in between clean, but wouldn't replace my normal mopping.

I've currently got carpet and lino but replacing with wooden flooring.. the setting up was easy, but then had trouble with timers, so I remapped the machine and it worked.. works fantastic on carpets, I have 2 dogs, so lots of hair. It's very intelligent knowing we're its not been cos of dogs laying down n not moving, but a quick blast of air it gives out soon moves them.
The machine is fairly big n heavy, the voice is clear and precise. But after it returned to base to clean its self it does have a low pitched sound. Which last for 10mins..then stops...overall I'm very pleased and impressed..
Yes it holds 7 days off dog hair I have it on 3x a day..

detailedReviews 148: content: はじめに掃除機の裏にブラシ(左右で色が違っててわかりやすい)を取り付けて中のスポンジを抜いて充電器に取り付けたら準備完了!(普通のお掃除だけなら)床磨きをしたい場合は中の水入れ(取り出し簡単)を抜いてから水を入れます。モップは付属で、使い捨て2枚と洗って使い回せるのが1枚ついてますが、はじめからセットされてるのは使い捨てでない方がついてます。ダストBOXははじめ固くてなかなか抜けなかったんですが、グッと引っ張ると抜けました。ただそこに注意書き?があってそのダストBOXは臨時に使う用で普段は使い捨て紙パックを使うよう推奨されてました。そしてダストBOXを使った場合その後はフィルターを取り替えするようにも書かれてありました。とりあえずネットで調べてみたらフィルターは1つ千円以上で使い捨ての紙パックはネットで売ってなかった…。(色々みたけど公式でも売ってなかった…)近くのホームセンターにはそもそもロボット掃除機の紙パックが売ってなく、付属のダストBOXを使ったらフィルター代が気になるお値段だな…と。機能としては音も普通の掃除機位の音で何かあれば声でお知らせしてくれて(フタが閉まってないです、とか掃除する扉を開けてくださいとか)とても賢く動いてくれて問題なく良かったと思いますが、継続して使っていくにはコスパがかかりそうです…。(ちなみに裏に取り付けたブラシも消耗品なので1つ千円はかかります。2つで2千円)たまの取り替えの付属は良いけどゴミ箱のフィルターはゴミが詰まってもいけないから変えないといけないし、紙パックら売ってないしで結局あまり動いてないです…。後日Narwal様より連絡頂き、ダストボックスはボタンを押すと簡単に開くこと、ダストボックスはNarwal Freo X Plus ロボット掃除機使い捨てダストボックスで検索するとちゃんとネットで買えるということを教えて頂きました。少々お高いですが時短と日々の家事が楽ちんになるための費用と思えば割にあいそうです。使い捨てダストボックスを購入したら早速使ってみようと思いました。

Jak wzięłam robota na piętro, to trochę wariował z mapowaniem, może dlatego, że drzwi od łazienki były otwarte - chciałam, żeby tam wjechał, ale się nie udało. detailedReviews 151: content: 会社事務所で使用しています。アプリも本体も優秀で、インストールも初期設定もスムーズに完了しました。初起動時にマッピングを行いますので、まず部屋中の片付けを行います。ボタン一つで勝手にマッピングを始めますが、既に賢いのが解ります。360°レーダーの様な物や段差・対物センサー等を駆使し、障害物や壁にぶつかることなくマッピングしていきます。無駄な動きはほぼしません、凄い!マッピング完了後にマップを確認すると、部屋番号まで割り付けて、机や椅子・棚等を認識している事に驚愕します。マッピング後は部屋毎に掃除の内容を細かく設定できます。タスクも曜日や時間を設定し、タスクに名前を付けます。掃除中はリアルタイムで進行具合の確認も可能です。水拭きの有り無しや程度の設定も部屋毎に設定可能。ラグ等のカーペットを無視する設定もあります。吸い込んだゴミは圧縮するので1週間程度は全然余裕みたいです。細い電源コードが引っかかっても、色々頑張って外すのでビックリします。この子のおかげでこれからの事務所掃除は劇的に楽になりそうです、感謝!唯一の不満な点は、マッピングされた部屋割りと部屋の名前を変更できないところですね。

アプリで配置図の設定等がうまく出来ず、何度も修正していますがまだ納得出来ていません。各部屋ごとに扉を閉めて全体像が設定出来ました。それでもまだ不十分。
床の板目に沿って掃除してくれる(設定して)のがいい。進入禁止エリアの設定も微調整が(薪ストーブがあるため)難しい。
キャンペーン中に購入出来たのでコスト的には☆5
作動音は静かだと思います。黙々とお掃除してくれている姿が愛おしい。
設定がうまく出来ていないので、設定がうまく出来ればもっと活躍してもらいます!!
掃除してくれている間、他のことが出来るから生活の質があがったのはありがたい。

detailedReviews 153: content: ナーワルのロボット掃除機。ロボット掃除機は3台目となりますが、吸引力が強い分、他の機種よりも本体サイズが少し大きめのに感じます。特に天板真ん中の部分に突起?があるので、今までのものは入れていたソファ下に入れないようですね。部屋の広さや掃除のスペースをよく考えて機種を選ぶといいかも。最初のマッピング途中に自らの位置を見失う事が3回ほど。ベースに戻してくださいと言われてしまいました。椅子の脚などの障害物に全力で突っ込むこと数回。部屋の状況的にまずは取り急ぎのレビューになりますが、もう少し稼働させてみて気づいた点を後日追記します。●追記何回か使ってみて分かった事をいくつか。まず前回のマッピングエラーは一度初期化を介することで普通に戻りました。初回のマッピングがうまくいっていなかったようです。そして通常モードだと非常に静かなのですが、猫の砂を吸い込めずに残すことが多数ありました。強力モードに切り替えると音は凄いですが吸い残しは減りました。あとはカメラ?でのルート判別にかなりゆとりがあり、全然通れる隙間でも入って行こうとしません,絶対にぶつからないマンすぎて、もう少しガンガン行って欲しいと思うことが何度かありました。

Das Mapping macht der Roboter super schnell und genau.
Die Saugleistung ist gut er zieht Tierhaare problemlos ein.
Er steigt auch eine kleine Schwelle, von 2 cm.
Negativ ist nur, das er die Ecken auslässt aber wer das in Kauf nimmt, der bekommt für wenig Geld, einen super Saugroboter.
Von mir eine Kaufempfehlung

detailedReviews 156: content: 商品が到着したので開梱して試運転を行いました。差し当たって台所と脱衣室が隣通しでバリアフリーとなっているので試運転をしてみました。専用アプリで起動をかけると最初に清掃区域のマップを作成するのですが、障害物センサーの感度も良いようで次々と障害物をかわしていってマップを作製したのようなので正式に動かしてみました。水拭きも出来るとのことでタンクに水を入れて清掃を開始しました。我が家では台所の端っこに裏口があって段差があるのですが、ロボット掃除機が落ちることなく台所と脱衣室を清掃していました。流石に部屋の角などの埃などは完全に清掃できていないようですが、暫く使用してみて、それ以外のフローリングしている部屋でも使ってみようと思います。今は物珍しさで目視していますが、何度か清掃具合をみてロボット掃除機にお任せしようと思っています。

detailedReviews 157: content: リビングではダストステーションのあるロボット掃除機を使っています。このロボット掃除機には2階の洋室を任せています。この洋室は物にあふれてあまり広くはありません。なのでこういう部屋にはダストステーションの無い掃除機がピッタリなのです。動作は専用アプリで行います。床に置いてあるものにはぶつからずにセンサーで避けながら掃除してくれます。ただケーブルはまたいで乗ってしまったり押してしまったりします。洋室はフローリングなので水拭きもやってくれます。ラグが敷いてあるとモップを持ち上げて掃除のみしてくれますよ。2階の掃除はドアを開けて2部屋をこの子に任せています。
