However, within a mere week, the display began to exhibit alarming issues. Vertical bars started appearing across the screen, accompanied by flickering zones in the LED panel. The once pristine image was now marred by distracting lines and inconsistent brightness, making it virtually unwatchable.
The Replacement Nightmare:
Knowing I was within the Amazon replacement window, I immediately raised a replacement request. This is where the real nightmare began. Despite clearly documenting the issues with photos and videos, the process has been an exercise in futility.
Endless Calls and Emails: I've spent countless hours on the phone with Amazon customer service and Samsung support, repeating my issue over and over. Each call seems to reset the process, and I'm forced to explain the problem from scratch.
