With the guidance of experts I updated all the needed updates and then I reset it when it was not working but till today I was facing the same issue again and again. It my first and last worst experience with hp victus. I just purchased this laptop 2 weeks ago since day one I am facing this issue. This is the worst performance I have ever seen in INTEL CORE i5, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, AND NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4050 GRAPHICS CARD. Worst product with worst performance I have ever seen.

It was also a good deal slower which was noticeable straight away. The Dell is much snappier doing minor tasks like opening and closing windows browsing etc.
On paper it looked a bargain, so bought it for my son to play Minecraft on, he now has my Dell instead and we returned this. A shame really.

Le pc est fournit en FreeDos ( disque dur formater en Mbr, si jamais il vous faut trouver la manip pour repasser en format Gpt sur l'invite d'installe window, ce n'est pas un soucis de driver non reconnu, chatgpt est votre ami)
#Le support WhatsApp ne fera que vous rediriger vers le support de microsoft
Mais outre ce début tumultueux, franchement contant de mon achat 👍

Par contre très déçu car sur le site les descriptions techniques étaient erronées, il était dit qu'il y avait 2 disques durs NVMe de 500Go chacun donc on pense qu'il y a 2 emplacements mais non, il y a qu'un emplacement. Mais HP m'a remboursé 100€ pour que. Je puisse acheter un disque dur d'1To. Mais j'aurais préféré 2 emplacements.

Acheté au bon moment avec une réduction de 20 % ce portable gamer d'entrée de gamme est parfait pour mon utilisation bureautique.
La carte est rapide donc surfer sur internet est un plaisir.
L'écran est agréable et j'ai enfin des touches rétroéclairées ce qui est assez pratique.
J'espère que ce Victus durera aussi longtemps que mon Probook HP qui vient de passer les 10 ans 1/2,
