With the guidance of experts I updated all the needed updates and then I reset it when it was not working but till today I was facing the same issue again and again. It my first and last worst experience with hp victus. I just purchased this laptop 2 weeks ago since day one I am facing this issue. This is the worst performance I have ever seen in INTEL CORE i5, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, AND NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4050 GRAPHICS CARD. Worst product with worst performance I have ever seen.

detailedReviews 2: content: Unfortunately I found this laptop to be of lower materiel quality than my Dell Inspiron 16.
It was also a good deal slower which was noticeable straight away. The Dell is much snappier doing minor tasks like opening and closing windows browsing etc.
On paper it looked a bargain, so bought it for my son to play Minecraft on, he now has my Dell instead and we returned this. A shame really.

detailedReviews 3: content: 7 months been used, still the performance is upto the mark except low battery on short time. The delievery went smooth too. Loving the experience so far. Haven't encountered any issue to contact the after sales service team. So can't review on the entire HP services.

The only issue I have is the battery life. It’s fine for scrolling through the web and homework but when gaming you have to keep it plugged in. Other than that no complaints so far. The battery life is good (this depends on user usage) for me, but still somehow I don't know the battery last for few hours approx 2 to 2.5 hrs on full charge (maybe 3hrs also but it depends on usage). Also, I didn't play any games till now, my work goes around on browser tabs, few software etc.
In short - good to buy as per my opinion.
