This is my first tablet. I wanted it for entertainment mostly,it’s big display, sound quality & colors makes it a perfect fit for it and value for money. I’ve been using it for a week now it’s hyper os gives a smoother experience it’s too thin so easy to handle any place,the battery on stand by last 2 days or more and if constantly working last almost a day. If any student who’s looking for light office work for taking notes or media consumption it’s better than any laptop under 25k. For me personally storage is most imp thing which this pad offers external storage upgrading upto 1.5tb it’s one of the main reason i went for this as compared to newer xaomi pads 6 & 7.

Pros : It's a good product overall for day to day work. Brighteness is good compared to other tabs in segments. Provides 5G and performace is good though you might face a bit lag if you're a hard-core gamer. RAM and internal space is good (8GB/256GB). You can extend storage upto 1TB SD card additionally. You can enjoy streaming on apps like YouTube or OTTs. Sound quality is good Cons : The battery is 10000Mah but it drains eventually. This could have been better. It's a metal body however you could see your fingerprints left over at the back. Camera quality is average. Overall it's a value for money tablet and can be used for kids learning, entertainment and official purpose

Very disappointed – received a defective unit I was really excited to try the Redmi Pad Pro, but unfortunately, I received a defective product. The screen randomly turns grey and the tablet shuts down on its own. This started happening within the first day of use. Tried restarting and resetting, but the issue keeps coming back. For a brand-new device, this is unacceptable. I expected better quality control from Redmi. I’ve requested a replacement/refund, but the whole experience has been frustrating so far. Not recommended unless they improve product quality and testing before shipping. But amazon services was very good i got instant refund once the return was processed.
