Durability concerns and difficult warranty process

The media could not be loaded. I bought the Agaro Supreme Plus pressure washer just to wash my motorcycle, using it less than 15 times over the last 5 months for 10-15 minutes each time. After 5 months use on 15 December i encountered serious issue when I turned it on the pressure washer started making excessive noise, vibrating more than usual, and was running continuously without pressing the gun. The water pressure was also very low. It worked fine the last time I used it, about 3 weeks prior to the issue. I thought it was an air block, so I spent an hour trying to pump water in to remove the air, but the problem persisted. I raised complaint by submitting the product details, invoice, and a 15-second video of the problem. I was told the issue would be resolved in 3 to 5 business days, but it ended up taking 17 days in total. Over the next 3 days, I received calls from 2-3 different agents asking me to resend the same 30-second video, stating the problem in the video and share it via WhatsApp. After that, I was told a technician would contact me and schedule a visit. Five days later, I followed up was informed the replacement is pending for approval. However, the approval dragged on for 10 more days. I called every day, and some agents told we will highlight the issue and some told it would take time. On the 12th day, I became more assertive and the agent told me the service person for my product SUBHAJIT, would contact me within 10 minutes. However, no one reached out, but to my surprise, the replacement was approved shortly after The replacement unit was shipped on 13th day, and my old pressure washer was picked up 15 days after I initially raised the complaint. Recieved the replacement product after 17 days and it appears to be brand new product. Product has good water pressure and works well, but if it sucks in air—which happens more when the inlet pipe is dipped in bucket instead of connecting to tap —it causes loud noise and vibrates, continuously runs even without pressing the gun. To fix this, need to take out the outlet pipe and run the machine with only inlet to clear the airlock—such a pain! There should be a simpler way to get rid of the air and turn off automatically if the air is intaken instead of running continuously and making huge noise and vibration. But I'm concerned about its durability and long-term reliability given the sudden failure with just 12-15 uses. I’m also not confident about how long the replacement will last. The warranty and approval process is tedious and takes a lot of time requiring multiple calls and resubmissions of the same details and videos. Unless you're very persistent, the replacement could be delayed for weeks. I'll update my review if I face any issues with the replacement unit. Got the replacement unit delivered in January 2025 and even this Replacement unit stopped working in July 2025 after about 6 months i am facing the same issue again. Just waste of money spending 5k for the machine that works only for 6 months that too with just using it for once or twice in a month
Excellent pressure, good hose length, foam issues

Really good product overall. The water pressure is excellent & strong enough not only to wash cars but also to clean balconies, remove moss or algae, and handle general outdoor cleaning. The gun has a good length of hose/cord, so you can stretch and use it comfortably without constantly moving the unit. Initially I faced some challenges generating thick foam, but that turned out to be dependent on the shampoo with the right car wash soap it creates rich foam and works perfectly. The unit can get a bit warm and may stop after continuous use, but after waiting about a minute it restarts smoothly. Installation was very easy and can be completed in a few simple steps. It is slightly noisy, but understandable given the powerful 1800W motor. Overall, a great and reliable machine for home use - definitely worth the price.
Soap dispenser empties quickly, great pressure

Soap dispenser is of 200-250 mL . It gets emptied in 1 -2 minutes . Think about a workaround. Else The product is epic . Great pressure . Enough to scrap off paint , so be careful . Weight is 8 kg , as usual , heavy equipments are normal has some weight . The out let pipe is heavy duty . Great quality . Performance wise , used it 2 hours straight to clean the patio . Superb performance. Make sure the aftermarket service is available at your place . Things to add in list - extension cord
Sufficient pressure for car wash, inlet tube short

The pressure washer is very good, sufficient pressure for car wash and easily clears dirt around wheel for car. Would have been good if the inlet tube length was more. The plastic quality of the shampoo tube is average. Remaining all looks fine. It will be good to keep all parts fit, because takes some time for connecting all those parts each time.

O man what a washer. Its pressure is so awesome that it can practically drill holes. And its easy to install. The pressure is easily dissipated and can be converter to a spray for safe washing. And if u are feeling crazy you can use it as a gun as well. Nice product easy to use . And such a long pipe. U can revolve around a villa with this

Good pump, delivery delay for Supreme Plus

The pressure pump is very good itself. Meets my expectations. But just one thing is constantly bothering me that i wanted to buy the supreme plus model but it was not getting delivered next day of placing the order and i was in desperate need so i bought the supreme model. It got delivered next day and is working fine. I just used it once because i wanted check if it working as its supposed to and then packed it. Now during the amazon sale the supreme plus model is getting delivered next day and is also cheaper compared to when i wanted buy it. If agaro could provide an option to upgade the pump and i can pay the difference in the price it would have been a gold deal. Other then that i am happy with the product.
